New Dream Adventures of Raven Knight

My recall lately has sucked. I have decided to try a new program I downloaded off the internet which is a self hypnosis approach to improving dream recall and lucidity. I'll document my progress here... maybe that will help keep me focused and continuing it!

Day 1
I had very little recall from last night except for a brief flash of very intense dream. The only details I remember from the dream are that someone was going to take my kitty (Midna) from me. So when I woke up, instead of focusing on recalling more details of the dream, I grabbed Midna, who was lying beside me sleeping. This resulted in me forgetting any other details about the dream and pissing my cat off. I got hissed at for my trouble.

Wanna Get Psycho?
I am talking a walk around my house, it is sunny outside, but it isn't really all that hot. I think maybe I am finally adapting to the desert heat. Hukif is there, and seems to find me somewhere between amusing and annoying. He says having endless numbers of FAs won't do me any good if I never remember to RC. I do a RC by pinching my nose and I find I am dreaming. Hukif seems surprised that I actually responded to him by doing the RC instead of making up an excuse not to. He says that it seems to be working, I just need to do better on the RC, I agree with him. I really need to get in better habits of doing RCs. He says I owe him now, but what is it I owe him? I remember saying I would pay lots of isk. He doesn't even know what isk are… he's looking for a fight. Every time in the past that we have made plans to have a fight, something has interfered, so how about now? Unless I'm not lucid enough… I say I'm lucid enough, and we start fighting. The fight seems to be set to the soundtrack of the song "Meaning of Life" by Disturbed. I hear the words to the song clearly, "You're one twisted little fuck, and now you want to get psycho with me?" We are using primarily melee type weapons, he is attacking me with razor claws which I am countering with claws formed by Witchblade, formed to look like Alex Mercer from Prototype. We go on for a short time, no one is getting much through, and then there is a flash of light not far off. Hukif looks quite irritated that someone seems to be interrupting us. He goes over towards the visitor and says he is not welcome. I notice it looks like my ex boyfriend, I ask what he is doing here. He asks what I am doing playing around with dark energy. I tell him it's none of his business, and he needs to go, I'm busy and we don't want to be interrupted. James acts as if he thinks I have lost it. He disappears. I figure I can get back to my fight with Hukif, but instead I hear my cat meowing and I wake.

The Goddess of Ultimate Coolness
I am in a forest talking a walk, it is a very nice day out. Birds are singing, a gentle breeze is blowing. I hear someone calling out for help, but I don't see anyone anywhere around. I realize the voice is actually speaking inside my mind, and it is looking for help to defend a town against an invasion of orcs. I follow the signal to get to the town being attacked. The town is called Denn, and there are many orcs coming from outside the city, apparently intent on destroying everything. I am thinking there is something affecting them, there is a strange unstable energy around them. I head out into the advancing orc army, there is a soundtrack to this fight, too, and it is Holy Lonely Light by Firebomber. So while I am being forced to fight to keep the orcs from storming into the town, my primary goal is to keep their attention focused on me, so they don't continue advancing on Denn. I am blocking their attacks, dodging their attacks, and returning attacks that are sure not to be lethal. As the fight continues, the song seems to be having an effect on the attacking orcs. They seem to be calming down some, I am wondering what happened to cause them to attack in the first place. The ground is shaking now, cracking open, and a strange thing is reaching out of the ground. There are waves of telepathic energy coming off of it, though I can't see it very well. The music is countering the telepathic control, and it turns out the orcs are not pleased about having been used. They swarm over the thing even as it is climbing out of the ground and trying to reassert its will over the orcs.

The Little Pet Shop of Cuteness
I am in a pet store of some kind. This brings to mind plans of meeting MoSh to go find an animal called a pipefox which he has seen in an anime series call XXXholic. He described to me a pet store, and the owner of the store… but I don't think this is the place. I have to find MoSh. I focus on opening a portal to where MoSh is, but nothing happens. My portal is not opening at all. I wonder why, and I am finding that frustrating. The shop owner is a small, old, Chinese man and he comes over and asks if I need help selecting a pet. There are colorful fish flying around in the air, following the man as if we were under water. He indicates the fish and says one of them is a great choice… or even better… get a pair! I see some cages with fury hamster like animals in them. The animals are cute and playing around with each other, there are several different sizes of the animals in one cage. The store owner says that shouldn't be that way, they'll kill each other! It doesn't look to me like they're fighting… The store owner opens the cage and starts grabbing the smaller ones and handing them to me, soon I am juggling about seven of the small hamster sized animals. The animals make cure noises in my ears until one of them meows and my cat wakes me.

The Orphanage
I am 8 years old, a little girl standing in the lawn and watching a house engulfed in raging flames. I know I am not really this little girl, I am just sharing her body for a short time, but that doesn't mean I can completely block out what she is feeling. I am in control of the body right now, the girl, Jessica… her name is Jessica… wants nothing other than to pretend none of this is happening. Time seems to be missing. Then there are firefighters and cops… it is all very confusing. My mom is dead. My dad is dead. Everyone is gone. The man talking to me says there is only one thing to do with me now, I know he means an orphanage. He takes a drink from a glass that I suspect is booze and then throws it in my face. It stinks. He is suddenly angry, he says I should have burned with the rest of them, how dare I survive? He throws a lit cigarette at me and the alcohol ignites instantly. I wake up just as I start feeling the searing pain and hear the sizzle of my skin burning and even smell it cooking…

I am in bed now, I am still a little girl, sheathed in sweat. I can still smell and hear my flesh burning… but it doesn't hurt. Wait… that's not me burning… someone's cooking bacon… I roll over in bed. I hear the sound of other children sleeping around me, there are many others in this room. I am on the lower bunk, there is another kid above me, there are six bunk beds crammed into this tiny room. It makes it really hard to move around. I smell eggs, bacon, and pancakes being cooked now. Of course those aren't for us kids… I close my eyes and try to sleep.

There is a hole here, as if time passed, and then we are in a different place, there are a lot of creepy looking men there. A man, she is my foster mother, says today I will be visiting Uncle Frank. I get a shiver at the mention of Uncle Frank. So in a room alone with Uncle Frank I immediately think he is the creepiest guy ever. He says he has candy for me, he knows I like his candy. Yuck. He pulls his pants down. I tell him to put that disgusting thing away before I make it rot off. He gets a surprised look, probably at the statement and the defiance in it. He has not taken action so I repeat my threat. He says he won't take that shit from a cock-sucker like me. I say he was warned. I walk over to where he is standing with his thing sticking out at full attention. I pull some squirmy things from my pocket and sprinkle them on his member. They are maggots. He freaks a bit and tries to brush them off, but the maggots are eating their way into his favorite body part. He is in panic, screaming and trying to get the bugs off, they are spreading rot through the flesh. The door opens and a couple people come in, one of them is my foster dad. They don't understand Uncle Frank's panic since only Frank and I are able to see the infestation.

