    1. A Dozen Mice in Our Bed

      by , 01-06-2019 at 08:02 AM
Morning of January 6, 2019. Sunday.

      Dream #: 19,011-02. Reading time: 40 sec.

I am in our bed in darkness at our present address, and it seems to be in the same orientation and location (but the space around me feels different).

Under my right hand, I vividly feel a dozen mice squirming around. (I had fallen asleep on my back, which does not occur very often.) I try to keep them in the area near my right hip, as there is concern about one of our cats getting to them. (I sense a cat on the left side of our bed.) My sense of touch is enhanced. The surface area is also enlarged, making both the palm of my hand and the mice seem at least four times bigger.

There is brief “conversation” with Zsuzsanna and our youngest son (both on my left, our son near the foot of our bed), though I perceive the phrases by thought rather than hear the sound.

I typically only have dreams with no imagery but with enhanced touch when sleeping on my back.

    2. The Fence that was not a Fence

      by , 01-02-2019 at 12:09 PM
Morning of January 2, 2019. Wednesday.

Dream #: 19,007-02. Reading time (optimized): 1 min.

My dream self is involved in fictitious associations with Cubitis (where I have not lived since 1978). Dennis (a half-brother on my mother’s side whom I have not seen in real life since 1994) is present. Several random people are present. It may be a vague association with New Year’s Eve.

My dream’s location eventually changes to being that of the backyard of the Loomis Street house. I am behind what seems to be a fence, looking west, in the southwest area of the yard. I am also vaguely aware that the “fence” is the foot of a bed that I am “sleeping” in, though I am sitting on my knees and leaning against it. It is metal and oversized, with vertical bars. Dennis walks on the other side, at least six feet away, walking to the left in my view. (This orientation is atypical, as waking orientation is most often to the right, though I am probably mediating his direction to prevent his presence from being an emergence factor.)

A fence is a factor of reticular activating system mediation that concurrently defines the distinction between the imaginary dream self and the emerging conscious self identity. Here, it additionally correlates with the subliminal perception that I am sleeping and directly represents my dream self peering into the enigmatic space of preconscious activity.

In addition to [fence as RAS mediation], there is a factor of one of the “crucial three” [literal bed space emergence]. There is also the [preconscious simulacrum mode two] as Dennis.

    3. A Cryptic Newspaper Headline

      by , 12-17-2018 at 09:24 AM
Morning of December 17, 2018. Monday.

      Dream #: 18,991-04. Reading time: 1 min 22 sec. Readability score: 72.

I am at a distorted variation of the Loomis Street house in late morning, in the living room. There is an unknown dark-haired female present of whom is likely meant to represent Zsuzsanna, as my conscious self identity is not extant. Mostly, I look at a newspaper. There are details about the Green Bay Packers, including random letters that supposedly relate to the status of their wins and losses. (I do not follow sports in real life.)

I get into a conversation about the Green Bay Packers regarding their status. I inform the unknown girl when she asks about the football team that they are presently an “A.” After a short time, I am uncertain of this even though I had read about it. I look again at the newspaper. The headlines display “M, O, N, U.” I then tell the girl that they are a “U.”

Reading is one of my most common activities in dreams, though sometimes unstable, such as letters or words changing, though this dream was stable. Since childhood, I have used it as a way to hone thinking skills and awareness while dreaming. However, the results have been surprising. Reading and discerning, as in this dream, seems to take priority over conscious self recall. That is, I can see the writing and read it, though I have no waking life memory of my current conscious self. I know of the Green Bay Packers, but do not recall I live in Australia or that I had not been to the Loomis Street house in over 20 years. That is how incredibly skewed and faulty dreams are.

Still, there is something to learn here. The avatar seems to be the interconsciousness rather than the preconscious (as the simulacrum was not domineering as the preconscious typically is). I say that the team is “U.” So, I may be calling the transpersonal avatar “you.” The form would exist between man and mind. M, O, N, (mon or man), U, and the missing part is “mental,” as dreaming is within the mind. Monumental.

    4. Harrison Ford’s Lecture to Tall Palm Trees

      by , 12-02-2018 at 06:02 PM
Morning of December 2, 2018. Sunday.

