Well this turned out to be a pretty long night, I guess my brain was making up for me not remembering anything yesterday. :O I had a good deal more of those hypnagogic delirium things where I start to go into a dream before I actually fall asleep but then snap out of it at the last second, so I'm just going to list those as HI instead of individual dreams with titles for the sake of ease.

HI - I was standing in front of a refrigerator with the door open, and there was a bunch of beer and a gray (with darker gray stripes) kitten inside of it. :3 The kitten was holding on to some yellowish beer in the main part of the fridge, but I went to grab a dark beer on the inside of the door that was in some weird rectangular vial-like bottle. But then after I pick it up the kitten latches on to it and tries to take it from me, awwwww. X3

HI - All I remember about this one is being back by the windows in our kitchen and there were water bottles hanging from the ceiling.

#1 - Obstacle Course

I'm on some playground-like structure at the end of an obstacle course. I'm supposed to have completed a certain set of objectives to be able to warp to the next course, but apparently I didn't and the way back is blocked so I have to take the other exit and go all the way back to the start. There was a very clear plot here, but upen the dream ending I had TWO false awakenings wherein I tried to get down as many details about the dream as possible, and by the time I actually did wake up I had forgotten most of it. (I also remember now that in the false awakenings there was the sound of someone snoring really loud, was there someone in bed next to me?? >.>)

#2 - Love Games

I had a crush on someone and I knew that I had to have done a certain set of things correctly to get them to love me back, but apparently I didn't and I couldn't just backtrack so I had to give it a rest and go all the way back to the start. ...And then I had two false awakenings that almost made me forget the dream. Wait whaaaaat??



#3 - Chili's

I'm eating at Chili's with my parents, and we're discussing how there's some new setup where you can eat now and have them bill you for it later. (That'd be nice. ) The restaurant is designed with a pretty weird architecture, but it seems perfectly normal at the time. As we walk up to the counter to pay, some guy walks by with a bluetooth headphone bragging to someone about how he's not going to have to pay until later, and then we see this group of kids that look like some kind of ragtag bunch of mini-gangsters arguing with someone up at the front. They're a mix of black and white and all skinny except for their apparent "leader" who is this chubby black kid. We walk past them and my perspective switches to that of the leader kid's. He (me at this point) is mad for some reason and they all decide to leave by climbing out of this window on top of the door, with him going last, while making up song lyrics and singing them for some reason. So I climb out this window and see that we're three stories up and I jump down to the pavement effortlessly. Everyone in the group splits up and one of the white kids tries to shake my hand and says some line with music playing in the background, which I immediately recognize as from a (nonexistent) movie and say "Enough with the movie references!" He walks off but keeps pointing back at me and smiling and winking. So I start to walk out into the parking lot to find my parents' car, apparently at some point I just transitioned back into being myself, and I start thinking about talking to N and get a very clear mental image of it going on. I say to him "Food names can be pretty weird, for example...", and I don't remember what was next but I just named a few different foods, but then my parents honk at me because I walked past the car. I think "Oh, I missed them because I stopped to talk to N.", which didn't actually happen. And that's it for this one.

HI - I'm on what resembles the island from Lost, with a character who resembles Sayid. He's asking me if it's too late to sign up for a free trail membership on some Japanese site, which I suddenly get a very vivid mental image of, and then he talks about helping me to down some Sawyer-resembling character to prove to me that he's worthy for it.

HI - I remember telling N excitedly that I have tons of dream stuff written down for my journal.

HI - I was sitting backwards on the couch in my living room with some guy, and we each had out legs wide open and up against the back of the couch, pointing out the window.

There were a few more HI things between this and the next one, but I was too tired to write them down so this is all I got.

#4 - The Secrets Of The Jungle

I was driving downtown on a highway looking for an exit to take but I can never seem to find it. Somehow the scene transitions back into the jungle, which seems to be a pretty common dream area for me lately. There is a kid in the jungle, and I'm either seeing things first-person from his point of view or in third-person from mine, it's kind of hard to remember but I'm definitely not normal me. I want to say third-person for at least most of it. I have a strange knowledge of the things that are going on. In this jungle, your fears come to life and chase you and the more you run away from them the stronger they get, but if you stand and face your fears you have the potential to meet spirits and demons and make deals with them for power. So this kid is running away from monsters and murderers and is scared for his life. I know about his history too, he's a weak person who would do anything for power but is too afraid to make any move, so he got locked in this evil place somehow as a form of torture. Finally though, he can't take the fear anymore and, quivering and about to faint, he turns around and stands against the monsters. They all dissolve into black smoke except for one which is kind of like a giant centipede-leech fusion. He chases it down a path until he enters a thick mist and loses track of the monster, and a voice starts talking as some of the mist starts to form into something of a face. The voice says that he is a demon who takes the images of others, kills them, and then uses their bodies to take form in the real world and deceive people into getting whatever he wants, and that he could grant his power to the kid if he wanted it. Because the boy is weak and desperate for power he doesn't hesitate, but the demon clarifies for him that with his power, anyone whose image he steals will be completely immune to harm from him, no matter what. That way if he tries to deceive someone as someone else and then that person comes and reveals the truth, there's absolutely no way he can get out of it other than to continue making the deceit more convoluted. The boy still accepts, and the demon is clearly pleased as the mist envelops him, and as things fade away, I wake up.
