Thread: Breakthrough technique to have your first lucid dream and obe

Hi everyone , I just wanna share with you guys an amazing technique to have lucid dream and obe effortlessly without hard visualization ( Which is impossible for most of poeple ) and without the need for weeks of meditation and relaxation technique .. Even though I highly recommand the practice of those techniques ..... I think the best one in the market right now is

Every one in the astral dynamic community know the REM ....time of dream and separation between physical and etheric body ..... There is some expensive masks that detect the rapid eye mouvement and send light or start voice recording that catch the attention of the dreamer and make him remember that he is dreaming like novadream mask and ones you remmember the magic start
Now here is my secret technique
All what you need is very small light bulb ( very cheap ) and a elastic ring ( or anything that work like Button light
- during the rem there is another part of the body that move too ( not just the eye ) ... This part of the body is the Penis ....that's way you have spontaneous erection in the mornig when you wake up ... Actually every one have 5 to 6 spontaneous erection every night Accompagning the REM .... Check medical sites ( REM and spontaneous erection ) .... So make any mechanisms around the penis that work like light button ...when the penis get biger just 2 or 3 mm the two extremite touch each other and the electrecity pass and turn on the small light in front of the eye .... It's so simlpe and it works for me .... And I'm so sorry for women .. It's not gonna work for them lol

When I got to the part about what it specifically was I couldn't stop laughing until the end. This is a joke, right? Even if I was a male, and even if I knew it would work with 100% effectiveness, I wouldn't do it because it's just too disturbing.

Well, there are two other things of more concern to me:
First: I have not clue how to build a mechanism triggers by an erection. And astralguess does not give any hint on this.
Second: Astralguess hat noe other post here. He just registerd, posted his 'awesome' technique, and that was it! Nothing in his profile or any activity. This does not look like a good reference to me.

Wait, what? Could you like draw or show us a picture of how the mechanism would work? And please don't show the trigger function at its full potential. Also how would you make the light stick to your head? The head with the brain that is.

Edit: The head with the nose and mouth would be better to say.

Edit2: The biggest head. Just, like the head girls have.

well instead of attaching electrical equipment and light bulbs to your penis, just 10 minutes before you go to bed think about your dreams and tell your self your dreaming