      Dream #: 18,976-01. Reading time: 1 min 30 sec. Readability score: 52.

Harrison Ford (whom my infra-self perceives as a teacher rather than a celebrity in this dream) is giving a lecture, from behind a podium, at a graduation ceremony at Western Technical College, occurring late at night, but no one else is present (other than my dream self). Perhaps he is speaking to the tall palm trees that rise into the night, in the vague suggestion of an arc. They curve down slightly.

Errors: Palm trees do not grow well outdoors in Wisconsin as it is too cold. I have not lived in La Crosse since February 1994. No discernible threads of my waking life identity are present, which often results in not recognizing celebrities.

“Of Roof Space, Indoor Rain, and Shouting Palm Trees” followed on December 4.

Harrison Ford appeared as Han Solo in a dream of December 22, 2016, that seemed precognitive of Carrie Fisher’s demise on December 27.

“The Tallest Palm,” my music from a dream of July 23, 2006, is on a compilation CD with other artists as a benefit for wounded soldiers; released on July 30, 2007, by DMusic. My dream repeated on July 23, 2015.

Preconscious (reticular activating system simulacrum) as authoritative, as a celebrity, as emerging consciousness (thinking skills), as teacher, as finalizing emergence (graduation).

Trees typically correlate with subliminal, liminal, or concurrent consciousness factors of emerging physicality as well as implying presence of the interconsciousness. For example, in a dream of September 13, 1979, I was transformed into a tree by my “mystery girl” to correlate with the realization that my real physical body did not move as I slept. I merged with the leaves of a palm tree in a dream of November 1, 1992. In a dream of February 9, 1993, I commanded a tree to pick up a nun and rock her like a baby in its branches (a lucid awareness of being in peaceful sleep). In a dream of April 15, 2016, a rendering somewhat like a mechanized mannequin, though with a human essence, emerged from the bottom of an uprooted tree as the emerging consciousness (waking transition) factor. In early childhood dreams, trees sometimes held the essence of people, sometimes having human faces, in the realization that people do not walk around when in REM sleep.

    5. Talking with my Father (and Grandfather) at a Public Venue

      by , 10-23-2018 at 10:28 AM
Morning of October 23, 2018. Tuesday.

Dream #: 18,936-02. Reading time (optimized): 2 min. Readability score: 69.

I am at the Concordia Ballroom in La Crosse. (My father often performed publicly here when I was very young.) There is a service counter at the east end of the hall (a fictitious orientation, as it was on the north end). My father is sitting behind it. (I do not recall that he had died in 1979). His father is standing to his right but appears as being much younger than my father. (I do not focus on the absurdity of the scenario.)

My grandfather is talking about the history of our family. During this time, I am trying to connect wires so that both speakers will play music. The one on the far left is working, but the far right one is not. I hear sound only in my left ear. I wrap the clusters of wire around each other. There are many that stick out from different areas of the plastic coating. My father looks on as I do this. I am wary of touching certain ones together, but in reality, it would not matter, as there is no electrical current. I spend several minutes doing this, starting over a few times.

I sincerely tell my father how much I enjoyed singing with him when I was a boy.

My grandfather speaks of a fictitious family history meant to be the truth. I remain puzzled about the details, but I do not say anything. Supposedly, my father’s mother’s name was Boyat (unfamiliar to me). She was famous and had an artificial knee. (In reality, the name was Ruland and appears in a book about Tecumseh.)

Eventually, the right speaker starts working. When this happens, I absentmindedly but dramatically run off to the far end of the hall. I enter a bedroom where Zsuzsanna is sleeping. I leap into the air and fly a short distance. I try to wake her, as it is supposedly late in the afternoon. (In reality, she is awake, and I am asleep in my dream.)

There have been numerous dreams of connecting wires. It seems to indicate a subliminal attempt to become lucid or connect with my current conscious self identity. I hear the sound in my left ear, which is dream state orientation, as I sleep on my left side with my right exposed to the real environment, so having the full connection would initiate conscious awareness within my dream.

