Lucid Dreams
Note: The goal tonight is mainly to have another Harry Potter dream, MoSh is wanting to continue the Harry Potter dreaming, I haven't heard from Tigress as to if she recalls the last night's dreams at the sorting… so the goal was to meet up with MoSh and attend a class where they are teaching patronuses. I am in bed in a dark room that I don't recognize, but this doesn't seem strange to me at all. I look around as my eyes adjust to the darkness and I see I am in what looks like a dorm room with three roommates, all of whom are fast asleep. I can't make out much detail of the room in the dark, but what I can see of it looks like I am in some kind of medieval castle. I let myself enjoy that fantasy for a bit, thinking it would be awesome if I really was in a castle instead of an ordinary dorm room… the fact that I am not attending a school where I have to sleep in a dorm doesn't occur to me at the time. I lie there quietly as the light from the window starts getting brighter, which sucks. I don't really want to get up. I'm not especially tired, which comes as a surprise to me, but I am comfortable and I want to stay in bed for a while longer. But soon my roommates are getting out of bed and stretching, they don't seem to want to get up any more than I do, but it is clearly time to get up. So I get out of bed and dress behind a curtain that hangs around my bed for privacy, and I notice the uniforms for school look like something they would wear in Harry Potter! I laugh to myself about that, muttering that I wish it really was magic that I would be learning… I put on the robes, noticing mine says Slytherin on it… not what I prefer… I come out of my isolated bed area and look at my roommates, they are all coming out fully dressed as well, also in Slytherin robes… And I notice that the room really does look like a castle, we are dressed as if we were attending Hogwarts, the room looks like we are staying at Hogwarts… this entire thing seems a bit too strange… I remember that when I wake up I need to do a covert RC by pinching my nose, so I do that and I find out I am dreaming! I repeat the RC a couple times to confirm, but there is no doubt that this is a dream. I decide to go along with the dream, since it is going in an interesting direction already. My three roommates are fairly friendly, though it seems they would also rather be in bed right now, we talk to each other a bit, good morning, how are you, some other assorted small talk… Then we are ready to go up some stairs into the main common room of our dorms. There are more people in there, now there are both men and women, everyone looks like college age… There were other rooms on the women's side of the dorm, and there are quite a few guys, too, and I recognize some of them. Specifically I recognize Draco Malfoy, Gregory Crab, and Vincent Goyle… Both Crabb and Goyle are bitching about being hungry, Draco is clearly getting annoyed at them for going on and on about their stomachs, he seems to find that frustrating. Finally he turns and just walks away from them, he comes right over to me and asks if I am feeling ok, though I am not immediately sure what he is talking about as for me feeling better. Have I been sick? I don't remember being sick… I say I am feeling fine. I am wondering what Draco is up to, but it is time to go so we can get to class. I will get over the next part quickly, we go to the great hall and get some breakfast, though I am not really feeling hungry, I usually don't feel that hungry in dreams except for if there is something really yummy to eat. I nibble on a few things so I am not standing out in the group, then we move on to a class, the class is a Defense Against the Dark Arts class… with Professor Lupin! I sit down in the classroom, waiting for a class to start. I see the other students coming into the room, Harry, Ron, Hermione… MoSh! MoSh comes into the room! I go over to MoSh and say hi, MoSh says something about not wanting to get out of bed for class, I tell him this is a dream. He says yeah, being able to come here is a dream, he has been wanting to learn stuff like this. Before I can reiterate that this really is a dream, Tigress comes into the room! Yay! Now there are two people in the class that I know, I sit down next to Tigress, MoSh sits down next to me, and now the three of us are waiting for the class to begin. MoSh has a Gryffindor robe on, Tigress has one from Ravenclaw, so I figure this probably looks like an unusual gathering… now we just need someone from Hufflepuff to join us there. Inter-house cooperation, cool! Soon Asuka comes into the room, so MoSh says bye to me and sits at the table behind Tigress and me with Asuka since there are only three seats at each table. I look back at the two of them, but not for long. Class is about to begin when Draco sits down beside me… wtf? He should be sitting over with Crabb and Goyle, who are looking a bit confused at the table across the aisle. Well, it doesn't really matter because we don't stay for long in the class, just long enough for Lupin to explain what a patronus is, and what the spell is for creating one, then he says the best way to learn is to do it, so we were going on a short field trip to a field, where we could have plenty of room to practice. All of us follow Lupin outside to a clear meadow area near the school, which looks just like I had imagined it to look, like a pretty awesome castle. We are on the top of a hill when Lupin talks more about creating patronuses, then we have a chance to create our own patronuses. Tigress, MoSh, and I have no problems creating our patronuses. Our three patronuses are soon flying around with each other, in the sky, and quite a few of the others are now just gawking at them without even trying to create their own patronuses. Lupin says we have done absolutely fantastic, but tells the others they need to focus on their own patronuses rather than looking at ours, then he goes around to other students to try to help them. Soon Asuka's patronus joins MoSh's, Tigress' and mine. Harry is the next to add his patronus to the party, which is its usual buck form, the rest of ours looked like the pictures below… MoSh's is an Eastern style dragon… Asuka's is a white peacock… Raven's Patronus is a white panther… Tigress' patronus is a mystical white wolf…

Note: Tigress, MoSh, and I have all planned on a shared dream this night. Since Tigress and I have yet to both remember a Harry Potter dream, we're going to take another shot at the dreams where we're at the sorting, but this time MoSh wants in on it. He says he is going to see if Asuka wants to come, too. Since I have been having problems with my WILD's, my light / sound machine took a crap so there went my preferred technique to enter a WILD, I have asked Q to make sure everyone makes it to Hogwarts ok. Even if I'm not lucid, I will still be there, but I won't be as able to go fetch anyone else who hasn't made it there on their own. I am in a room that looks very familiar by now, considering I have been in there a couple of times already, and I have a strange sense of de-ja-vu. I know I have been here before, doing this exact same thing. I look at the walls of the circular room, the tapestries look familiar, the large wooden door on one side of the room… I can tell everything that is about to happen… such as I know a woman that looks like Professor McGonagall from the Harry Potter series is about to step through that door and start talking to us. I can tell what she is going to say, well most of it, anyway… in the version I am 'remembering' I hadn't really been listening to her very closely… The feeling that is going along with this is really strange, it seems like I am in some kind of surreal world even though everything looks very normal… at least for the interior of a castle. I hear the door open and McGonagall, she doesn't just look like McGonagall, she IS McGonagall, enters the room. I look around, feeling almost like I might be stoned… I'm not sure how I would know that since I've never been stoned in my life… "What the fuck?" I say, more to myself than anyone else, "This is fucking crazy…" I note that I am also dropping more expletives than I normally do… "Watch your language!" McGonagall says, this is the first thing out of her mouth, "You have all been given the opportunity to attend this school, at no cost to you, to earn your education in witchcraft and wizardry… I would expect a little more respect than to have the first words out of your class be ones like that!" After making her dislike of cursing abundantly clear, she changes the subject and starts talking about the things we will be learning there in Hogwarts, it sounds