Non-Lucid Insanity
I am walking down Camino De Mañana towards the freeway interchange, which is relatively new. I am taking a walk. I see someone else there, and the first name that comes to mind is Walms. What is Walms doing in Tucson? I speak his name and he seems a bit annoyed. He says Walms is dead, how many times does he have to tell me? Wait… if Walms is dead, that means I see dead people! Awesome! I plan in my mind how I can be the next Melinda Gordon, the Ghost Whisper. He says I'm clearly not lucid. He asks if I am feeling ok? Not really. I haven't been lucid since forever. My mind is a fog as thick as pea soup. And I see a dead Walms. He repeats that there is no Walms here... Hukif. He is Hukif, try to remember that. Remember? Yeah... I do remember now… Walms died and that whole situation sucked on many levels. And Walms played his dreams in permadeath mode, so he stayed dead... which led to a permasuck situation. Then there was Hukif who announced he hates me, but no big thing, I hate me, too... which sucks. People suck. I suck. I pause to count the number of times I have used the word 'suck' in the past five minutes. I tell Hukif sorry... you don't want to hear me bitch. People who bitch too much suck. Hukif says I lost it. Yeah, I have. No lucids. No time for lucids. No time to journal, or to have read other DJs. But I still get messages about posts… Hukif is having as epic recall as ever… so many lucids. I want to FA like Walms used to. I need to go back and jack his FA before he permadeathed. Or buy them. That would be worth paying for. Lots of isk. Hukif says I'm dreaming right now. I say I would settle for one FA per night. Hukif seems bored. He says he is going to go fight something assuming he can. Of course you can, why not? Find someone and AAAHHH!!! What the FUCK is that? UBER YUCK! Is that SNOT coming from his giant oozing nose pimple?! Are those cockroaches coming from his mouth to eat the snot? Is that white pus coming from the moldy spot on his forehead full of squirmy maggots? GROSS! That is sooooo UBER GROSS! Hukif says it's cute. I think I'm gonna hurl. Instead I laugh at the absurdity as spiders crawl from a festering wound on its arm. I can't stop laughing. The creature looks sad to be laughed at, that look makes me laugh harder. I can't stop. Hukif asks what I would pay for FAs. Lots. Lots and lots of isk. Isk? Interstellar Kredits. With isk you can buy almost anything. Fine, here. But I owe him one. The creature distracts me from Hukif when it vomits slugs... Yuck! I start laughing again. He eats his slugs. I feel like laughing and puking. I laugh. Hukif grabs my arm... I feel a sobering surge of dark energy. Not a bad thing. He says now you will FA. The creature's eye falls out. He eats the eye, it rolls up inside the head and back to the eye socket. He plucks it out and eats it again. The cycle continues. Hukif looks irritated and tells Nomad to quit it. Nomad? I laugh more and laugh myself awake.

Build Your Own Droid
I am in MoSh's inner world house with MoSh, he is looking around as if he has lost something. I ask what he is looking for, he says he is looking for Asuka. I ask him why he is looking for Asuka in a cabinet, as he has just opened one of the kitchen cabinets and is looking inside carefully. He pauses and closes the cabinet without answering. I have a vague memory of talking to MoSh on Skype about doing a mutual healing. I mention that to MoSh, and he says he wants to do that still, but he wants Asuka to be there, too. He says he wants to be sure she is ok. I say ok, then I will help him look for Asuka. MoSh is now looking in a closet for Asuka, though I am not sure why she would be in there unless they had been playing a game of hide and seek. After searching a bit more we finally find Asuka out in the back garden, just sitting amongst the flowers.

Now that we have found Asuka, all three of us go through a portal to the healing glen on the moon. As if he psychically knew what we were up to, Basara is already there and waiting, or maybe he had been there for some other reason and our timing just happened to match up. Now there are four of us, we use healing spells and fill the glen with glowing golden energy that is very relaxing. Basara says he is glad to see me, and he hopes I will be able to remember this dream. I say I also hope to remember. We all go back to MoSh's inner world, it seems there is something there he wants to check on, though I don't remember just what that is. There are numerous electronic parts lying around one of the rooms in his house, and the next thing I know we are putting those parts together in various ways trying to design a robot of some kind. Not an android like MoSh's version of Data who lives in his inner world, but more of a Star Wars type droid. The four of us are deciding on what the droid should look like, what abilities it should have, what its personality should be, etc.

Basara doesn't seem too interested in constructing a droid, so he kicks back in a chair and starts playing guitar. Asuka and I are trying to decide on a face for the droid while MoSh looks over a list of abilities that could be given to the droid.

The Lost Caverns of Pennywise
I am in a forest with MoSh and Asuka. I look around to see where we are, but I don't recognize the place. MoSh asks where this lost cavern of… um… this lost cavern of whatever is. I say it's not far off, and I start looking for a cave entrance. We are at the base of a mountain, so I figure it will be easy to find a cave entrance here. When I finally find it I am surprised to see it looks like it is the appropriate size for a hobbit maybe… it is a tiny hole.

To go through it there would be no choice but to get down and crawl through, maybe even wiggle through on my belly. I point at the hole and tell MoSh I thought the entrance was bigger, but maybe it collapsed. MoSh suggests blasting through, but that would destroy too much, might cause more cave-ins. I said it couldn't be that small for far, the caverns themselves are huge. So it must just be for a short way. I crawl into the hole and down the narrow passage. It doesn't seem very short, of course I am unable to move very quickly on my belly. MoSh is behind me, and Asuka is behind him. The hole we are crawling through is lined with mud. It is getting us filthy, but at least there's no chance of getting stuck. I come to a dead end. Shit! We have to back out?! No… there's a stone blocking the passage. I give it a shove and it falls away, dropping about ten feet down to water. We have reached the caverns. I tell MoSh to jump out of the small passage, there's water below. By the rock landing I could tell the water was deep. We jump into the water with a splash and grope blindly until we find the shore.

It is pitch black down here. I use the spell 'lumos' from Harry Potter, somehow without a wand, and the cavern lights up. It is a huge cavern, I see the hole we entered through on a low area of roof over the water. There's definitely no way to go back the way we came! There are several passages exiting the cavern, and since we have no set destination, we just take the closest one. The cave walls are lined with strange drawings and strange writings, images that clearly depict a war going on until it starts raining and then the rain seems to bring peace somehow. A strange creature is blocking our path. It has huge bulbous eyes that seem to glow with a faint white light, he doesn't seem to like the light I am creating, but he also doesn't seem to know where the light is from. The creature looks mean, like a form of mutant goblin, and it snarls at us to prepare to die. I tell him he can't be serious… if he values his own life, he had better back off. We aren't here to kill anyone, but if you force it… The goblin retreats into the darkness. We explore some more, Asuka finds some flowers growing in a small wet area, the flowers glow in the dark. They are quite beautiful. The goblin also returns with several friends and he repeats his threat. I repeat my warning. He attacks. I summon my Witchblade sword and cut him down easily. This gives the other goblins pause, and they retreat quickly into the darkness.

We find the end of the passage blocked by an ornate looking door, a heavy looking wooden door… seems odd… It takes some effort to open the door, as it seems to be on old hinges that don't work too well any more. As the door slides open the ruins of an amazing city are revealed. It looks like something out of ancient Rome or Greece, and I realize my light is no longer needed. The walls and the ceiling of the cavern, as well as much of the floor, are all covered with those glowing flowers. The door, which opened with difficulty, now slams closed behind us all by itself. We set off to explore the place. I am wishing I could somehow get photos of this place back to my waking life… that would be cool. Maybe I can model something like this… but that will take forever! We keep looking around and we soon find a temple in the center of the city. The temple is mostly intact. We go inside and find there is a woman there and the room is full of treasure. She says we should go ahead and take a share of treasure if we wish… but only the worthy will be able to get across the water. There is a pool of water around the platform with the treasure. The pool is radiating pure light energy. MoSh and Asuka go over to look at the treasure.

I am about to join them when I notice laughter, rather disturbing sounding laughter. No one else seems to hear that. I look around for the source of the sound but I don't see anything. The laughter gets louder and sounds creepy. I look towards a dark arch and see glowing silver eyes through it. A clown emerges, the clown looks like Pennywise from the book It by Stephen King. What is he doing here? He disappears through the arch, I follow him, I don't think it is a good idea for Pennywise to be wandering around here. On the other side of the arch is an abandoned carnival, the carnival has a creepy evil atmosphere around it. Pennywise is standing next to one of those wheels where they tie a person to it and another person throws daggers at it, getting the blades as close to the person as possible without cutting them, to demonstrate the thrower's skill and the courage and trust of the person on the wheel.