In this dream, I become more subliminally aware of being in the dream state, but I do not achieve a viable liminal or lucid understanding that I am dreaming. Still, I automatically enter the usual vestibular system correlation stage by leaping and flying in dream state indicator space; the bedroom where Zsuzsanna is sleeping. Up until then, I had no recall of my current conscious self identity. I wake shortly after this. Before I am awake, I see patterns of an offset dream forming to my left, which mostly shows laundry, and I consider it is “correct” in being down to the left.

    6. walking with…not my niece

      by , 10-14-2018 at 04:15 PM
Morning of October 14, 2018. Sunday.

      Dream #: 18,927-02. Reading time: 3 min 54 sec. Readability score: 69.

Note that Linda is not Linda in this dream. (See notes after main entry.)

In my dream, I am going to an amusement arcade in southside La Crosse with my niece, Linda. I am at the Loomis Street house. It is late at night, about fifteen minutes before midnight. It seems we will spend about an hour there and get the bus back to the Loomis Street house at about fifteen past one in the morning.

It seems we had walked north through the Loomis Street alley, as we are then walking east on Gillette Street to go to the Loomis and Gillette bus stop. I am puzzled as to why we are going somewhere so late at night for only about an hour or less of video game play. I check my right pants pocket to feel several American quarters (at least eight) and a few other coins, and I consider I may have enough for the bus trips and a few video games. (There is augmented tangibility at this point.)

As we arrive at the intersection, almost to the bus stop, my dream resets. Linda and I are now crossing from the east side of the street opposite the Loomis Street house. It is also early afternoon now.

An unfamiliar man is walking (on the west side of Loomis Street) with another man who is also unknown. They are both in their thirties. He is holding a gun to the other man’s head as they walk. The man holding the gun is on the other man’s right. The situation makes me wary, but we keep walking in front of them after we cross to their side (rather than avoiding them), heading to the same bus stop as in the previous scene. I briefly consider that we may be in danger, but that does not seem to be the case, as the man with the gun does not seem interested in us even as potential witnesses who could identify him later. As we get to the intersection, my dream resets for the second time (again, without triggering dream state recognition).

Linda and I are now about three blocks north of Loomis and Gillette in a (fictitious) commercial district and walking south on the west side of Loomis Street. It is afternoon. I am thinking about whether it would be worth it to be at the amusement arcade for only a short time. I am still erroneously considering the midnight to one o'clock span even though it is daylight. I am now wearing a hooded sweater with big pockets.

I decide that I should have a gun, as the man in the previous scene had a gun and I do not want to take any chances. I create a revolver in the right pocket of my hooded sweater (without lucidity). A policeman is in the area, though remains behind us. As I walk, the revolver, as I am holding it within the pocket, somehow comes out of the pocket and is at my side for a short time. As I continue, my arms swing with my gait in an exaggerated manner. I briefly ponder upon whether people will think I had forgotten how to walk correctly or deliberately trying to draw attention. I put my hand back into the pocket. I consider that if the policeman stops me, I will say that it is a 9mm blank firing Jaguar 80. He does not stop me.

As Linda and I walk to Loomis and Gillette from the north to get to the bus stop, my dream resets for the third time. Now we are walking west on the north side of Gillette Street, a few blocks west of the bus stop. (We had reached it before the reset.) She is ahead of me by a few feet and on the right. It is late morning. She is wearing baggy clothes; blue jeans and a pale blue blouse, and this puzzles me as I try to discern her form. She seems about ten years old. My conscious self identity is still not extant, but my dream self’s fictitious mind is losing cohesion, and my dream becomes more abstract in the waking process.

      [key descriptors]

      subliminal ultradian rhythm thread (distorted)

intersection as RAS mediation (three dream resets)

      preconscious avatar with a gun

preconsciousness as police activity (reticular formation personification)

coins as emergent consciousness cue (does not work here)

the man with the gun to the other man’s head is counter-processing, that is, potential RAS modulation over my precursory emerging consciousness as the opposite of my dream self paired with a potential reinducer

      [key ERRORS]

Erroneous discernment of induction simulacrum (Naiad) as my niece Linda when there is not the vaguest resemblance or waking life association. However, this is a result of my current conscious self identity being absent. Ultimately, the simulacrum has nothing to do with Linda (whom I have not seen in real life since 1994) and is a younger manifestation of Zsuzsanna.