like a lot of cool stuff, the kind of things I can only do in a dream right now. Wait a minute… a dream? I am reluctant to do a RC, I don't want to be dreaming, I think it would be awesome to be able to learn magic on this plane… but I do the nose pinch RC, and discover I am dreaming. "Shit!" I let the expletive out without even thinking, I am just disappointed at the fact this isn't real. My expletive makes McGonagall stop mid-sentence to address it. She has seen who had cursed this time, she is looking directly at me. She says if I am put in her house, I will have to clean up that language or I will be finding a lot of trouble. I brush that off with a, "Pfft," I already know I am not going to be in her house. A voice off to my left says, "Is she fucking serious? You have got to be fucking kidding me!" McGonagall seems more than a little annoyed at the fact more people are cursing now, but she continues with what she has to say rather than getting distracted back to the subject of cursing. I follow the sound of the most recent expletives and I find Tigress standing in the group of people watching in the direction of McGonagall, though McGonagall isn't actually visible right now. She says no one is going to tell her what she can and can't fucking say. I greet her, and she recognizes me, she says she had been looking for me, and is glad I made it in time. McGonagall has opened the door and people are filing through it now, Tigress and I are near the end of the line, and I see two more familiar faces. MoSh and Asuka are also there. They come over and file into the room behind us, there are only a few stragglers left to follow in after them. We all line up in the front of the great hall waiting for the sorting, and since Tigress, MoSh, Asuka, and I were some of the last ones in, we are now near the front of the line to be sorted. I notice something surprising… Vegeta is sitting at the table with the instructors… is Vegeta a teacher here? I had no idea he might be interested in teaching at Hogwarts again… Note: In a previous series of Harry Potter dreams, before I was journaling online, Vegeta was there as a part-time instructor teaching the students martial arts, energy control, and other abilities that are not reliant on wands, so they could more easily defend themselves against the allies of Voldermort. The sorting goes pretty much as I had expected, the sense of de-ja-vu continues, but at least now I know why. A couple students I don't recognize are sorted out to Hufflepuff and Gryffindor… then it is MoSh's turn, I hear him say he doesn't want to be put in Slytherin, but thinks he might be because he turns into a snake… I comment that where you go isn't based on what transformations you're capable of… He says he knows that, and goes over to put the hat on. After a hesitation, the hat finally assigns him to Gryffindor. MoSh looks very relieved as he goes to the table, and Asuka is right behind him… McGonagall calls to her to stop, she hasn't been sorted yet, she pauses, points at MoSh, then reluctantly comes back and puts on the hat. It assigns her to Gryffindor, and she runs over to the table to grab a seat next to MoSh. Tigress watches that and then it is her turn to get sorted into a house, she goes over and puts the hat on… it assigns her to Ravenclaw. Wait… is that different than past dreams or the same? I can't be sure of that, I also have a memory of her being sorted into Gryffindor, but I am not sure what happened in the neighboring worlds… McGonagall snaps me out of my confused thoughts, telling me it is my turn to be sorted. I go over and put the hat on… it is getting redundant, but I arrange to be in Slytherin yet again… and it complies. I am thinking at this rate I am never going to get the chance to be healing anyone even if I am in Slytherin… I head down to the Slytherin table and have a seat in an area that is mostly clear, the closest person is several seats away from me. I think it might make me look anti-social, but I really don't want to deal with a bunch of people I don't know right now, so I really don't care. The rest of the sorting is boring… I am paying very little attention to the proceedings when I notice someone sitting right beside me. My first thought is to get annoyed, there are plenty of empty seats without having to sit right beside me… I look and see it is Draco beside me, he has an expression on that I don't see on him very often… a smile! Like in this photo of Tom Felton, who plays Draco Malfoy in the movies! I had intended to tell him to leave me alone, but I am a bit surprised at seeing him sitting there smiling at me and I hesitate on telling him to go away… then I realize that we're in the same house, so we're going to be around each other… and if I'm going to heal his heart, I will have to be around him at some point… So I don't say anything. Crabb and Goyle are immediately behind Draco, and they go to sit down on the other side of him. Draco tells them to go away, there isn't enough room for them here… Goyle says there are plenty of seats, indicating the stretch of about six seats between Draco and the next person. Draco just repeats that there isn't room for them, telling them to go sit somewhere else. Crabb barely gets out a, "But…" when Draco, losing a bit of his smile, just says, "Go!" Crabb and Goyle slink off looking dejected and find seats a bit farther down the row. Draco puts his smile back on and turns back to me, saying now that the rude interruption is over… He pauses for a bit, then apparently decides I'm not going to say anything, so he goes ahead. He introduces himself, saying his name is Draco Malfoy, he adds that I have no doubt heard of the Malfoys… I lie and say I have never heard the name Malfoy before, nor the name Draco, so if he is thinking we have met before, I'm certain we have not. Draco seems a bit taken aback by that, apparently thinking everyone has heard of the Malfoys. He is about to say something when the Gryffindor table erupts in cheers, Harry Potter has just been assigned to Gryffindor, they're over there cheering, "We got Potter! We got Potter!" Draco acts disgusted at that, asking if I can believe the way they're acting over Potter. He looks back at me, not smiling, and says something about me knowing of Harry Potter and not the Malfoys, saying that is because Potter is always stealing the spotlight for himself… I decide to maintain objectivity as much as possible, not to befriend or antagonize Draco any more than necessary, so I say I have no clue who this Harry Potter person is, either. Draco looks at me, surprised again, so I add that if he must know, the place I come from is very far away, so I am not familiar with the well known people of their area… the only Potter I know is a Martha Potter, a really rude girl from my muggle high school who used to spend far too much of her time coming up with insulting things to call me. Dumbledore spends some time talking in front of the group, he is talking about the Tri-School Wizard Tournament, which is a variant of the Tri-Wizard Tournament from the books, and two people, one woman and one man, would be selected from each house to participate in a series of challenges. Anyone failing to complete a challenge would be eliminated from the tournament. If everyone finishes, whoever finishes last is eliminated from the tournament. This is continued until they have found their winner. There would be two other schools visiting us, and they would also have their participants, so whoever gets picked should go out there and make Hogwarts look good. He then adds that Vegeta is, indeed, teaching there. He says Vegeta is teaching a class about non-magical defenses, in case anyone gets caught without a wand, it is important to know how to defend one's self. Draco mutters something about not wanting to fight like a stupid muggle, I tell him I know Vegeta, and using his techniques, he could kick the ass of any witch or wizard in existence. Vegeta has power like Draco would never believe. He can see I am being serious, he looks at Vegeta again, this time seeming to think a bit more about him. Food appears, but I find I don't have much of an appetite. Draco is smiling again, now that he is sure I'm not a Harry Potter fan, then says welcome to Hogwarts, he will be glad to show me around. He eats a bit, then I ask him how he can show me around since this is his first year here, too. He puffs himself up like he thinks he's some kind of a peacock or something, and announces that his father, Lucious Malfoy, is on the governing board here, so I have been here many times with him. I know everything around here. He is smiling bigger now, apparently thinking that would impress