There is a man tied to the wheel, Pennywise has cut his stomach open and is pulling out the man's intestines and twirling them around a fork like spaghetti. The man is screaming in pain. Pennywise says I should come over and eat some… YUCK! I call my Witchblade sword back and I slice Pennywise in half down the middle. The scene around me melts and I find myself submerged in the strange fluid formed as the scene melts. It is a thick and viscous fluid, impossible to swim in, like mud. I sink underneath the crap but that shouldn't be a problem, I'm dreaming. But I can't breathe… I can't move and I can't breathe. What the fuck?! I decide the only way to get out of there is to go ahead and wake up.

Hmmm... it seems my most recent dream journal post was lost when Dreamviews was down last night... it's a good thing I keep my own copies!

Battle at Fort Wagner
I am in a forested place, I look around and see that there appears to be a military operation going on there. The terrain is a forest similar to the picture shown here, which is of a typical South Carolina forest, so it seems I am already in the proper position to complete a LPTC task and have some fun doing it. Well, I'm not entirely familiar with how the battle between the 54th regiment and Fort Wagner took place, but hopefully I can create an interesting dream version.

Ok, well first to play some games with confederate soldiers. I find some soldiers in the forest, they seem to be preparing for an attack, most of them are black people… the 54th regiment. I leave them to their preparations and I head towards Fort Wagner, following a map that I have in my mind. I find Fort Wagner standing tall, confederate soldiers manning the defenses… cannons, gun turrets… but it is dark out right now. I change into a small bird and fly right up to and over the outer walls of the fort. I spot a confederate soldier on guard duty in a spot that is fairly isolated, and he looks bored… maybe he would like to play a game.

I have been reading the book It by Stephen King, so the idea of reading his mind to find out what he is most scared of came to mind. His mind is occupied by sex, killing Union soldiers, sex, his belief that black people, like filthy sewer rats, carry disease and he would be infected if he touched one, sex, and he is considering going off to a private spot to jack off because he is horny. Excellent. My inspiration for this game comes straight from It. I land behind one of the tents closest to the outer wall and transform back to my normal form, dressed in sexy lingerie. I peek out from behind the tent and catch his eye. He can hardly believe what he sees. I beckon him over with sexy gestures. I can see that he instantly has a hard-on… which he follows without question.

The man comes around the corner and now he sees me naked, I look at him, he has a clear hard-on, I tell him he had better let that out before it just explodes. He starts fumbling with his pants. The tent beside us is empty, so I crawl through an opening in the side, beckoning the man to follow, how about I start him off with a blowjob? When he gets into the tent, however, the naked woman is gone. All he finds is an old black guy, or really more of a zombie.

I have transformed into a black zombie, with pieces of flesh rotting off of me and a foul odor of decay coming off of me in waves. He tries to scramble backwards from me, repeating "What the fuck?!" Who am I? Name's Bob… didn't he want his blowjob? Old Bob will give you a blowjob. Bob will do it any time for just a dime, 15 cents for overtime! He says to stay away from him, calling me a foul disgusting rotten nigger, he's trying to leave the tent. I grab hold of his leg, the rot on my hand is spreading onto his leg, just as his fear said it would. There is a wet spot on his pants. I laugh at that, asking if he's going to shit himself next. He is trying to call out for help, he can't seem to find his voice. Rot and decay are consuming his body, he tries to kick me with his free foot. His foot is too rotted and it falls off. Now he finally manages to scream, I'm not sure if it is fear or pain, but it is loud. The foul odor of shit is coming off of him… he shit his pants! I tell him he is full of shit, then crawl over him to leave the tent through the hole I entered through. This makes his body completely decay. Outside, other soldiers have gathered. They are staring at the zombie in front of them. Some of them shoot… others stand dumb… Keeping with my theme, I grow giant bat wings and fly up into the sky before turning around and opening up with Vegeta's Final Flash, a blast of energy that leaves the fort as a smoking crater. The soldiers of the 54th regiment have responded to that explosion, and are emerging from the trees to see the smoking crater. I leave a flag in the center of the crater proclaiming the Union victory before disappearing and waking up.



Hogwarts Martial Arts Tournament
MoSh and I are at Hogwarts for the final round of the martial arts portion of the Tri-School Wizard Tournament. The first thing I find out is that I have been disqualified from the final round due to inappropriate conduct in an earlier round, apparently having something to do with a fight I don't remember between Nomad and me where things got a bit out of hand… something about ripping Nomad apart… MoSh, however, still has his final round going up against another guy from one of the other schools, I don't recognize the other guy from the books. I am figuring MoSh might be interested in seeing some details of this, so I watch the match and try to remember as many details as I can. The other guy is named Matthew. One point worth noting is that both of them strictly used martial arts moves rather than magic or powers, perhaps it was meant to keep the match more even?

MoSh starts with an outside leg kick. He then blocks Matthew's kick and answers with a straight right punch. Matthew tries to get off a high kick to MoSh's head, but MoSh easily blocks that. This leaves Matthew off balance and wide open for MoSh's next attack, which knocks Matthew flat on his ass. Matthew tries to sweep MoSh's legs and misses, MoSh throws a kick at Matthew, who rolls out of the way and to his feet. MoSh meets Matthew as he is getting back to his feet with a combo involving an uppercut followed immediately with a kick. Matthew catches MoSh's leg but can't do anything with it. MoSh does an interesting looking jump and somehow manages to kick the guy in the head with his other foot, knocking Matthew to the ground. Matthew stands up quickly, but eats a knee, a big flying knee to the face from MoSh, and he drops down again. Matthew rolls clear of MoSh and stands, trying to unleash a combo from the side. Epic fail. Only one of his punches lands before MoSh unloads with rapid punches and one final hard punch that sends Matthew out of the ring. MoSh wins.

Nightmare Mall
I am shopping in the mall, looking to find some new video game equipment. I want virtual reality stuff, a head mounted display, but they are so expensive. The mall is closing, so I head for the exit. I go down to the first floor to find the exit but instead I find that the mall must have closed awfully fast, there is no one down there, and it is also dark. It is abandoned almost. Did I get locked in? The stores down there are empty and falling apart, like the place has been abandoned for a long time. Oops… I must be in the basement where I'm not supposed to be, they are remodeling this place, or maybe they don't use it at all. No exits to be found here. I go back upstairs. The stores have merchandise in them here, but there are still no people and the place still has an abandoned feel. The computer store is still open, I go in and look for someone. There is no one there. The display of HMD's is in the front of the store, they cost way too much for me to afford. But no one is there watching… I pick one up and turn to leave. Will I get out with it? Something is moving in the mall outside. A security guard? No… it is fast and low to the ground, sneaky. It's not human. I trade the HMD for a sword from a neighboring store. I am being hunted now, I had better have a weapon. I hear creepy sounds and screams in the distance… I am in Silent Hill.


Garden of Peace
I am in my house, and I feel depressed. I decide to create an area where I can go to relax and feel better, I think a place with a lot of flowers would be nice. A miniature paradise. I go outside where I find a place sheltered from the main force of the desert sun. I bring water there, and plant flowers. The flowers grow amazingly fast, they grow into a huge canopy of flowering vines. The water I give them forms into a pond underneath the shelter of the flowers. The temperature difference between the interior and exterior of the shelter is amazing. It's somewhere around 110 degrees outside the miniature paradise, but it's only about 75 degrees inside… amazing. I see large golden fruits growing from the vines, I pick one and eat it. It is delicious. I plant some more flowers to enlarge the sheltered area, animals are coming in out of the desert for some shelter from the heat and for some water. I see a portal open just outside the shelter, the sun is bright but I manage to see through the portal that Nomad is out there. He comes through the portal into my miniature paradise, I tell him it grew in just the past few minutes, amazingly fast. He is with a woman I don't know. He introduces me to her, but I don't remember who she is. I take another fruit before looking back over at Nomad and seeing he is making out with the woman he brought here. I plant some more flowers between me and them, giving them their own little section of my paradise and some privacy for making out.