Linda never lived at or stayed at the Loomis Street house.

I currently have no interest in playing video games, though when I was much younger, I did go to an amusement arcade in southside La Crosse to play pinball.

Loomis Street 1500 area erroneously continues north as an unfamiliar commercial district.

My dream resets three times (including late night becoming early afternoon) without dream state recognition, not because of failing to “become lucid” by popular definition, but because of the absence of my true conscious self identity. (Note the non-lucid dream control of my creation of the gun.)

My conscious self’s identity, as my dream self is trying to discern the simulacrum in the last scene, remains absent. However, the fact that it is ahead of me and to my right designates its transition from potential reinducer into the emerging consciousness avatar at this point.

    7. Ghosts in the Wardrobe

      by , 10-13-2018 at 01:02 PM
Morning of October 13, 2018. Saturday.

Dream #: 18,926-01. Reading time (optimized): 3 min. Readability score: 65.

In my dream, there is not much of my current conscious self identity intact. Part of the first setting has the essence and “memory” of the Cubitis house’s kitchenette (where I have not been since 1978), but it is incorrect in the overall layout. There is an open area to the right (when facing west) that leads to a big bedroom, with other rooms beyond that. Additionally, there is a washing machine instead of a stove, which I do not find unusual. The house seems to belong to Marilyn (half-sister on my mother’s side; deceased), even though she never lived here. (I do not recall that she had died and she appears as she was in the late 1960s.)

At one point, I watch the washing machine turn at an angle. Eventually, an invisible force drags it into the bedroom, leaving it near a door on the opposite side of that room, near the bed. I find this fascinating and tell Marilyn.

I discover that the ghost of a boy is hiding under the bed after Marilyn tells me about him. I perceive him as sitting up in a meditation position even though this orientation could not be possible in reality.

Another room seems to be like a small broadcasting room of a radio station, though mostly featureless. I talk to Jim (half-brother on my mother’s side; deceased) through the window, which seems closed, though I can hear him speaking to me. I do not go into the room. (I do not recall that he had died and he appears as he was in the mid-1970s.) He tells me that I should never talk about the ghost to anyone else outside of our home. I disagree. He seems sad. I then have an intense reflection of my marriage to Zsuzsanna and all the miraculous events we have experienced, and I begin talking about them as if they were the result of a divine force above us, yet astoundingly, my dream self does not enter dream state realization. (I still seem to have no recall of who I am or of my current real-life status immediately after this.)

I go back into the bedroom, and Marilyn tells me that the parents of the ghost boy, who are also ghosts, had been hiding in the wardrobe for a long time. The unfamiliar and somewhat stocky man in a suit is wearing glasses. His eyes seem unusual. His right eye seems lower than it should, at a slight downward angle towards his nose. It is also a shorter distance from his left eye than what would be normal.

I hold out my right hand for the male ghost to shake. I am very sincere and cheerful. He willingly shakes my hand. I then place my left over his as we are still clasping hands. My sense of touch is enhanced. I am confident and peaceful as I acknowledge him with a sincere smile, as if I am very happy to meet him.

It is a typical non-lucid dream of the type I have had since earliest memory. There is no evidence that the non-lucid dream self has a viable link to the unconscious mind in REM sleep as many people believe. Virtually every non-lucid dream I have had since earliest memory reveals otherwise.

I could look at this dream in two ways. I could see it as the common waking process. For example, I could see the male ghost as my emerging consciousness avatar and our shaking hands as coalescence of my dream self into my conscious self. (There have been many similar dreams.) However, knowing that telepathy (for lack of a better word) is a common dreaming process, there may have been something transpersonal going on here as with my recent “Jethro” dream. The link with the interconsciousness occurs at a specific level between dreaming and waking, though I can also perceive it at times when awake (especially with Zsuzsanna). That is evidence that interconsciousness exists either above preconsciousness or parallel to it, since interconsciousness is often more discernible than preconsciousness, though the reticular formation, RAS, and the preconscious is a waking alert factor in contrast to how the interconsciousness is a transpersonal dimension beyond the individual and a prerequisite of survival of the species, rather than just the individual.