me somehow, but I am not impressed. I just give a nonchalant, "Cool," as a response. He says he didn't catch my name. I hesitate, but then I tell him my name is Raven Knight. He repeats the name Raven a time or two, maybe trying to be sure he remembered it, and now dessert appeared. My lost appetite came back, as I saw all sorts of chocolate! Now I started eating, chocolate cakes, chocolate pies, chocolate candy, chocolate ice cream… Some delicious chocolate candies with a creamy white chocolate under dark chocolate and then a crunchy chocolate center… Draco is watching me make a pig of myself, though he doesn't seem to mind, he looks like he is zoned out into a trance or something. The remainder of the food disappears… bummer, no more of the candies. Everyone is getting up to head to the dorms. Crabb and Goyle come rushing over to Draco, apparently not thinking anything of the fact they had just been brushed off earlier… Draco has a plate full of the candies I had been pigging out on, Goyle reaches for them, but Draco pulls them away. "These aren't for you," he snaps at Goyle, "You can go get your own. Now get on down to the Slytherin dorms, I'll meet you there later." Crabb tries to snatch a candy, but Draco won't let him have any, either. Draco holds the plate out towards me, he says he saved me some of the candies I liked so well. I tell him I have had enough, though I am afraid I might be drooling a bit which would definitely give me away… Draco smiles and then somehow turns the plate into a bag, tied closed at the top, and he hands that to me. He says I can keep it for later, then. He says he will show me where our dorms are, I'm not sure how to get away from him right now… I feel like I might wake up, which is not good when I am right next to Draco… I tell him what I really need is a bathroom. He shows me where one is. I tell him I really think I might be a while… too much chocolate… so don't wait, I would find my way to the dorms and see him later. He hesitates, seeming disappointed, but finally leaves. I go into the bathroom and wake.
House of the About To Be Dead I am in a castle, I look around the room I am in. In spite of having had recent dreams of Hogwarts, that is not what comes to mind first here. I am thinking I am in the process of designing a video game. I am designing one of the levels, this castle will be a great setting. So right now I am looking around the level, trying to see where I want to put enemies and items and stuff like that. I place the enemies all over the place, and then I decide to do a run through to see how my AI on the enemies is working. So as the level starts, the enemies attack me, so I grab a weapon and fight back. There are weapons lying around, so I am able to use the in-game weapons to fight. Most of them are melee weapons, but I also find a gun or two. Ammo is rare so I have to conserve it. As I explore the castle I see there are enemies where I don't remember putting them. I think that is great, that means the AI of the game is making the enemies track me down to attack. I kill some more of the enemies and then I see someone else is in there with me, not one of the enemies. I look closer and see Walms killing enemies. Wait a minute…. Walms? Time for a RC! I am dreaming! Now I am lucid and watching Walms kill enemies, making quite a gory scene of it as well, it looks like he might be eating some of them… I resume killing enemies, just because I am dreaming doesn't mean they don't need to die, and I finally make my way over to where Walms is. It looks like he is going to attack me, but then he stops, apparently seeing that I'm not one of the enemies. He makes some kind of comment to me, I say I was going to see if he could use a song spell… say gravity maybe, since I don't remember seeing him use that in a dream, and I am wanting to know more about DT… Walms just looks impatient, he says ok, but he'll only show me once, there are too many people to kill to waste much time. If I need more help, it will have to be another time. He goes through these steps relatively slowly, it looks like part of him briefly teleports and then reappears, and an enemy on the other side of the room is suddenly in two pieces… it looks like the enemy got cut open by some sharp claws, which I see Walms has formed. Ok, so I will try duplicating that… I select an enemy and try to do the same thing… epic fail. The result is my arm on the other side of the room, still holding an in game sword I had found, and flopping on the ground erratically while the enemy watches it in a totally confused state. For some reason this strikes me as particularly hilarious, and I crack up laughing. Walms is looking at me like I have completely lost it, and then he goes back to killing things. I grow a new arm. I want to try that DT again, but it didn't work so well last time. I have an idea. I look at the enemy who is watching my severed arm flop about. I pick up a sword on the ground near me, then I open a portal… just big enough for the sword to fit through… and I make the destination of the portal right behind the enemy. I shove my sword into the tiny portal, it emerges from the other end and impales the enemy. I pull the sword back and the portals close. I am pleased with that, so I do it some more. One of the enemies looks like my ex boyfriend, James. He is trying to say he still loves me, which I don't believe. Walms enters the room and is killing stuff. James says some insulting stuff about Walms, I don't remember what, and Walms gives him a dirty look. I tell Walms that this one is mine, I'll take care of him. Walms continues on his way, killing another enemy. James says he wants me to call him IWL, I say it's not going to happen. He says he really wants me to call, he misses talking to me and wants to… *glurg* Now he looks like he's about to be sick. I follow his path of vision and see Walms eating an enemy, James seems pretty grossed out by that. I find this to be hilarious, too, and I start laughing again. I tell James to be gone before Walms decides he looks like a tasty snack. James scoffs at that, saying I know perfectly well that he can… I slip my hidden blade through a tiny portal that opens behind James' neck… and thus stab him. I wake up here. Designing the Moon I am designing some more of my game. I am on the moon, with Nomad, and he is helping me design the game. I am working with a strange sort of biological machine, I am thinking this is normal, it is merely one of the utilities in the game design program I am using now. Nomad and I are discussing what we want to do on the moon, how we want to set things up, Nomad wants to start by terraforming the moon. Ok, that works, so we need to decide what areas we will have. I suggest different areas based on different elements, like a fire area, an earth area, an air area, etc. Nomad says that sounds awesome, and says we can start with the forest area. I am thinking of how the game can flow, and I am coming up with a vicious circle where each element needs one of the other elements and there isn't really any place to start. I am taking to Nomad about setting up the game so it will work smoothly, he seems a bit confused by the fact I am talking about video games, but he seems to play along for now. Upon finally coming to the conclusion that the earth level would be first, Nomad asks why I am talking about making a video game… I tell him this video game will be epic, with all these territories, it will make an excellent MMORPG. Nomad smiles and says that is awesome, we would make an MMORPG area for dreamers. I am a bit confused at first, then I think of something and tell him it is a great idea to use dreams to design parts of the game, maybe even most of it. Nomad says yeah, we should use dreams… dreams like this one! I look at him in a puzzled manner, he tells me this is a dream. That isn't making sense, I tell him we are designing a video game, not a dream… Space Ark I am with MoSh in the landing bay of the tower on the moon, we are going to go somewhere Q has told us about. I am lucid for the first time, and thinking I can't wait to see what kind of place Q has found this time. We get in our ships, MoSh gets in his ship with Asuka, I get in mine with Basara, and we launch from the tower. Before we have gone far we find a wormhole that Q has created, and we fly through the wormhole to a distant area of space. There is now a fleet of ships near us, ships flying through space going to somewhere I don't know. We fly over towards the fleet, and I see fighter ships around that look like the ships on Starfox… There is also one huge ship that looks like a section of a planet under a dome, the other ships are all flying