Sunken Space
I am in the ocean, swimming deep into the water as a mermaid. Nomad is there with me, and we are heading down for the bottom of the ocean. As I get closer to the bottom of the ocean I see that there is something shiny down there, the dim light from the sun that penetrates to the bottom is reflecting off of a metallic surface. I swim down there and look around the place, it seems there is a metal structure buried in various mosses and algae. I swim down and around through a hidden cave. Somewhere down there I see there is a glowing gem of some kind, the light from the gem reveals a huge treasure. There is gold, silver, and so many gems, but my attention is held by the single glowing gem. I swim over to it and look at it closer, somehow I just know that it isn't an ordinary gem, it is a power crystal. Maybe… I take the crystal back outside and I see Nomad has uncovered an entrance to the metal structure. He says it's a space ship! We swim inside and explore the place, I finally find the main power chamber with an obvious place for the power crystal. I place the crystal and then swim up to where Nomad is on the bridge of the ship. The entire system has power now, and we are moving towards the surface of the ocean. The ship explodes out of the water and we are heading towards space. The ship is still filled with water, I am still a mermaid, but we are flying through space into the stars.


We All Float
I am in the mall and looking around at all of the stores. I am not my normal age, I am only 14 years old, and that doesn't seem odd to me at all. I am wandering around the mall by myself since I don't have any friends to speak of, and I am further trying to avoid a group of bullies that I spotted earlier in one of the clothing stores. They're the last people I want to run into. I am heading down the hall towards a computer store when I spot the bullies coming towards me. Have they seen me? I'm not sure. I turn to my right as soon as I can and head down a hallway towards the bathroom. I hope I haven't been seen because if they follow me there is no other exit down there. It turns out the bathroom is locked, out of order? Damn… and they are coming down the hall. Either they saw me or they want to use the bathroom. They see me there and start making taunting remarks at me, and laughing. I just want to leave. There is a hall to the right that leads to offices, but they're between me and the hall. They are making fun of me when one of them stops and looks down the hall, "Who the fuck are you?" and "What are you looking at, pervert?" are their comments to whoever just showed up down there. A strange voice down there tells them to come closer to say that, come closer, yes, there is so much to do down there. One of them says, "Oh, my god! That designer is just to die for!" The second one, "Look at those shoes! With those I'd be walking on air!" The voice says why walk when you can float? We all float down here. I look and I see there is a clown in the hall, the clown offers me a balloon, he says there are friends waiting for me down there, come on down and float. I recognize him immediately. Pennywise the clown from It by Stephen King! I tell the clown to look for victims elsewhere. One of the bullies reaches out to take a pair of shoes from Pennywise, the clown's hand turns into talons and grabs her arm, squeezing and crushing the bone, the girl screams in terror. I tell the clown to let go of the bitch, he won't be floating any more… he's about to sink… sink and be gone. I open up with an energy blast similar to Vegeta's Final Flash and Pennywise is incinerated. The bullies can only stare in shock.


Trees of Green
I am talking a walk with my mother heading down a path through a park. The park is actually much greener and lusher than any path in the desert where I live, it is quite beautiful and the weather is perfect. My mom and I follow a path down into a low lying area where there are many large trees and a small flowing creek. One of the first things I notice is a tree house, it is an amazing tree house. I head over to it and tell my mom I want to climb up there and take a look. My mom says it is someone else's place. I say I won't bother anything, I just want to look. I climb up the ladder to the tree house and look around in there. It is an amazing tree house, and there is a lot to look at. I wish I had a camera with me to take some photos. Either way, I continue looking and I find that someone left their wallet there. I know I shouldn't mess with that since it could be counted as someone else's property, but I pick it up and look inside for identification. What if it was left out here by accident? There is a lot of money in the wallet, and also identification. I look at the ID and I think I should return it. I figure I can just take the cash and return the rest of it, which includes the driver's license and a bunch of credit cards. I have money! I take all of the stuff and head back down from the tree house. My mother isn't there anymore… The tree is now surrounded by a swamp, none of it looks safe to walk in. Where did that come from???


Ghost Realm
I am in a very strange and creepy place with Nomad. There are ghosts all around us, all of them are glowing with a strange green glow. I look around a bit more and see Nomad is actually making out with one of them, he and a female ghost are getting into some pretty heavy kissing. That makes me wonder if actual intercourse with a ghost is possible. I look around at the ghosts more and I see the ghost of Captain Jack Sparrow emerge, he comes out of the green fog and is glowing green a bit himself, though the green glow seems to be evaporating off of him. Jack asks what us living types are doing in a dead place like this, he looks closer at me and says I certainly look living… He kisses me right on the lips and then gives me a strange smile before doing it again. So Nomad is making out with the ghost woman and I am making out with Jack Sparrow… Jack finally says that if I am from out there and I got in here then there I must know the way to get back out there from in here… um… I hesitate, and Jack says of course I can't do that… first we need the treasure. He is talking to someone I can't see now, saying that person should be helpful and lead us to the treasure. Nomad asks who Jack is talking to. Jack points at himself. He's talking to himself? He looks down at his shirt and pulls something from his chest pocket, he lets go of a slightly frazzled looking fairy. The fairy scolds Jack briefly, it sounds like she says something about being more careful with the wings, Jack says sorry, and she smiles. She indicates for us to follow, then she goes into the water of a dead looking ocean. Jack says to follow her we would need gills… and tentacles, or fins… I transform into a mermaid, Jack says he can't drown, he's already dead. We swim down into the ocean, following the glow of the fairy, and soon I can see wreckage on the bottom. The Black Pearl! And there is something else… a space ship has crashed on the deck of the Black Pearl? Nomad swims into the space ship, I look closer at the Black Pearl. I follow Nomad into the space ship and see an Alkazaran (purple alien, about four feet tall, glowing blue eyes) is injured. The Alkazaran hands Nomad something that turns into a huge golden orb that surrounds both the space ship and the Black Pearl. Jack looks at the golden glow, the golden light flows through all of us, he says that is the treasure that everyone seeks but very few ever find, the fifth element in its purest form. The space ship, the Black Pearl, and all of us float up out of the ocean and through a portal Nomad opens. On the other side of the portal I see that the Black Pearl is now floating in the oceans of the biodome on the moon.

Keep Away
I am at Hogwarts. I am there with MoSh in the great hall, eating. I notice that it seems everyone but MoSh is staying away from me and I wonder why. MoSh also doesn't know. I eat and then I go to classes. I notice that everyone seems to be staying at a distance from me. Do they think I'm diseased or something? It makes no sense. The next and final round of the martial arts challenge is starting. My opponent doesn't even fight, she just steps out of the ring, thus losing. She hurries away, ignoring the disgusted look she gets from Vegeta. MoSh fights Cedric and wins. Hermione fights Victor Krum and wins, though they look very cozy after. Back in Slytherin common room people still avoid me. One of my roommates says she isn't surprised... I'm scary.


Final Frontier or Eve
I am in space in my Fire Valkyrie. I am flying along side Tigress, who is in the custom ship she built. She says she is surprised to see me since she thought I wasn't interested in playing Eve. I'm not sure what she is talking about... last time I looked we were testing a level of Final Frontier. Regardless, we are in the role of space pirates intercepting a shipment of a rare ore heading from the mines to some corporate conglomerate to line zone rich CEO's pockets. There is a small squad if fighters with the transports, but it is actually a bit disappointing that there aren't more. Note to self... more enemy fighters with the transports. We easily claim the transports and their cargo. Um... what now? Well, to finish the quest, we take the ore to the planet needing it. Then we get paid. We take the ore to a planet similar to Earth with colorful rings. We leave the transports at a space station in exchange for platinum bars. Nice. Those are worth a lot on the open market.