      [key descriptors]

subliminal creation of a bed as a reminder I am dreaming

subliminal creation of a wardrobe as a reminder I am dreaming

      unification ritual

REM dream state indicator (focus on “unusual eyes”)

    8. Cessna in his Living Room

      by , 10-06-2018 at 09:21 AM
Morning of October 6, 2018. Saturday.

      Dream #: 18,919-01. Reading time: 1 min 45 sec. Readability score: 63.

Entering the usual (projected in this stage) vestibular system correlation phase (always based on the subliminal, liminal, or lucid anticipation of the process rather than anything to do with waking life), I find myself back in Cubitis in the early afternoon, in the front yard. I am watching airplanes flying south in the blue sky above. It goes on for seemingly a long time. (Although this is a common dream situation, having been so for over fifty years, it does not have the same essence or mood as my watching the sky before dawn dreams. Those carry more of a deep, blissful nostalgia and happiness, with a false memory of otherworldly activity occurring at about two to three in the morning.)

There are others with me, though they are unfamiliar people. Everyone in this dream is cheerful. My conscious self identity does not exist in this space. Even the neighbors to the immediate south are unknown and unfamiliar. There are no thoughts of the real history with the real-life neighbors of 1968-1978.

At times, I consider that I could cause an airplane to crash (though I am not viably lucid) by anticipating it, though I do not focus on human fatality here. Sometimes one of the planes flies close to the ground in the distance, but there are no explosions. Eventually, I see that a Cessna is in the driveway of the neighbor immediately to the south as if it had been there all along. I point this out to one of the other people in the front yard.

My dream wavers into an indoor setting, where the Cessna is now indoors, in the neighbor’s living room. It is behind the couch (and is not much longer than it) in about the center of the room, though it does not have wings. The owner had called it “fake” even though it is not. He and his wife sit inside the airplane and watch television. The plane faces west.

Eventually, the man cheerfully talks about having a snake around somewhere, which he put in the room on purpose. I am not concerned and do not see a snake anywhere, though slowly wake at this point.

Since childhood, I have understood the vestibular system correlation avatar to be a specific form of RAS personification (the waking process linked to the reticular formation in REM sleep). Once again, this is validated, as the core RAS manifestation (in all primates, not just human beings) is a snake. It is almost as if the preconscious is playing with me by talking about having put a snake somewhere in the room with the wingless airplane.

    9. Strange Bathroom Wake-up Call Dream

      by , 09-20-2018 at 11:44 AM
Morning of September 20, 2018. Thursday.

Reading time (optimized): 2 min. Readability score: 71.

Well, I guess the title is moot, as most of my bathroom wake-up call dreams are strange (which they would have to be to pull me into the waking process).

My dream self is vaguely aware of my need to use the bathroom, but it is not very urgent at this point. Still, there is the typical eventual false memory of “we do not have a working toilet in our house.” (This is a common dream self perception, which is rendered to trigger the waking process. I then often falsely recall we have two toilets whereby only one works until I am fully awake.)

I first go into the bathroom that is without a working toilet. After I go to the other one, I “realize” that neither toilet works. (In reality, we only have one, which works fine.)

Typical indoor-outdoor ambiguity becomes the main factor. (That is, there is the perception of being inside and outside at the same time, very common in my dreams.)

I notice a toilet beyond an ambiguous outdoor feature of ashes and miscellaneous junk, which is reminiscent of the bonfire location of Cubitis (though I do not directly think about Cubitis). Two unknown cheerful males are also present. I dramatically and cheerfully march over the area to the toilet beyond.

I need to fix the toilet before I use it (or it would otherwise not flush). I am near its base where there is a mixed-up association with small pipes and where it anchors to the floor on each side. (That is, the two unrelated factors incorrectly combine into one concept.) Two thin pipes on each side, only slightly above floor level, are open.