around that one, which seems to be the one to be protected above all others. We make contact with them, and they give us permission to land, making me wonder if Q has been here before us to tell them we are coming… We land in the landing area, and there are some people there, they are talking about what the ship is for. Apparently they were able to get warning of their star going supernova, so they constructed this space ark, with a section of every kind of habitat from their home world and also a selection of all the different animals, so they would be able to start over on a new world. He says most of the space ark is wilderness, and they have to take care of everything to make sure no life is lost on the way to their new home. Back to the Drawing Board I am in a strange room, I know I am there to continue designing a video game, no doubt the one I was working on earlier. I am working on a puzzle part of the game now, testing it out to make sure it is working properly. The way to solve the puzzle is to step only on certain tiles and in the right order and use those tiles to reach the other side of the room. I do the jumps necessary to get across the room, I am wondering if it is the proper difficulty. Does it need to be harder? Easier? Have a difficulty setting? I'll have to give that some thought. When I am almost to the other side, I notice something wrong with one of the animated parts… there is a fan in a vent that is wobbling instead of spinning properly. So I get out of the game and enter a modeling mode, moving over to the fan and adjusting the size and shape of it to make it fit better. While I'm in the modeling mode, I adjust some walls and start adding a new room. In the new room there are two bodies that appear to be dead but will come to life and attack. This fact is actually betrayed by a slight twitch in the bodies that gives away the fact they aren't really dead. Now I just have to test to make sure they come to life at the right place to make the game challenging without making it impossible.
I am in a forest, I am lucid at the beginning of this memory. I am remembering the goal of stopping some assholes who are using animals here as slaves, working them to the death to try to find some stupid ore to make them rich. I am thinking how these people need to have their asses kicked. Since this is going to involve hunting, I have brought a company of pokémon with me, quite a few persians and several others that enjoy the hunt. The pokémon with me disperse through the forest, they are waiting their chance for the hunt. Right now all of the assholes are in one place, forcing the animals they have to clear out large areas of the forest so they can dig their mines and get to their precious ore. I make my way through the forest to where this is taking place, I find them there. The first thing I think when I got there was how could these people actually force those animals to do anything they don't want to? The answer comes to my mind right away as if someone is right there speaking to me, is it Q? Maybe… It says that these animals are generally peaceful, not wanting to hurt anyone, which they might be willing to fight here except for the fact collars they have on are controlling them, so any resistance is rewarded with a blast of excruciating pain. What a bunch of assholes! I went into the open, looking at the people and the animals, the animals were large, they really looked like miniature brontosauruses with fur, each one about as tall as a tree. Right now they are knocking the trees over, tearing them up by the roots, and tossing them to the side like so much trash. I can feel their energy, though, and all I can feel is a sense of hopelessness… none of them dare resist because of the collars, if they resist they will die in pain… I watch that only briefly before one of the animals drops a tree a bit too close to one of the people, the collar activates, and the animal's cry of pain is horrible… it sounds like a cry of death… I am really pissed off. I go over to the man who seems to be the cause of the animal's pain, the one who had been closest to the tree that had been dropped, though he had clearly not been in any danger of getting hit… I walk right up to him and give him a sharp shove, and I tell him to stop that or he would regret it. It seems they have to focus to make the collars work… and he loses focus when I shove him. The animal is able to get up very quickly considering the pain it seemed to be in, and the man is glaring at me, he asks who the fuck I am, and says I had better get out of the way or I will be sorry. I tell him to stop hurting the animals, he laughs at me and asks why I would care what happened to these dumb animals? They were so dumb that they just let them put on the collars with no resistance… he says that anything that stupid deserves to be used by their intellectual superiors. I tell him I will give him to the count of ten to start getting those collars off, or he will find himself wishing he had never been born. As if to show how little he thought of my threat, he activated the collar on the closest animal, who made a cry of pain. I make a stupid sounding rhyme to do a spell… "The pain you cause will not get through, instead it will come back to you." The animal stops crying out, and the man is now screaming in pain. That makes him lose focus, and he stares at me, dumbfounded. I say he's the one who looks stupid now. He tries to hurt an animal again, he only hurts himself. Several others do the same thing, and are all screaming out in pain when they try. While watching stupid people hurting themselves can be amusing, the idea is to give the pokémon something to hunt, so I pull out a sword and start attacking them, cutting a couple down before the others give up on trying to hurt the animals and disperse into the trees. "Run!" I tell them as they do just that, "You can run but you will never escape!" Now they are where the pokémon want them to be. Scattered in the forest to be hunted. I decide I don't want to miss out on things entirely, however, so I go into the trees as well. I transform into a cute little rabbit, and hop through the trees. I hear some people out in the forest screaming and yelling, a lot of cursing… I hop farther through the trees, hoping I will come across one of the people soon. I hear movement in the trees off to my right, so I hop in that direction. I hop out of a bush to see one of the people cowering back against a tree. When he sees me, however, he seems to relax… he talks to himself, telling himself to not be so jumpy, it's just a fucking rabbit after all… He gets down on his haunches, and starts talking to me in baby talk, "Who's the stupid little bunny?" he asks in a mocking tone, "Who's going to make a nice stew for me tonight? Who's gonna be dinner?" The man takes a couple steps towards me, reaching out. I hop towards him, he says I must be a really stupid bunny, and as I get closer to him I transform into an alien like those on the movie Alien. The man stares in shock, he pisses and shits his pants just before I run my long spiked tail right through his gut, he tries to scream but all he does is vomit blood and die. Well… that was entertaining… I turn back into a bunny to see if I can sneak up on another one. I hear movement, and I hop in that direction. I soon hear screaming from over there, and I wonder what is happening. I hop through the bushes and peek into a clearing on the other side to see someone is over there holding one of the people to the ground… and eating him?! I wonder who that is, I don't think any of the pokémon would have taken human form… I hop through the bushes so I can see the scene better, and I recognize Walms… he is the one eating the asshole… He really looks quite disgusting right now, covered in blood and eating some guy that is weakly struggling to free himself. Another of the assholes comes through the trees, maybe following the sound of the other one's scream, then stops and stares at the scene in stunned and horrified silence. Walms glares up at him with a really nasty looking smirk on his face. The man starts stumbling backwards, trips, and falls flat on his ass… a foul odor wafts over from him. Walms gets up and wipes some of the grossness from his face, then tells the man in front of him to get up and run… Walms says he at least wants this to be some fun… The man is blubbering, but he finally rolls over onto his front, scrambles up, and stumbles into the forest. Walms walks calmly after him, chuckling to himself. The guy Walms walked away from isn't quite dead, he is still twitching… The last thing I see before I wake up is the life fading from his eyes as he dies.