Epic Fail
I am at a job fair. I look around, I was thinking Tigress would also want to be there, but I don't see her. I am thinking she must have already gotten taken into the back room for an interview, maybe a job. I hope she has found something good. There are quite a few game studios represented at the fair. I want a job, too. I finally have a game studio show interest in me. I go with them back for an interview. I have my laptop with me to show some of my work. But everything I try to load either doesn't load or it loads wrong an looks like shit. The interviewers laugh at me. They give me one more chance in the form of a test, but I am so upset from my failed presentation that I can't figure out anything for the test. I leave the interview feeling dumb, epic fail.

Not In The Face!
I am in a strange place, it looks kind of like a scene from Assassin's Creed. I am not alone here, MoSh is here with me. There is also a woman here, though she is off to the side a ways. A man comes into the area, I don't recognize him, but it seems MoSh recognizes him. MoSh is instantly pissed off at him. MoSh gets in the guy's face and starts yelling at him. The man does't act like he really cares if MoSh is mad or not. That's before MoSh starts beating the shit out of the guy. MoSh says he is going to punch the man in the face once for each time he has or will make Sam cry, and he then he begins pounding the man's face to a bloody pulp.

Carnivore Floor
It is as if I am watching this dream from a third person perspective rather than participating in it. It is night time in a nondescript house, and I hear a woman scream. A large reptilian creature is dragging a woman down a hallway from some bedrooms. There is a man chasing after the creature, though he seems to be chasing in slow motion. He is calling after the creature to stop. I finally see that the man is running so slowly because he is sinking into the floor like deep sand. Then he steps into a hole in the floor. The hole is filled with razor sharp teeth. It bites the man's foot off. The man falls over and the floor is waiting for him to land in a much larger hole filled with millions of teeth. The man's scream is cut off my a crunching noise, then he hole closes. I am still looking at the floor when a small hole opens and issues a burp before the scene fades to black like the end of a movie.

Eat Me!
I am in a small house that I don't recognize. I look around, I think I am there to gather evidence of child molestation going on there. I know I'm not supposed to be there, so I am staying hidden as I search for clues. For some kind of incriminating evidence. Maybe the pervert video taped it. I end up at a bedroom. There is a rather fat balding guy sitting on a bed next to a young girl. He has his hand on her thigh. She pulls away. I have caught him in the act! But he sees me! He says I am a sweet little thing. I realize I am a child. The girl tells me to run. The man comes over to me and puts his hand on my shoulder. He says a sweet thing like me can't be out alone. He pulls down his pants and pulls out his penis, he asks if I want to lick his candy. Too bad for him he didn't realize I'm in a sick and twisted mood. The girl says I'd better take a lick or he'd be mad. I'm a freak, though. My teeth are like a shark. I don't lick... I bite. And rip the thing right off, spitting it to the side. He is screaming in pain. I tell him I like his candy... I'll have more... I'll take it all... With my shark teeth I rip him open and watch him bleed out while the girl is crying beside me. I tell her that is the fate of such evil.

False Awakening
A man gets out of bed and stretches. He is a young looking man with dark hair. As he gets up I see there is a woman sharing his bed. She pretends to be sleeping, but she is awake and silently crying. I wonder what happened. The man walks from the room an into a hallway that seems to go on forever. He seems surprised at that, but he walks down the hall a short ways. He looks back and sees the bedroom door is gone. The walls are melting, hands are reaching out and grabbing him. He can't move. The hands grow claws and start rending the flesh from his bones. He is screaming in pain until he wakes up in bed, next to the woman, breathing hard.

Another False Awakening
The man looks at the woman lying beside him. The woman pretends to be asleep, but she is silently crying. The man notices she is crying and tells her to quit whining. She belongs to him, that is final. She says she isn't crying about having to be with him. He asks why the fuck is she crying, then? She says she is crying for him... for the horrible painful death he had experienced. He asks what the fuck she is talking about. She pauses, then says she was mistaken. She is crying for him for the horrible painful death he is about to experience. She transforms into a strange creature with lots of teeth and bites his hand. He seems paralyzed. She says she doesn't like it when her dinner squirms. She begins on his right leg, leisurely eating him while he can barely issue groans of pain. He wakes in bed to his own voice, "NOOOOO!"

Are You Awake Yet?
The same man sits up and looks at the woman beside him. He involuntarily cringes. He gets up and leaves the room quickly. He pauses in the doorway and then continues. He goes into the bathroom and splashes water in his face. He sees a face in the mirror that is not his own. He mutters something in a different language that sounds like a prayer. The face in the mirror speaks English for a bit and says the penalties for the man's crimes is death. The man stumbles back and leaves the room. The bathroom door leads outside into blazing sunlight. There are beautiful harem women all around. The man is told he is in his eternal afterlife. He drools over the women and tries to touch one. She pushes him away. All the women start yelling at him in a foreign language, throwing rocks at him. They are chanting death, death, death! He is surrounded by beautiful harem women throwing rocks of ever increasing size. One woman knocks him down. They all surround him, kicking until he stops moving. The man wakes in bed, but seems too terrified to move.

You Are Loved
I am in a strange place with MoSh and a woman I do not recognize, but MoSh indicates the woman is Sam. She has long dark hair and looks oriental, a pretty face, but she looks so sad… When she forces a smile I can see that the smile does not reach her eyes. I use a healing spell on her, the song "Don't Give Up" by Josh Groban. "Don't give up, it's just the weight of the worlds, when your heart's heavy I will lift it for you…" I notice she seems to be staring off into space, looking at something perhaps only she can see, or maybe at nothing at all. "Don't give up, because you want to be heard, if silence keeps you I will break it for you." She tells me to not bother, there is nothing to be done for her, she and MoSh get into an argument about whether or not there is anything she can do to improve her situation. I keep up with the song. "Everyone wants to be understood, well I can hear you, everyone wants to be loved, don't give up, you are loved." Sam turns towards me and yells that she is not loved, there will be no love for her. She and MoSh end up arguing more, I continue with the song. "Don't give up, if you're lost inside I will come to find you…" More arguing… is the song having any effect at all? "Don't give up, if darkness blinds you I will shine to guide you… don't give up, you are loved." It is pretty clear MoSh is getting very sick and tired of arguing about this when it doesn't seem to be getting anywhere. He disappears, he wakes up. Sam stands there looking at the place where he was, then she drops to her knees right there and cries, then disappears. I wonder if my healing song did anything at all, no way for me to know.

Nightmare Mountain
I am in an amusement park that is similar to Disney Land but not exactly, I can tell right away that it isn't Disney Land. For one thing there seems to be real magic being used by the people in the park. Disney Land may be called the magic kingdom, but there is no real magic there… here there is real magic. That is awesome. I am with some other people there. MoSh is one of those people, he looks like he is still a bit upset from some previous incident. I have the idea I should remember what has upset him, but I don't. I briefly wonder if it is something I did… Asuka is there with him, she is snuggled up next to him, she seems to be trying to comfort him. I try to not pay any attention to that, it is reminding me that I am on my own. I quickly get distracted from negative thoughts by the rides and excitement going on around us. I see a sign for a roller coaster called Nightmare Mountain. I look at the sign a bit closer, there is the usual message of not going on it if you are pregnant or have a heart condition, blah, blah, blah. The next line says to make sure and keep all wands put away, it said there are some startling moments and they don't want random spells flying around because some idiot got scared. We all get onto the roller coaster. It is a very exciting ride. A lot of tall hills, twists, turns, through tunnels, dark caves, along narrow ledges. The interior of the mountain is like a volcano, lava flowing down below. Near the end of the ride there are three loops, one right after the other. We all get out of the roller coaster and move away, I want to go on it again, but MoSh and Asuka are heading to get snacks. I follow them to the snack bar where they purchase ice cream and I get a couple of hotdogs. There goes my diet! But the hotdogs are delicious! I eat the both of them while thinking about what other rides to try.

