      Confesso que nunca pensei muito na relação entre os WBTB e os ciclos do sono. Sempre associei o WBTB, fundamentalmente, a um arousal da consciencia e a uma construção de intenção muito forte. Nem sei ao certo se o efeito rebound é assim tão importante. Nos meus WBTB de 3-4 horas notava um bom rebound, mas nunca notei grande diferença no WBTB clássico ( até 1 hora ).

      Pessoalmente, sem grandes fundamentos cientificos, acredito que um WBTB após alarme seja melhor em termos de voltar ao sono..não é assim ?? e portanto seria mais propicio para WILD talvez...

      Mas sim, pessoalmente prefiro usar um alarme do que espontanemente

      Those are 2 different things, as my "early years" predate my TLI years by decades. Funny; I feel like I talk about that stuff too much! Maybe I'll put something coherent together sometime...it just feels like talking too much about myself, and not about what matters....

      bem, claro q tens capacidades e espero q gostes, talvez me meta num nesses dois q falaste ( principalmente o de neurociencia médica )..mas vai ser dificil arranjar tempo

      comecei um de bioestatistica, do Brian Caffo ( o msm q tu talvez ?) e de astronomia, mas desisti porque achei q nao tinham o material bem organizado, e tinha que andar a saltar de um lado para o outro à procura de informação. estes dois temas prefiro estudar por livros.

      estes dois cursos q falaste agradam-me de certa forma pq sou da área da saude..e já tenho umas bases de neuroanatomia, mas já me me esqueci d grande parte..

      e um q tb me agrada: energia, ambiente e futuro