I am in my own living room working on my laptop computer as I doing so often when I notice that the stickers on my laptop that normally spell out, "ARE YOU DREAMING?" now says, "WHO SHOT MR. BURNS?". Um... that isn't right. I am not immediately able to identify what is wrong, but it catches my attention as I am looking at the screen. I look over at the stickers, looking more closely now, now it says, "WHO SHOT MR. WALMS?" Wait a minute... someone shot Walms? When? Who? For somewhere in there I get the idea I should Google that... I type in the question into the Google search box and hit search. It comes up with one result only, and that is a link to a Dreamviews journal entry by Walms, which seems odd to me since he deleted all his dream journal entries from Dreamviews. I click on it and it pulls up a dream entitled, "Worrying and worrying." I click on the entry to take a look, I am taken by surprise when an entire holographic image of the dream forms around me... awesome... my dream viewing software! I must be dreaming! I become fully lucid. I looked around the new setting, and I realized I was back in MoSh's inner world. I saw MoSh, two Asukas, and Walms all there, they were talking about training, then MoSh and Walms walked off and left the two Asukas alone. MoSh and Walms are talking about training when a strange entity appeared and merged with one of the Asukas... the one it merged with was the Asuka twinner, the Asuka who lives here sees that and looks quite alarmed. I recognize the entity that invaded, it is the same entity that had attacked me before! What is it doing here? Did the twinner of Asuka allow the thing in? Did it force its way in? Maybe it lied its way in… It doesn't really matter how the thing gets into the Asuka twinner, it is in there now. I know what it wants, to eliminate dark energy completely. The Asuka twinner glows briefly with a bright light, but then she returns to her normal appearance. Asuka is staring at the Asuka twinner, she looks quite worried… She asks the other one if she is ok, the twinner responds in the ethereal voice of the light entity. She tells Asuka not to worry about her friend, she means the other Asuka no harm. Asuka asks the entity what it wants here, the entity says there is someone there that needs healing, and it is very urgent, it may already be too late. Asuka asks who needs healing, the entity points at Walms. Asuka acts surprised that the entity would say that, she says he seems fine to her… the entity asks if Asuka can't see that Walms is being consumed by dark energy… Asuka says he always has dark energy, but he isn't being consumed by it, it's just there. While that is going on, I see that Walms has been showing MoSh a couple of things, but now he is coming back over to the two Asukas. Asuka is still talking to the entity, who is seeming very adamant that Walms needs healing even though Asuka has said there really is no need for that. Asuka says the entity can leave in peace, because if Walms really does need healing, we have healers right here who can take care of things. The entity says it will take care of the healing right now, one wave of light energy should wash all that dark energy right out of him (Walms). Asuka tells the entity she thinks that might end up hurting Walms rather than helping him, and the entity simply responds that it won't matter since Walms is a dreamer, the worst thing that could happen is he'll wake up. Asuka looks like she is about to say something else, Walms sees the Asuka twinner, under control of the entity, gathering up a lot of energy and asks the two Asukas what they are doing in a somewhat alarmed manner, just as the entity releases a huge wave of light energy that looks like a tidal wave. I find myself reflexively trying to throw out a barrier of dark energy to block the attack from reaching Walms, but of course that is an epic fail since I am merely viewing a hologram of the dream rather than actually participating in the dream. The wave of light energy washes over Walms, there is a blast of dark energy as it seems Walms was attempting to counter the attack… then when the wave is past Walms is gone. The entity nonchalantly states that Walms must have been too far gone to be saved and then it splits out from the Asuka twinner and is gone. Now the Asuka twinner looks very drained of her energy, Asuka responds by fusing with her twinner so the two of them can share energy. MoSh soon comes over and sees that there is only one Asuka there now, he asks where the other Asuka went. The merged Asuka says they are both there. MoSh looks around a bit more and then asks where Walms went. The merged Asuka said he had gone, he must not have been feeling well. MoSh seemed to find that statement to be a bit strange, he says Walms had seemed fine to him… Note: I am trying to journal this, but it doesn't seem to be fitting with the dream I had on the same night as this dream happened… I know what I remember from viewing the dream, but something really seems wrong with the situation… I'm not sure if it is accurate or not…
Note: MoSh says he thinks there might be something wrong with Asuka, so he wants to find her to make sure she is ok. He hasn't seen her for a few nights and thinks that might mean something is wrong with her. Going to check on her. Another plan is to view the dream where Asuka killed Walms, he seems to think there was something going on other than just dark energy infection in Asuka. He would like to know who was responsible, and so would I. I'll do this if I get a chance. I am in MoSh's inner world, in the usual place in front of his house. I remember my goal is to find Asuka and be sure she is ok, I wonder what might have happened to her this time since it seems someone is always attacking her for one reason or another. That isn't just starting to be annoying, it has become extremely annoying... why can't everyone just leave her alone?! MoSh comes out of the house soon, and he is worried about Asuka, he asks if I can find her, is she ok? I tell him I will track her and we'll see if she is ok, I am hoping it isn't anything serious. I focus on opening a portal to find her, a portal opens, and I go through it with MoSh right behind me. On the other side of the portal I realize we haven't even left MoSh's inner world, we just went to a different part of it. So who would be after Asuka that was in here? Another intruder? Just have to check it out, so I followed my instinct on where to find Asuka, that lead me to a small glen cleared out in the trees. The glen was the opposite of what I expected, it wasn't dark and creepy like if there was some corrupting entity there, it is actually very beautiful. The trees and grass are greener than I would have though possible, so green that they seem to be glowing with their own inner light. There are flowers, too, and those are also amazingly bright and vibrant, contributing both their aroma and light to the place. The light in the glen makes the rest of MoSh's inner world seem gloomy by comparison even though there is nothing wrong with the rest of it. In the middle of the glen stands Asuka, who is glowing so brightly she appears to be on fire. She has her eyes closed, she seems to be in a trance of some kind, I wonder if she is ok. MoSh has also seen her and now he goes out I to the glen, calling her name and trying to wake her up. She doesn't respond to MoSh directly, but she does wake up, she is looking at me with glowing white eyes, it suddenly occurs to me that there is someone else in there, it's not just Asuka, someone or something else is merged with her. Well, whatever that person was after, it ends here. I use the song "Come Out and Play" by the Offspring to pull the merged entity out of Asuka. The entity let's go very easily as if it was afraid of harming Asuka, I find that to be quite surprising. The entity I pull out is a noncorporeal entity made of pure light, I can't even tell if it's male or female, but the voice sounds ethereal and female when it speaks. Asuka collapses after the entity is forced out, MoSh rushes to her side, leaving me to confront the entity. The entity is speaking to me, it is actually scolding for forcing it out, saying that could've been very dangerous for Asuka. I ask what it wants with Asuka, why were they merged. It seems the entity is about to answer when a flux flows through its energy. It now announces, in a somewhat less ethereal voice, that I am another one of them, and my evil plans would come to naught. WTF? I ask it what it's talking about... the entity said it can see my true heart and would save me... uh... I don't need saving... I tell the entity that, but it clearly isn't listening to me, as now it releases massive