Nightmare Demon
I am in a strange place that looked like the aftermath of a nuclear detonation. Flat and barren, a hot wind blows across the landscape. The sky is a ominous dark red color, there are three moons hanging up there, three different sizes, and this clearly shows I am not on Earth. I don't pay much attention to the moons in the sky, my attention is focused more on the largest thing in the area. There is a demon there, it is about 50 feet tall at my best estimate, and it is really ugly. It has four arms with razor sharp talons, and eyeballs all over its body that are looking rapidly around the area… except for the ones that are focused on me.

I dive to the side just in time to dodge a swipe from the things massive claws, it roars some unearthly screech and attacks me again. It tries to stomp me flat, I actually jump up on the thing's foot, it seems to be the safest place to be since it is unlikely to cut off its own foot. The thing throws me off of its foot and then throws a fireball at me, which I roll to the side and dodge. I attack back with my Witchblade sword, the thing's skin is like armor. But not the eyeballs… I sink my sword into one of the eyeballs, and it pops… YUCK… releasing a gush of white goop, the demon roars in rage and throws me off. There is a pod on the demon's chest, and it splits open now. Zombies emerge from the resultant hole. Waves of zombies.

I use Divide by Disturbed to split myself up into 256 of myself, all of me attacks the zombies emerging from the demon. Still other instances of me attack the demon directly, jumping at it, flying at it, attacking the eyeballs, the weak spots. I'm not sure what caused me to get into a fight with this demon, but I feel if I don't continue fighting someone will be in danger, I need to keep the thing attacking me instead of someone else… MoSh? Sam? I think that could be it. The fight continues for a while longer. Many instances of me have put out many of the demon's eyes, so the demon is dripping white goop and pissed. But I notice that some of the eyes are regenerating… they had been gross holes spilling goop, now they're healing… they still look gross, but I can see the eyeball inside, regenerating.

I am about to take another attack, but my feelings change… there is no more need to keep this demon occupied... it can go about its own business now. The many instances of me form back into one and I wake.

Hospital of Pain
I am in a strange place, but this doesn't seem strange to me at all. I am in what seems to be a fairly small town, but the town is really creepy. It seems to be daylight, but thick clouds and fog are dimming the light to more of a twilight, making it hard to see very far in front of me. There seem to be things moving in the fog, moving just beyond sight, and the feeling I am getting from those things is ominous. I remember the plans I made to meet MoSh and help him find Sam, he said he saw her in a previous dream, he saw her being held by demons in a hospital from Hell. I look around to find MoSh, though I am not sure if MoSh will be able to meet me there or if he might be dreaming elsewhere. Find the hospital. I look around as best as I can until I find a sign with a hospital symbol on it, and an arrow pointing the way.

I follow the signs to the hospital, which is a very creepy looking place. I go inside and meet up with MoSh in the emergency room waiting area. MoSh says he can feel that Sam is in there, and she is in trouble. I tell him we have to find her. We split up to check the hospital quicker, heading up the stairwells at both ends of the main hallway. The second floor is where I encounter the first enemies. Ugly mutated things that have some humanoid features, but they also seem to have wings and their heads look like something a small child might make out of playdough.

They also have the ability to cling to the ceilings and drop in to attack at the last minute. The other demonic enemies are on the ground, and they are fast. They move on all fours, more like big bugs than people, though it is clear they are walking on hands and feet.

I fight my way through the enemies, making my way through the second floor. MoSh was to check the third floor, I check the fourth, and the fifth floor is the top floor. I find MoSh in one of the rooms on the top level, he has already found Sam, and she is in bad shape. Her skin is extremely pale, hair hanging lifelessly, eyes solid black, and a blank look on her face showing no sign of emotion.

She looks way too zombie-like for my liking. MoSh says it's Sam, and she needs healing. I agree, and we both use healing spells on her. I can hear enemies outside the room, but something had to be done for Sam right away. The healing helps, color comes back to her face, but she still looks very weak. MoSh and I make a plan that I will try to distract the most of the demons while he gets Sam out. I form Witchblade into a sword and kick the room door open. I go out there and start slicing through enemies with the Witchblade, making as much noise as possible. I get lots of attention. I head farther up, emerging on the roof of the hospital. MoSh will be taking Sam down. Enemies come out from all directions, the winged ones are swooping from the sky, the insect ones are climbing up the side of the building and coming from the stairwell. I don't think of the magic song spells I know, but Witchblade seems to be working just fine for cutting the demons into small pieces. I hear a cry of rage or something, and I immediately know they have realized Sam is being taken the other direction. The demons depart in a huge group. I chase after them, picking off as many as I can from the group as it retreats. I continue doing this until I wake up, I hope I got rid of enough of them that MoSh is able to get Sam to safety.

Note: These dreams have actually happened over the past few days, but I have been too busy to journal them over that time. A couple of them, I'm not sure which night they happened on, and it isn't really that important, so I am just journaling them all together.

Train of Consequences
I am outside in the desert near my home, taking a walk. It is surprisingly nice out considering it is approaching summer in the desert, a gentle breeze feels good on my face. I walk down my street to where there is a train track crossing it. It's like it used to be, now there is an overpass for cars to drive over the tracks, but before there was a railroad crossing. I don't notice the fact it is once again a railroad crossing. I wait there and watch a train approaching. I have the definite feeling that train should not get past, there is someone on it who is evil. I remember hearing someone say a penny on a railroad track would make it go off the rails. I put a penny on the tracks, the train barrels over the penny and flattens it. Wow, that was a dumb idea. I get in a car that just happens to be parked there, and the keys are in it, and I drive after the train. I use the frontage road and pass the train, then I drive right off of the next overpass and land on the train. There is a train passing on my left going the other direction. I go to a bright red passenger car, where I throw a grenade of some kind down into it. There is a blast, and a blazing inferno fills the train car but doesn't go any farther.


Stealing With Class
I am in a class, I feel it is one of the pointless general education classes at ITT Tech. There are lots of people sitting at the tables, several rows of tables. There is an empty table at the front of the room, and I sit down there. I am waiting for Tigress to come join me, she comes into the class shortly after me. She sits down in the back of the class and starts talking to someone else back there. My paranoia takes over, I am now thinking she must be mad at me about something. That leads to me wondering what I might have done, which leads to me being annoyed because I haven't done anything to make her mad… so why is she avoiding me? She motions to me to come back and sit with her, which dispels all of my paranoid thoughts and now I just feel rather dumb. I pick up my stuff and go to the back table, where I sit beside Tigress. She says she doesn't want to sit in front, we can't sneak a game of paper and pencil Dungeons and Dragons in if we are that close to the instructor. I need a notebook to play D&D, and also to take notes in. I will put notes on the first page and then flip to the notes page if the teacher comes by. I can't find my notebook. I see an abandoned backpack, there is a stack of notebooks there. No one will notice if one is missing… so I take one. I page through it to make sure there aren't any important notes in it, I don't want to steal important information. There is no writing in the notebook, but there is money in a folder in the back. Awesome! I steal paper and I get money!

Parking Lot Chase
I am in a parking lot outside of a mall, I am just leaving the mall and Tigress is there with me. We had been looking around in the mall for a while, but we are done with that and Tigress is going somewhere else to meet with someone else. We are chatting and I find out that she is going to see a movie. I comment to Tigress that she is going to see a movie I also want to see. She makes a comment that really doesn't pertain to what I said, she seems to have ignored what I said. We reach her car, and she gets in and is preparing to leave. I start to tell her I would like to go with her to see the movie, but she starts the car engine in the middle of my sentence. It almost seems like she started the engine deliberately to not hear me ask if I could come along. She says she has to go and says goodbye before driving down the aisle in the parking lot. I am talking louder now, telling her I'd really like to go along, there is no way she could not be hearing me. I chase after the car, calling wait, STOP IGNORING ME!

