for the first dream I have a vague memory of having sex in the trunk space of the van. I do not recall who with and don't really recall much about the experience, but it was not with my husband more with a faceless guy. now the van was like our current van, which has almost no trunk space: there is absolutely no way for one person to fit in there in any way, let alone for two people to be doing anything. I recall there was one or maybe two male strangers who happened to be in the backseat of the van while we did it somehow in the trunk, and the backseat and trunk are open to each other so it's like doing it in their presence. I don't remember enjoying the experience or being embarrassed or any emotions really.

the second dream starts out in some sort of class that I took, continuing education. then I am in a store and I fall in love with a red dress. I remember it was like thirty some dollars but in my dream I hesitated because of how expensive it was. And then the sales person found out I was in a class, and he had seen me looking at some fancy candy too. So he offers me a deal, he will give me the candy for free as long as I share them in class and tell the class what a good deal I got on the dress and candy at his store (advertising). I agree and then do just that. The candy is not really enough for everyone in the class. They quickly eat them all and I have none left. But I still think I got a good deal.

In the third dream I remember I went to a concert. The performer was Polish, and the audience was packed. I remember my kids were in the audience too, but with a babysitter not with me (?!). I remember going across the street to some sort of restaurant or store, ad saying that I was surprised at the crowd, and the guy said that it is because the performer is that good. He named the performer, but I do not recall the name.

My recall did a weird thing of at first kind of combining the class and concert dreams, so that the class was the concert, ad the place across the street was the store with red dress and fancy candy, like the two dreams were overlayed on top of each other. But then when I concentrated on recall more, these two distinct dreams emerged.

To introduce this dream, in waking life, my younger son's 5th birthday is coming up, and friends of ours have a son who is turning 7.

I dreamed that I had let my almost 5 year old choose a gift for the almost 7 year old friend. He chose a doctor's kit which included like a toy huse that one could go into to go to the doctor's office. I checked the recommended age, and it was 7+. So I ordered it online.

We had a huge dinner like a banquet that we attended and so did our friends, and I only then remembered that my friend likes to be consulted on which gift her son gets. I considered telling her then, but she was eating and in conversation with others and on the other end of the banquet table.

We had already received the toy in the mail, and out of some reason, I became suspicious of its age recommendation,and I looked at the box, and it was 7+infant - so not for 7+ years but for 7+ months of age. Clearly an inappropriate toy for a 7 year old boy.

I discussed the issue with my husband. In my dream there was not enough time to return the toy and then get a new one, so I suggested to my husband that we first buy another toy, and then handle the return of the inappropriate toy.

While I recall no dream, but I also do not recall lying in bed awake at 3am worrying about everything and having a hard time falling asleep. So it was a better night than many recently.

All I remember is watching some sort of orgy of three people. I neither participated nor felt any emotion from watching though.

Fragment: System Overwrite Would be a Lie

Something was wrong on system, and someone else suggested to overwrite it all with different version, but I objected because that would be a lie.

Over the Top Gift for Stranger

A woman whom we do not know in waking life, who in the dream was a neighbor of someone we know, in this dream this woman was retirement age and she had a granddaughter, but I did not see the granddaughter.

The dream starts with the woman picking up a brown paper bag contents unknown which I had set out for her in my front yard which was different than waking life. I saw her, and said something like, you must be so and so, nice to meet you.

Somewhere in this dream, the woman lent my sons something of her granddaughter's. So to repay the favor I bought for the granddaughter an electronic gaming device with one game and a Halloween costume (I think it was an Iron Man costume, anyway a superhero one, mostly something a boy would be more likely to like). My husband saw me buy all this, and he said it was over the top, but out of some reason the part he objected to was the costume not the electronic device. He thought the costume should be for our son instead, but I objected that he wants to be Peter Pan for Halloween, not Iron Man.

I did not have sufficient system access to do differential comparisons.

Hmm, I had the strong sense that this DJ entry was just like another one I had recently, but I cannot find it, so maybe I had another dream like this recently and did not write it down?

I was supposed to suggest testers at work, but I did not respond in time, so my boss said it was too late to suggest, so I should just approve the list someone else suggested.

This was a NyQuil night. I slept like a log for the first part of it. Awoke after midnight. Drank warm milk. Spent some time on DV. Went back to sleep. This morning I don't recall dreams, but I feel better than in the evening.