wave of light energy that flows over me like a wave from the ocean. As the wave passes it takes all my dark energy with it. After that I feel very disoriented like I might pass out or lose the dream or both... My Witchblade goes to work immediately to restore my dark emery with energy from its dark shard, I feel quickly better. I had been about to pass out, but I get up quickly to cover any weakness from this enemy. It speaks ethereally again, saying I took that much better than the other one... then it hesitates... then it says I am stronger than I look, but I will be free or I will perish... that led me to my next WTF... It attacked me again, I heard MoSh yelling at the thing that it would pay for using Asuka like that... I am ready for the attack. I use Whiplash and reflect the attack back at the entity, at the same time I convert the energy to dark energy. The entity is hit with a wave of darkness, it is knocked back a ways and now its energy is much dimmer. I ask it again what it wanted with Asuka, it responds with a hiss like a thousand angry cats and then is gone. MoSh asks what the fuck that thing was... I tell him it seemed like an extremist healer or something... it had tried to purge out ally dark energy. Asuka was recovering, she said that was what the entity had wanted, it had been telling her that all dark energy must be eliminated, then it had seemed surprised when she had said there needs to be balance. She said she thought it had been trying to brainwash her into agreeing, repeating the same things over and over again, and a couple of times she had found herself inadvertently agreeing with it until she had consciously reminded herself that there must be balance in all things. She apologized for letting that happen, the entity had seemed so convincing as a healer, it had really seemed to have pure motives. I told her that the entity's idea of healing is to completely wipe out whatever doesn't agree with its idea of healing. MoSh was talking to Asuka as I woke.
Note: MoSh and I are starting a new plan to increase his lucidity and recall, and hopefully make mine more consistent as well, and it involves MoSh and me sharing repeated dreams, MoSh recalls all he can, and then I fill in the blanks. Our first plan was to explore a tower in MoSh's inner world that was constructed by Walms. The tower is basically a challenge of perception, the goal to simply be to get to the top of it. This was my goal as I turned on my light / sound machine and slipped into my WILD… I am in the yard outside MoSh's inner world home, and I see MoSh is already there, he was looking at me. I tell him that I am there to go check out the tower Walms built in there, MoSh says he is ready to go. I notice he seems to be in a hurry to get going, but I figure he is just wanting to get going before the dream possibly ends. I ask MoSh where the tower is, he points towards the forest across the street from his house, he says it's off in that direction, then he heads into the forest. I follow MoSh into the forest, and we follow a path that seems to wind around for a while. I wonder how long the trail is, and whether it might be faster to just open a portal to get to the tower. I am about to ask MoSh about that when we come out of the forest and I see the tower up ahead. It is a rather tall and creepy looking tower, it looks extremely tall. I look up and I can't see the top of it. From what I can see from the base of the tower, it has no top, it goes up forever. Well, I suppose that's the challenge, so we need to find a way to the top of the tower, a top that I'm not even sure exists. MoSh and I look around the base of the tower, it is of a pattern of bricks that looks quite interesting, but there doesn't seem to be any sign of a door. I am thinking it would be really pathetic if we can't even find the entrance, so we continue looking around the tower. Finally MoSh finds a spot in the wall that he says looks different to him, he pokes around that for a while until he finds a particular brick and pushes on it. A bunch of the bricks shift around on their own to reveal an entrance, which MoSh proceeds through. I follow MoSh through the door, and as soon as we are inside, the bricks move on their own again and seal us inside. For just a bit the place is completely dark, but then there is illumination from an unseen source. The room is now filled with a cool blue glow, making the room look really strange. The room is cylinder shaped, though there is a ladder up the far side of the room. The ladder goes up the wall, and then it goes horizontally across the ceiling to a door in the ceiling. Well, the way to do that seemed pretty clear, climb the ladder and then swing across the horizontal ladder like monkey bars, and then deal with getting through the door. So I head over to the ladder, MoSh is right there with me, and we climb up the ladder, MoSh is right behind me. When I reach the top of the ladder, I reach and grab the first ladder rung of the horizontal part, thinking if this was my waking life, this would be really hard. As I grab the rung, however, the entire room shifts, or at least it seems to. Now the horizontal part of the ladder is going up, MoSh is climbing on the floor. Um… ok… so now I climb up towards the door, which is now in the middle of the wall, I notice MoSh looking at me strangely, then he follows me. I reach the door in the wall and reach for the doorknob. The room shifts again, so now the door is in the wall, I am standing on the ladder, and MoSh is crawling on the floor. I open the door, then MoSh and I go through the door into the next room. I step through the wall and find myself standing on a ledge on the outside edge of a huge spherical room. I look around the room, I feel MoSh standing right behind me, both of us barely fitting on the narrow ledge. Then MoSh is pushing me forward, I am about to tell him to quit it, but I realize the door behind us is closing, and we are both pushed off the edge into the room… where I realize there is no gravity in the room, MoSh and I are sent tumbling into the middle of the room. I look back at the door just in time to see the door close flush with the wall, such that I can no longer see the door. So where were we supposed to go now? There must be an exit somewhere around there, maybe it was another hidden door in the ceiling… but where was the ceiling? I can't even tell which way is up without the aid of gravity, so I'm not sure where to look for the door. Actually, finding a door wasn't going to be a problem… doors appear all over the inside of the spherical room. They are moving, so now I feel rather like throwing up, it is definitely making me nauseous. I try to focus on one spot to keep from throwing up all over the place, and I notice that one of the doors isn't moving at all. It is stationary, not rotating, not moving, so that's the one that must be real. I float over to that door and pull it open, then I call over to MoSh, telling him I had found the exit. MoSh floats over to me and then we both go through the door. MoSh and I enter another room like the one before, and I soon figure there is a pattern of two or more of those rooms set up connected to each other. It seems like we wander around in them for a bit, but then MoSh and I decide to attach a line to the door we entered through to make sure we aren't backtracking, so we can be sure to get through the rooms as quickly as possible. Finally MoSh and I exit through the final door into a room that has gravity and isn't moving. Now, however, the fact that the room isn't moving seems rather nauseating. I still feel like I'm going to be sick. MoSh doesn't seem to be bothered by it, however, as he starts looking around the new room. I finally get to a point where I no longer feel like I'm going to throw up, and I look around the room MoSh and I are now in. MoSh is huge! MoSh looks like he's about ten feet tall, he is standing at the end of a hallway. He shrinks down to normal size as he comes back, then he says he found the way through here, I just need to follow him. I follow MoSh to an opening in the wall, it looked like a tiny hole from one angle, but it is clearly large enough to fit through. MoSh says there is another opening on the next level up. MoSh climbs out through the hole, I follow him. We are now on an invisible floor that is so far over MoSh's inner world that I can't even see the ground, but I know there is no way we have gone that far up… MoSh follows an invisible pathway to another hole through the wall of the tower. I follow MoSh and look around the room we have just entered. I don't even get a very good chance to look around the room before a wave of vertigo hits me so hard that I wake up.