Non-lucid Healing
I am in my bedroom in my own house, I am completely non-lucid, MoSh is in the room with me. We are not doing anything very interesting, we are just chatting about random things. The topic changes onto MoSh having been depressed lately, he thinks he might just have some negative energy, so I tell him I will be glad to heal that for him. I tell him I just need to focus my energy and I can cleanse that negative energy right out of him. I am looking around my room, just glancing at the shelves and such, when I hear a strange voice. I look over at MoSh and ask if he just said something. He says no, he didn't. His shadow is talking to me! The shadow says there is nothing I can do to purge the dark energy from MoSh, so I might as well give up now. I know I can do it if I can just find a specific song, one I remember putting on a cassette tape I compiled myself with songs I find useful in the dream state. I can't find it. MoSh's shadow is mocking me. I open a drawer and pull stuff out, digging through a lot of junk. I find the tape… I keep digging for the walkman. I find the walkman! But where on the tape is the song? I think I remember… it's on side two, it's the third song. I put the tape in the walkman and search through it, forcing myself to ignore the mocking shadow. I find the song and use it to send healing energy through MoSh. Whew, I did that just in time, his shadow is completely normal now and it is no longer talking.

Dream of the Stars
I am in a forest, I am looking around to see where I am going. I have no memory of how I got to be there, I also have no idea how to get back. I think this is really strange, so I do a RC… and I find out that I'm dreaming. Well, I'm at least somewhat lucid… I am trying to think of what tasks I have to do, what are my goals? The only thing that comes into mind is the goal to kiss at least three movie stars… well, that's something I guess. I look around the forest, and it seems to be a perfect area to find Viggo Mortensen playing Aragorn from Lord of the Rings. I search for Aragorn, and I soon find him.

He is looking around, has his sword ready, he seems to be stalking something. It turns out he's stalking a couple of orcs. He kills an orc in front of him, and I nail one trying to sneak up behind him. Aragorn thanks me for my help, but I don't take that as sufficient thanks. I put my arms around Aragorn and kiss him right on the lips, at first he is quite shocked, but he ends up responding. I hear someone speaking in surprise, asking Aragorn who his new friend is. I look and see a couple other people, one of them is Legolas. Orlando Bloom!

He's my second one… I leave Aragorn and go throw my arms around a surprised Legolas and kiss him right on the lips. He is too surprised to reciprocate, he pushes me away and asks if I am completely mad. I say yes, I am. I need one more… but who? Jack Sparrow would be good… Johnny Depp. My subconscious responds again, Captain Jack Sparrow comes running through the trees. He says there are some really ugly guys chasing after him… it turns out they are orcs. We quickly dispatch the orcs. Jack is really confused as to what is going on. That doesn't seem to matter to him when I kiss him on the lips, though. After I am done with the kiss, he pulls me in for another kiss. He says the only thing to make this better would be some rum.

Ocean Life Museum
I am with my mother and my grandmother, we are going through a place that seems very familiar to me, it is a small museum / zoo dedicated to the animals and fish of the sea. There are many aquariums filled with exotic fish, but the largest area is dedicated to a pair of dolphins. The dolphin enclosure makes up the major part of the museum, the owners of the museum have taken extensive effort to make the enclosure emulate the dolphins' natural habitat. Transparent tunnels cross the enclosure where people can walk through and observe the dolphins in their daily lives, the effect is that it looks almost like being underwater with them. Of course the dolphins aren't there alone, there is also a wide variety of fish, some of which are sources of food for the dolphins. A smaller area of the museum is devoted to the 'sea of stars' above us. There is a virtual reality ride that goes through deep space on a thrilling journey through space, or that's what the advertisement says. My mom buys me a ticket for that, but the ride turns out to be quite disappointing. The video is pretty good, but it is in no way virtual reality. When I get out I can't seem to find my mother, but I end up in a room with several sea lions that want to play.


Gollum and the Pervert
I am in a swamp somewhere, the place is dreary and wet and pretty unpleasant. I don't feel like myself, in fact I know I'm not myself… I have absolutely no awareness of my waking life self. I am Gollum from Lord of the Rings… and that seems perfectly normal. I look around the area of swamp I am in and see a pair of hobbits lying in one of the few dry (relatively dry) places, sleeping uneasily. Frodo and Sam. Frodo has the ring, the ring that I both want to have and am afraid of at the same time, it's like an addict's drug when the addict is trying to go sober… it offers both salvation and doom at the same time. I decide I am too close to the ring, I had better get farther away, take a break from its presence. I move off into the swamp, looking to put a bit of distance between myself and the cursed item. I hear someone following me. It's Sam. He asks me where I'm sneaking off to. I am tired of him always being suspicious, so I come up with a reasonable excuse to be going off on my own. I say I have to take a crap. He says he's going to watch. I just look at him for a bit… you want to watch me take a crap? He says yes. Err… I feign taking a crap, and he does watch… he watches closely and asks why I didn't go. I say I can't go with an audience. We go back to the clearing where Frodo has just woken up. Frodo asks where Sam and I have been. Sam says I am a dirty sneak, and he saw me going off to do something suspicious. I say being a sneak is better than being a pervert who likes to watch other dudes take a crap… maybe Sam needs to come out of the closet?


Schoolyard Bullies
I am in the playground area of a school I don't recognize. It is a Jr. High School, and I am the appropriate age to be a student there. One thing makes this better than my original Jr. High School years, this time I am fully aware of some cool powers I have, psychic powers… telekinetic powers… pyrokinetic powers… I am playing with my telekinetic powers by moving rocks around using my mind. Most of the other students in the school seem to sense something weird about me so they avoid me. I am rather lonely, I keep my mind occupied with my powers. I see a few large boys chasing after a much smaller boy, the group of them run across the playground over towards the school where the smaller boy finds himself cornered by the school. I hate bullies, having been the target of teasing and verbal bullying most of my life, so I go over to interfere. I have no fear of becoming their target and getting hurt because I have my psychic powers. I go over and start making fun of the bullies. Wow, it sure takes a brave group of guys, grouping up five against one to push the smaller boy around… The bullies aren't pleased with my interference. I recognize the people… the smaller boy is Harry Potter, one of the larger ones is Duddley Dursley. Of course I recognize them… they are classmates! Duddley tells me to stay out of it, he's not opposed to hitting a girl. I say he should waddle on over and do it, then, fatso. He looks at Harry, then at me, then starts walking towards me. I use my TK to make him walk in place then make fun of the fact he can't even walk properly. I tie his shoe laces together with TK… he face plants right in front of me, I add he apparently can't tie his shoes properly, either. He is mad, Harry laughs a bit. Duddley threatens Harry and tries to get up. Too bad his feet don't move from the ground… he face plants again. He is confused, he gets up and his pants fall down. He tries to walk before realizing that… and face plants for a third time. Duddley's friends just stare. Duddley tells them to grab Harry. All of their pants fall down, now the rest of them face plant beside Duddley. The school bell rings, and a bunch of students rush out. A crowd gathers around us, everyone points and laughs at the big guys on the ground with their pants around their ankles.

A Large Problem
I am at Alicia's house, we just got back from a vacation of some kind and I need a ride home. There are quite a few others there with us, apparently they have been on the vacation with us, and many of them are also waiting for rides. One of the women is bitching to Alicia that she thinks Alicia should take us all home, or at least her. I think she is being rude. I call my mom and ask if she can come to give me a ride home. She says sure, she will come pick me up right away. I wait there with Alicia and the others for a while. The other people there seem to start disappearing, though I never actually see them go. I assume they got a ride home. My mother takes quite a long time to get there, but finally she does. She is in a car I don't recognize, the car is tiny. She climbs out of the car and I see she looks about three times fatter than she was when I saw her last. She had been in the process of losing weight… so what happened? She waddles over to see me and say hi to Alicia, I note how out of shape she seems. I am worried for her health. She says she is here, let's go home. I say ok, when we get in the car I ask her what happened to her diet. She says nothing, her diet is going fine. Why do I ask?


