Practicing VILD for 30 nights.

I want to make VILD my only lucid dreaming technique. I think it would be fun to track my progress here like some other threads. I want to imagine a dream scene that's very simple and only takes a few seconds to play out. That way I can repeatedly imagine it in between breaths without much effort. I'll do this both as I'm falling asleep and immediately after I wake up from dreams, stopping only to write down dreams or get out of bed. I'll start out by imagining, constantly in between breaths, a woman kissing me on the cheek as I'm lying down with my eyes closed and saying, "You're dreaming". I'm eager to see how well this works!