Note: Something really strange happened, it seems there is a piece of Asuka's soul in someone else's body… uh… She said she did that when she wasn't sure if she might die from the illness Walms put in her. I was put off a bit by that since there has not been anything to date that we haven't been able to help her with, so that was her first resort? Regardless of my feelings about her doing it, the goal was to get that piece of her soul back and set the woman she had placed it in free. Nomad was also wanting to have some fun, so I was hoping to do something fun with him after we were done with that. I used my light / sound machine and slipped into a WILD… I am on the moon, in the biodome, near the koi pond. I look around to see if there is anyone else there, but I don't see anyone else right away. I walk around a bit, looking for someone, and I see a portal open. A man comes through the portal, he looks rather confused, then he asks me if he's on the moon. I tell him that yes, he is on the moon, and he seems to be very happy about that… so happy in fact, that he disappears into thin air… oops… he must have gotten too excited and woken himself up. I wait for a bit longer and find Nomad meditating just under the water level of the koi pond. That seems a bit odd, I have seen him meditate over the pond, but never under it… I go over to the edge of the pond and deliberately startle a fish into swimming right past him. The fish slaps Nomad in the face with its tail, snapping him out of his self induced trance. He surfaces and looks at the fish before looking over at me. Nomad says he had been meditating for a bit, I say I could see that, then I went over and gave him a big hug, thinking he would need it due to some difficulties he has been having in his waking life that I won't go into here since it's rather personal. Now that I have found Nomad, we can go to MoSh's inner world where Asuka and the other woman will be waiting. I open the portal and we both go through it. Nomad and I are in the yard in front of MoSh's house, and we go over to it. MoSh meets us there, he says he hadn't realized Nomad would be there, but that's good, just in case something got out of hand. I ask MoSh what he things might get out of hand, there doesn't seem to be an enemy involved here, just an old woman with a piece of Asuka's soul, and that old woman should be glad to be free of it rather than try to resist having it taken out. MoSh says that he just wants to make sure everything is taken care of in case something goes wrong. I decide that arguing about that would be extremely pointless, so I follow MoSh into the living room where Asuka is sitting on the couch and there is an older woman sitting beside her. The older woman has a sweet grandmotherly look to her, like the kind of grandmother that would be constantly spoiling the grandkids… She smiles, and that makes her look even more grandmotherly. I go over to the two of them, and both of them greet me at the exact same time. It is like a couple of twins in perfect sync, it seems a bit odd, really… I tell the two Asukas that we are here to make sure her soul is made whole again, and that all of it is returned to her own body. She says she knows and is ready, or rather both of them say that at the same time… It is a really weird effect… So the process goes very simply, and there are no interferences or little things going wrong… for once something is going as planned. I use the song Come Out and Play by the Offspring to separate the part of Asuka's soul from the other woman's soul, and as I am doing that, Nomad seems to actually reach into the older woman's heart and he pulls out a tiny glowing speck of light. It is like he is somehow holding a tiny miniature star in his hands, the light the star is putting off is beautiful. Nomad is handling it as if it is made of glass and it might break if it is handled too harshly, he carefully moves with it over to Asuka and holds it out towards her. The spark floats right out of Nomad's hand, seemingly of its own accord, and over to Asuka. It hovers in front of her briefly before merging into Asuka's chest. Asuka's entire body briefly glows and then the light is gone, contained within Asuka again. I can't help but be a little sorry to see the light go, but then I notice that if I look into Asuka's eyes, I can still see the spark, it is still in there. The older woman is looking very confused right now, she is looking around the room and asking where she is, she doesn't seem to have any memory of the time she was merged with a piece of Asuka's spark. She says she is lost, she doesn't know how she has gotten here, but could we possibly direct her back to her home? I ask where her home is, she says her home is in the old folks' home down on Timberline Drive. She says she should get back there soon, then she scoffs a bit and says it's not like anyone there has probably even noticed that she is gone. She says it's not like she gets any visitors in that dump, she continues muttering about her kids ignoring her and her grandkids not even knowing she's alive, and then she suddenly stops that and looks around at all of us. She apologizes for running on about her problems, when she is sure we will be wanting to get her out of our way as soon as possible. I tell her that's not true, I haven't even been around her long enough to be thinking such rude things, she says I should be glad. She says she might as well go home… her home is at the old folks' home down on Timberline Drive. She resumes muttering about not having any visitors and other stuff… the way she is muttering it she sounds rather funny, but then a single tear is rolling down her face, this apparently is affecting her more than she might admit. I am not sure if the woman's state of mind has anything to do with this, but Q appears and tells the old woman she will have to be checked out to make sure there were no ill effects from being merged with another person. He says there may be other things that can be done to help her, as well. She says she doesn't want any needle baring doctors, she gets enough shots at the home… which is where she lives, the home for old folks down on Timberline Drive. I notice that is the third time she has repeated the part about her home on Timberline Drive, and I wonder if she remembers saying it before. Q disappears with the old woman, then he reappears alone just a second later. He tells me that the old woman is in the moon tower with the docs, Janet, Maura, and Washu, she needs some help. He says her kids and grandkids were all killed in a fire a couple years back, and she was not willing to accept that, so she had built this fantasy that they had abandoned her in the home, which was somehow more comforting than the thought they are dead. He said she just seems to be a lonely old woman, but she will be cared for. I am listening to Q when I wake up.