Fragment 1: I was considering buying an abandoned house, just me without my family. But the light kept failing. I decided to buy it anyway. Was the house abandoned? Was there a man hiding there? Was it a ghost?

Fragment 2: we somehow found and adopted an abandoned girl into our family. My sons seemed to get along with her. She seemed a bit older perhaps than my older son. However, due to being abandoned there were things she did not know. I had to explain to her the difference between a boy and a girl.

In this dream I was not myself, and actually part of the dream may have been in third person. I was a teen girl.

the dream took place at some sort of gas station, which I remember being referred to as being on the 5400 block.

I was in the company of a teen boy. He had brought me to this gas station. the purpose seemed to be in order to reveal something about a boyfriend or brother of mine, anyway another boy. I am not sure though whether the revelation was that he was a thug or an undercover cop.

In the most memorable scene, some thugs pulled up in their car into the gas station. We saw them pull up. I don't know where my companion hid, but I very quickly and expertly climbed up on top of a very high sign and hid up there.

I heard one of the thugs say that they knew we were somewhere in the 5400 block (an this was not news to me - I think my companion had earlier told me the block). And then the thugs went off to search elsewhere on the block.

Out of some reason I now thought we were safe, and I climbed down and rejoined my companion. I questioned him how the thugs had known that we were at the 5400 block, and as explanation he revealed that my boyfriend or brother (anyway an important male in my life) worked undercover at a female veterinarian's office to gather information there.

I am not sure whether he was supposed to be working there as an undercover cop or working under cover to report intel to the thugs. I never did find out how that explained that the thugs knew where to find us. Where our whereabouts the subject of gossip at the vet's practice? oh and how come a vet's is such a hot spot for intel? And what was the significance of the gas station?

I don't ink any of that was explained.

I believe in my dream I could travel in time across parallel universes and relive variations of my life. I knew what was going to happen in the one I was in, and that everyone including me would die if we tried to save the baby.

The baby was supposedly my roommate's baby not mine. The crib started flooding, and luckily I knew that there was nothing we could do to stop the flood or to save the baby.

I told my room mate that this was not really her baby that we needed to leave. My roommate looked, and the baby's hair had turned grey, and now e head was turning orange, and the baby was growing into an orange monster. Luckily my roommate realized that I was right and did not try to save the baby.

I ran out of the apartment door first, but then waited for my roommate, pulled her out and kicked the monster in the face, and as it fell back, I closed the door. I had a brief flash of accidentally kicking my roommate instead, like that was an alternate turn of events that I was aware of, but this time I managed to kick the right one.

Hesitated briefly over whether to take the elevator or stairs, but I knew the stairs would be better. I do not remember actually running down the stairs, so I think we cut to the lobby of the apartment building like in a movie scene.

As we ran out we shouted to lobby attendant, something like "Evacuate! flood!" He tried to stop us, but we ran out of the building. As we kept running, I called 911 on my cell, even though I knew I would be blamed for starting the flood, and even though I knew they could not stop it, and that a lot of residents of that building would die despite is call. But I did not know what else I could do.

This was where the dream faded/ended, and I woke up.

Dream Fragment: A boy posted to DV that he had never felt emotions in dreams until now.

I think we were scientists investigating some sort of substance of which there was less than 0% in food. While investigating this sneakily in enemy territory in some place that could have been a pyramid maybe, we got captured by a bunch of ninjas. We were stripped naked and taken somewhere to their camp behind a mountain, where we would be held as their slaves. There were other slaves there already. We were chained up.

I had a paranoid conspiracy theory type dream in which someone had at some point broken into system at work and probably had all the access now. I knew a friend who at some point had told me about a similar scale security compromise at his work. What we needed to establish was did the intruder likely know that my friend knew something because then whatever my friend knew would not be a threat after all. We had a meeting with several people about this, and first on the agenda was a discussion on whether the enemy likely knows about the meeting. We discussed whether the reason I knew that my friend knew was because he had told this secret to many people, or were we lovers and he spoke in his sleep. The friend in this dream reminded me of a friend when I was a teen, who told me he loved me, and I was embarrassed because he was just a buddy to me.

Fragment: In my dream my mother in law found out the percentage of our charitable donations, and she was making me feel guilty that it was less than 20% of our income. (Note: this is completely out of character for her.)