I am holding two objects. Each is a narrow connecting pipe of about three inches long, with a small hook coming out that resembles an incomplete miniature leash clip, with two thin strips of metal on each side of which resemble a blunt anatomical forceps. I need to insert each pipe into each larger one in the floor, to somehow connect the clip onto something I cannot directly see. (This makes no technical sense. It seems that water comes up from two small pipes in the floor to flow through the flat base and up into the bowl - even though the extra pipes are vertical.)

I start by inserting one on the left. It goes in, but water starts spraying out of the top (even though there was no water coming out of the original vertical pipe in the floor, so this makes no sense), as the clip is not in the right place. It has to link to something unseen to keep the pipe in place. I do not consider how ridiculous the design is, as there is no path from the flat part of the base to go up into the bowl. There is also a rubbery piece between the floor pipe and the one I had inserted. It is irregular and pushed to one side. I wake after this amusing annoyance.

    10. Louis Gossett Jr.

      by , 08-18-2018 at 06:22 AM
Morning of August 18, 2018. Saturday.

Reading time: 1 min 15 sec. Readability score: 56.

I fly to a faraway dense forest in late morning, though there is a dirt road near one section.

Louis Gossett Jr. is a lumberjack. I only vaguely recognize his celebrity status, but I do not build upon it. He nods briefly, hardly a nod at all, but I do not know if it is at me.

I can see myself contemplating a continuation of this dream, but I decide I may be imposing on his job, and so I fly back home.

Waking thought: “I am the origin of the universe.” (This is interesting. I will probably use it later to see what sort of autosymbolism it manifests in the dream state.)

Saturday, 18 August 2018 update on “River Bank Treasure Hunt” (August 15, 2018).

Curiously, Zsuzsanna had read my online version of “River Bank Treasure Hunt” without having known all the relevant dream content (which I did not include all of online, as many of my dreams are typically too long, surreal, or convoluted to include all detail) though still somehow perceived the segment that included Aretha Franklin. (Even though we often communicate on other levels, this seems more about her sensing unwritten content in text. However, since significant content in my dreams had originated out of her thought processes long before we met, it remains unknown.) I did not include that detail, because I “knew” Aretha Franklin would die the next day (which turned out to be correct even though I had no viable focus on her status in recent memory). Ultimately, I feel it does not matter. (Some people might have perceived it subliminally from my original inclusion of the segment with Ella Fitzgerald.) As with the missing Malaysian flight, and many other precognitive dreams I had posted on the Internet (including dream content virtually identical to another poster’s before they posted theirs), no one notices in most cases.

    11. Sarcophagus with Stained Glass Lid

      by , 08-17-2018 at 01:19 PM
Morning of June 1, 1998. Monday.

Reading time: 1 min 52 sec. Readability score: 52.

Deliberately stepping into the dream space, I find it is a comfortably dark room that has walls, floor, and ceiling of gray stone. I am unaware of the presence of a door or doorway.

What I first think is an Egyptian sarcophagus is present in the center of the room. It is mainly rectangular and lacking detail. In semi-lucidity, I realize it is a representation of the fact that I am asleep in bed.

Moving closer, I see that the lid of the sarcophagus is like a stained glass window of a Christian church, although it portrays an unknown British king rather than a religious scene, the imagery of which resembles the king of diamonds in a deck of cards. A yellow light is discernible from under, shining through its semi-transparent sections despite the multi-colored stained glass, and I fall into it (deliberately, leaning forward) without fear, cracking it open and immediately being “back” in bed.

Explanatory notes on dream modeling and processing:

My physical body is asleep in bed, not moving, and that is the foundation (and trigger) of the rendering of the sarcophagus. I am aware of the cause while in my dream aside from the fact its foundation is semi-lucidly scripted. (In “Stargate,” the sarcophagus is used to restore the physical body to full health and that was my original intent here.) The details mainly stem from associations with two Alan Parsons Project albums, “Pyramid” and “Turn of a Friendly Card.” (On the cover of “Pyramid,” Alan Parsons is sitting up in bed in a room with an orange and yellow glow. “Turn of a Friendly Card” features the king of diamonds in stained glass.)

