Oh yeah I'm definitely going to experiment a lot, it's what I do!
And when I get good enough to have some proper LDs, with high awareness and I can really think what I want to do, THEN I will go where no-one else has before 
I've been experimenting with LDing since I was 6-7, had quite a few, most nights, then it just stopped and I forgot about it...
Ah so that's what caffeine does, and yeah that does sound similar to my schedule..
When I wake on 3hrs 20 sleep, it's a struggle, but after 5-10 mins i'm wide awake..
Then at 10:20, even though i'm still wide awake at that point, I can sleep in about 2 minutes which is ideal!
Never been one to struggle sleeping, I fall asleep at the desk, sitting on the floor, during films, and sometimes whilst standing up (like making a coffee, and peeing lol)
Once I can relax with a WILD, i'm sure I could be great at it, because I sleep so quickly.. but for now my focus is on these DILDs