Living In Filth
I am in a house that looks absolutely disgusting, though I know it is not mine. I am looking through the house for something, trying to see if I can find anything of value in the place. I look into a room that smells particularly bad and I start looking around, though I am sure I don't want to be in there very long. I am about to leave when I see something horrible… there is a cat in there. The cat is lying in a pile of filth, there is nowhere else for the kitty to go, and the cat looks very sick. The poor kitty is missing most of its fur. The cat clearly once had a long plush black coat, but huge chunks of that coat have come out, leaving bald spots over a large portion of the cat's body. I go to pick the cat up, the cat's body is limp and unresponsive. The cat seems to be barely alive. I get on my cell phone and call someone, maybe the owner of the home? I am talking to a woman. I say that there is a cat in the filth, not responsive, and is just lying there in her own filth. The woman says there is a healing gem in the house, in the living room, use that. I go to the living room, or what I think is the living room. It's really hard to tell, the room is also filled with filth. I am digging through the disgusting filth trying to find the healing gem. What if I can't find it? A patch of my skin is turning green, rotting off… this place is making me sick, too. But I don't want to leave until I find the healing gem and save the kitty!

Note: I have a long haired black kitty named Shadow. The image of the sick kitty was so vivid in my head when I woke up that I had to go into the other room and check on Shadow, pick her up, and love her. She responded with a purr.



Real Life DDO Skills
I am on a vacation with my mother, we are leaving the hotel to go on a visit to a local theme park that is similar to Disney Land. It isn't actually Disney Land, but I know it will be a lot of fun. We get to the theme park and go over to the ticket stand, but the tickets are around double the price we expected it to be. This park is less well known than Disney Land, so we had expected it to be a lot less expensive. Their website had indicated it was a lot cheaper… but the lower price doesn't include any of the rides at all, I really don't see the point of that ticket. My mom and I leave the ticket booth, deciding it is too expensive to go in. On the way back to the hotel we are discussing our options, and we eventually decide I should sneak inside and ride the rides for the day. She says she will give me money for food. She says she wasn't really interested in the rides to begin with, so she will spend the day doing something else. I agree to the plan, but there is one problem with it. I will have to either improve or buff my sneak skill before it is high enough to allow me to sneak into the park.


Someone Is Watching
I am in a hospital data center, it seems I have landed back at the same dead end job I had before I went back to school and got a bachelor's degree. That is really depressing. It is Halloween night, and I can see quite a few people down below in the parking lot dressed in costume. The hospital itself is entirely closed, so at least I don't have to worry about getting customer service calls for the night. The people down below start dispersing, it seems there was a party down there but now it is over. That is also a bummer, I missed out on all the free candy. Another worker stuck there at night comes into the room and tells me there is a suspicious character wandering around the property, so he would recommend I stay in the data center with the door locked. He leaves, and I lock the door behind him. As luck would have it, now I start having to go pee. The restroom is a short distance down a dark hall from the data center. I look out the window at the parking lot again, there is now a creepy looking guy in a costume standing there watching my window… or it looks like he is watching my window. I have to go pee worse. I am also getting a bit hungry. The vending machine is a short distance down the dark hall as well, though in the opposite direction from the bathroom. Great, I am hungry and I have to go pee and there is a creepy guy out there. I figure I will have to go eventually, so I should go ahead and go out there while the creepy guy is in the parking lot. It will take him time to get up to the third level where the data center is.

Protective Custody?
I am with Alicia, we are going to the U of A football field to see a game. We are talking about some random things, about how well we expect the U of A to do this season… Alicia asks me if I think my mother might take more of an interest in college football if the NFL doesn't work things out in time for the next season. I'm not really sure if she might or not… Alicia and I go into a room that is on the ground level with the football field. I look out onto the field and I can see the grass looks quite a bit thicker than it normally does, but I don't notice this as odd. Alicia is looking out over the field as well, she is also complaining about our view, saying it will be hard to see what is going on out there. Something starts looking strange to me, I look around to see if I can identify what is out of place. I finally decide to do a reality check and I find I am dreaming. I remember I have plans to go meet up with MoSh and see about finding Sam. I think I'll just bust out a window and fly off. I guess I really only ended up being semi-lucid, because the best thing I can think of is to smash the window with a chair. I pick up one of the chairs and slam it into a window. This has very little effect, which surprises me. I should certainly be strong enough to smash out the window… I hit it a few more times and finally crack it, then it finally comes down. Alicia is asking me what I am doing, why am I breaking a window? To my surprise, the window doesn't lead outside. It leads into a room that is filled with styrofoam popcorn. The popcorn falls out of the room in huge piles, and there is a woman with long dark hair in the room. The woman is sitting on a bed, looking out at me over what is left of the popcorn. She says someone shut her in the room. They said it was for her own protection, but she thinks that is a load of bullshit.

Summoning Problems
I am outside riding my bike down some roads in the middle of the desert. I note the fact it isn't hot, in fact it is a very nice day for a ride. I am getting close to home, I only have one more hill to go up before I get there. I think that hill looks far too difficult to ride my bike up. I do a random RC and I realize I am dreaming. I don't become especially lucid, though, I don't remember any of my goals. I just want to play around with some of my dream skills. First to make this hill a bit easier. I focus on my summoning. I try to summon a bike with a little motor to help me with the hill. Epic fail. I try again… epic fail. Well, maybe I'll try something easier. I ride my bike up the hill, it is easier than I had expected. Of course I am dreaming… so I shouldn't get tired so easily. I get home and see that my home is an apartment rather than my own home. I am a bit thirsty after that bike ride, so I summon a coke. Epic fail. I try again, and I am finally able to summon a can of coke. Only one problem… the can is the size of a peanut! I focus on it becoming bigger. It grows a bit. I say I want it bigger… it grows some more… bigger… finally it is the size of a normal can of coke. I open the can and start drinking it.

Beach Combing
I am on a beach, it is a wide and beautiful beach. I feel I have absolutely nowhere I have to be right now, so I decide to explore the beach and maybe play in the water for a while. The water is quite cold, but there are a lot of interesting places to explore. I head down the beach and find a rocky area with a lot of caves and inlets. I start looking inside the small caves and inlets. I find some gems on the ground. I wonder if they could be real or if they are just decorations and souvenirs for explorers to find. I pick up a couple of them that I think are especially pretty. I continue exploring, and I finally reach a dead end in one of the caves where there is a large treasure chest sitting there open. Most likely it is there for tourists to take souvenirs. I look inside and take a couple of treasure pieces, I take a necklace and a pair of gemstone earrings as well as a few gold coins, then I leave the rest of it for other explorers to find.


Demon Jungle
I am at the edge of a jungle, preparing to go into the dense foliage on the hunt for something that redefines the word evil. I know I am not alone in this hunt, someone else just left me to circle around behind the target. He will come from that direction to make sure the thing doesn't get out by going that way. So I go into the forest, searching around for traces of the thing we are hunting. I find the thing has left an obvious trail. The trail is a little too obvious. It could easily be a trap. I continue following the trail, but I am also being observant for any kind of a trap. In spite of being watchful for a trap, I step right into the middle of it. I am in a small clearing when a circle of dark mud forms around me. The mud bubbles up from the ground and forms into dark mud figures that are circling around me. My mind immediately goes to DDO, and I pull a sword out of nowhere… out of my ass? I swing the sword and cut through a couple of the figures. Cutting mud is ineffective. I shoot flames from my hands and dry the mud into dust that blows away. Something is moving in the trees… I see glowing eyes in there, sinister eyes. Something moves into the clearing. I can't really see what it is, though, it seems to be cloaked in a cloud of darkness, it seems to be blurred out of existence… weird… it is attacking me somehow, I can't even see it move, but there are razor sharp talons cutting at me. I heal the cuts immediately and shoot fire back at the thing. The fire burns the cloud of darkness away. I attack with my sword. The thing blocks with its talons, cutting at me, attacking with a fury. I am finally able to block the talons with my sword and fire a blast of flames directly at the creature. The flames burn all the way through the thing and it is incinerated.