The color yellow is a factor I have used all my life (in both infra-awareness and lucidity) to initiate emerging consciousness and dream state revivification. It is not a factor of absolute dream control in every case (only RAS mediation, which is unpredictable due to ultradian rhythm peaks and lows) and is typically more likely to bring about waking and preconscious manifestation than intended reinduction.

Deliberately leaning and falling forward, or jumping from a window or cliff is a method I have used since childhood to intensify and sustain a dream, though it does not always work as it occasionally triggers VSC RAS modulation. In contrast, the breaking window is a metaphor for dream state cessation as in the 1971 TV movie, “The Deadly Dream.”

Notes added Friday, 17 August 2018. As of this date, creating a large locked steel bank vault door that replaces the front door of a house, and rapidly flying towards it from a bedroom (to phase through it into whatever is beyond in the front yard) with total faith and confidence, is the most viable way I have found to vivify and sustain the dream state.

    12. DNA Test

Much of my conscious self identity disperses past liminal space, though I maintain a few threads of waking life status, including the memory of Zsuzsanna and our family to some extent. However, there is an unknown woman who has a daughter that is possibly mine. The only way to prove this would be to get a DNA test. The DNA test is said to be a painful process but which I am willing to take by the end of my dream. Positive results will mean that the girl will live with us from here on.

There is a point at which I move my hand over the girl’s temple. It has a soft raised area. I check my own and find the same feature. I talk to the members of my family about the identifying feature that they have as well. I still need to confirm any connection with a DNA test. I am wary of such a procedure at first.

On one level, there is no logic here, as there is not an implication that I had known the woman, just that I am somehow the girl’s father regardless. The girl does not look like any of my real children, so I consider that I may be wrong at some points.

During the DNA test, I am ready for pain, though I do not experience any. A male android pushes a big needle into my left wrist. I am lying on my back on a table. A glass box is above me, where icicles grow from the top.

This last part seems like an incidental carryover from one of yesterday morning’s dreams. Captain Picard was inside a big aquarium, and there were Borg devices attached to him.

My dream is hopefully not precognitive of requiring surgery at a later date as similar dreams were when I was a teenager. It may correlate with a biological process.

    13. Resetting the Mandrill and Ready for Flight

I am with Zsuzsanna for the first time in my dream. We are as we were when we met in February 1994. However, where she lives is different. The house seems to have only one floor. (There have been many dreams where we were together for the first time, each as an alternate timeline, but typically with blissful associations.)

We plan on going to America to live, rather than remaining in Australia. We are walking through a park late at night, and several unfamiliar people are present. It seems we are walking to the airport. (The area looks like a park I was only in once when I was six years old when my parents and I were traveling from Wisconsin to Florida to live.)

There is a sudden unexpected eerie mood as a creature comes out of the dense woods. An incredibly loud roar echoes throughout the area. It is a big mandrill that emerges from the forest that borders much of the park. Most of the other people look alarmed. Some begin to run. Zsuzsanna and I quickly go in the opposite direction as the others. At first, I think the animal will chase the others, but it looks toward us and charges. We go atop a log that is tipped slightly from a tree stump near another tree. The mandrill starts to eat us both at the same time, swallowing our hands first. I am annoyed at this outcome and subliminally reset my dream to begin from the same point but without the creature.

We arrive at the airport. It is still night. Zsuzsanna is elsewhere for a short time. I am uncertain what airplane to get. An unfamiliar woman who works at the airport and is standing with a few unknown members of the public talks to me. Referring to Zsuzsanna and me, she clearly says, “You are the two special people on this world. Yin and Yang.” She says she is an angel. From here, I wander off and ask if there are angels in the airport, but no one else says much.

Zsuzsanna and I are soon sitting in the back of the plane. In fact, we are so far back, there is only room for us in the area, as it tapers somewhat.

The perception of movement is extraordinarily vivid and like being on a real airplane that is taking off. However, when I look out the windows to my right, we have not yet left the ground. I consider what could happen. The airplane might explode in midair or crash, but I am unconcerned. I continue to feel the movement throughout my body. I notice that we are moving on what seems like a highway bordered by guardrails. It is curiously in the form of a complex winding roller coaster shape that continues to go higher. I do not consider this as odd. The pilot is doing his job well, and I trust him. He makes a sharp turn and continues up the runway. I decide to sleep until we arrive in America. It will not be long before we are in our new circumstances.

