Hey mcwillis, thanks for introducing me to Micheal's book! I've read the practical guide book and his personalized guide book until it started to talk about Direct techniques (didn't want to get distracted). I've been practicing and can now wake up without moving, but have one question! How do I "roll out" or "Get up" without using any muscles?? I've reread the chapters many times and the only way I can think of doing that is using imagination, but he strictly says not to use imagination. Another Question. How does one strain the brain?