    14. Activating a Funny Toy (with study guide)

      by , 07-15-2018 at 02:26 PM
Morning of July 15, 2018. Sunday.

My dream’s setting is a fusion of the L-shaped room of the King Street mansion and the lounge room of our present home. I am sitting on my bed as it was on King Street and facing north towards the window. My youngest daughter is sitting on the floor.

I have one of her plastic toys; Peppa Pig’s yellow spaceship. It is part of a big computerized game, though is only a trial model that requires an activation code before it can function. A bag on my right contains many similar toys.

I think of activating all her toys so that they become the full versions by obtaining the codes from inside them without contacting the company.

Looking through the window of Peppa Pig’s yellow spaceship, I see several lines of computer code printed on a paper strip that seems to be part of a scrolling mechanism that is at the back. There are lines printed on each side of the paper strip, but I am unable to see the print on its opposite side.

One line ends with the value 9876543210. I doubt that this is the correct code, but I still attempt it. It does not work. There is another number with a random sequence of digits, but that one does not work either.

The third code is hexadecimal, with “EE” in it, the rest being numbers. I try that one, and something happens. An oversized toy bird beak emerges from the window of the toy rocket, generating an odd chirping. As the codes are so easy to find and use, I consider activating all the other toys.

      Study guide:

      1) What are the two main autosymbolic factors of this dream?

      2) This dream has secondary autosymbolism based on ultradian rhythm. Identify it.

      3) What does yellow represent here?

      4) What is a factor that reveals the subliminal awareness of being in the dream state?

      5) Is there a possible interconsciousness factor here? If so, what?

      Study guide answers:

      1) Vestibular system correlation as flight-related autosymbolism (in two simultaneous forms, bird and rocket) and precursory thinking skills correlation as the need to read numbers and enter a code.

      2) The cuckoo clock association.

      3) Emergent consciousness factor, which is a result of increased awareness of the light spectrum.

      4) I am sitting on my bed.

      5) Transpersonal communication with our youngest daughter while in the dream state. Remember that dreams are in real time, not a result of memory processing as disinformation agents propagate.

    15. Sliding on a Mountain Road at Night

      by , 06-10-2018 at 11:12 AM
Morning of June 10, 2018. Sunday.

This dream utilizes a very unusual level of integrated non-lucid dream control where I am aware of the nature of the autosymbolism as relevant to vestibular system correlation. This term even occurs to me in my dream. It is seemingly a deliberate dream experiment that results in a new experience with vestibular system correlation. Still, I do not consider how illogical it is.

Zsuzsanna seems to be ahead of me as we travel over a very narrow mountain road. Originally, it seems we were in a car, though that changes. As I slide over the road in darkness in the middle segment of my dream, my sense of touch is amplified as I feel myself move along on my stomach on the road, yet with no sense of friction. It is a very curious perception and heightened tangibility, though probably includes association with the liminal knowledge that vehicles in dreams typically represent an autosymbolic extension of the physical body. The thickness of the road only seems about an inch, but is very high in the mountains. There is a very deep valley far below, yet I do not consider that I might fall even as I reach each curve. I maneuver very well.

I have no trouble holding onto each edge of the road on each side of me as I move along through the mountain range, with no contemplation of how the road is staying up. Although it seems like a great challenge, my path is effortless, and I comment to Zsuzsanna about the road’s dynamics.

There is a point where I am aware I am dreaming in the last segment as well as realizing it had been non-lucid dream control and deliberate experimentation with the dream state. There is even a supposed section that needs to be linked to the previous section. It involves looking at the foot of our bed and seeing a white cloth object that is somewhat like an oversized pom pom, which is supposed to be autosymbolism for the end of the road trip, the road ending near the head of our bed, but of a somewhat abstract change.

Having a greatly enhanced sense of touch and movement in some dream sequences that have little or no imagery has been very common since childhood.