I am in MoSh's inner world, in the place I usually appear when I have planned to meet up with him in a dream. I look around to see that everything is as it should be before I head over to the house and knock on the door. The door opens, and I see Asuka there smiling at me. Asuka asks me if I have come back to do another spontaneous healing, I tell her that's not why I'm there… but if she feels she needs healing I will be more than glad to help. She says no, she feels fine, but she felt fine the last time I busted in here to use a healing spell on both her and MoSh. I don't remember past dreams too clearly at this point, so I don't respond. It's better to remain silent and have people think you're a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubt. So I follow Asuka into the living room where MoSh is, it looks like he has been waiting for me. MoSh says if I am ok with it, he still wants to go and try to view when he got the psychic reading from Bonnie, so he can determine if the person he's supposed to be with could actually be Kaomea or if there is someone else. I say that is why I am here, so we can go ahead and do that. I sit down next to MoSh on the couch and we open up a laptop, looking to view through time as we do when looking to view a past dream. This doesn't seem to be working, however, as when I go to find the entry, there is no such entry. I wonder if that is because it wasn't a dream, it was a waking life event that MoSh experienced. I figure this would be more like astral projection or remote viewing than dream viewing, so maybe I would have to use a portal to get us to where we can view this. I tell MoSh that, and after I do one more search on the computer that doesn't find anything, I turn the computer off and get up. This is going to be more difficult than I had first thought, since my first thought was that the only problem would be seeing Bonnie's vision. I focus on opening a portal to view the event MoSh wants to see, but the portal isn't opening. I focus harder, I know this is possible, I have heard of a lot of other people doing it successfully… I keep focusing to the point where I am developing a minor headache, that certainly won't be beneficial, but finally a portal flickers into existence. I stop focusing on it because it is open now, and all my portals stay open by themselves for at least a while once I get them open, but the portal closes instantly. I have to open it again, then I usher MoSh through the portal and then follow him without losing my focus… not the easiest task… MoSh and I emerge from the portal into a strange place, I don't recognize it at all. I look around and try to get a description of the place, but all I can see is that the place is constantly shifting… wtf? Nothing is staying the same long enough for me to get a fix on it, and the entire thing is starting to make me nauseous. MoSh doesn't seem to be having any problems with this, he goes over to a woman who isn't shifting with the rest of the scene, and there is also another MoSh there talking to the woman. Their voices are echoing throughout the strange shifting place, making it hard to understand what they are saying, but I catch enough of it to get the basic idea. MoSh wants to know about his future lover. The woman, who I am finally able to focus on enough to see she has long dark hair and appears to be somewhere in her 30's, says MoSh is looking for a woman, when he finds her she will complete him, and he will complete her. She seems to be focusing on something, I wonder if I will be able to see a picture or image of the person. I focus on the woman, wanting to see what she is seeing… but I don't get things very clear. What I do see is a Japanese woman, very pretty, she has her hair tied back in a pony tail, she looks to be somewhere in her 20's. She has a very nice smile, and she is smiling at me, or at least it looks like she is smiling at me. I need to allow MoSh to see this image now… how can I do that? Before I can figure out how to get the image to MoSh, everything freezes around us. The room is no longer constantly shifting, though somehow that doesn't make it any easier to see the room clearly. It seems that the walls and everything in the room have stopped in mid flux as if they are part one thing and part another, it looks really strange, but at least it is less nauseating than when things were moving. The MoSh that the woman was talking to is also frozen, the only things moving in the room are the woman, the present day MoSh, and myself. The woman is looking right at MoSh and me, I wonder if she can actually see us… maybe she can… she is a psychic, after all. The woman stands up and comes over right in front of MoSh, she turns to give me a dirty look, then returns her attention to MoSh. Her voice is still echoing around the room making it hard to understand her, but I am once again able to get the basic idea. She repeats herself several times, just using different words each time, that MoSh being around me is a sure sign of doom. She says if he ever hopes to have the things he wants in life he had better break all contact with me immediately. She says that if MoSh stays with me, I will lead him only to his own doom. She says he should break off all contact with me immediately and… well, I never get to hear and what, because MoSh interrupts her. He is clearly not pleased with the woman at all, he tells her that he will decide for himself who he spends time with, and if he wants to spend time with me, then he will do so. The woman tries to say more, saying I am not MoSh's friend, I am… MoSh interrupts again, saying he knows who his friends are, and I am his friend, and now he has clearly heard enough of what the woman has to say. He tells her, in no uncertain terms, that he wants her to shut the fuck up. The woman looks at MoSh and says if he won't listen then he has already chosen his doom. This is where I wake up.
I am standing in my living room, and I am spontaneously lucid… either that or I had become lucid before and just have no memory of the dream there. I look around, not sure what I am going to do. I try to think of goals I have, I remember I have one goal with MoSh, it is a goal to view a psychic reading he got a while back. I am not sure if this will work, but both MoSh and I figure it's worth a shot. I am about to focus on a portal to MoSh's inner world when the television comes on by itself. I go over to the TV and see it has a live video feed of MoSh's inner world house… wtf? Is there really a camera there or am I just seeing it because I want to go there? I use the television as a window… the television is a large flat screen, quite a bit larger than my waking life television… and I step through into MoSh's inner world. I emerge in MoSh's inner world to find MoSh and Asuka in the living room, I don't notice what they are doing there, because I immediately get a feeling that they need to be healed… both of them. I wonder where that feeling came from, but I figure there's no need to question it much. If I heal them when they weren't really needing it, that's not going to hurt anything. So I go into the living room, which surprises them a bit, and I focus on using the song Voices on them, a general healing spell since I am not sure why I feel the need to heal them at all. When I am done, MoSh looks at me, he looks confused, and he asked what that had been about. I say I had a feeling about it. MoSh says ok, so now can we go view his psychic reading? I am about to say yes when I get a strong feeling that Kaomea needs healing… due to difficulties between MoSh and Kaomea, I simply tell him I have to go but I'll be back if I can. He tries to tell me to wait a minute, I open a portal to Kaomea and go through it. I emerge from the portal in a fairly normal looking neighborhood and I look around. I was searching for Kaomea, so I figure she must be somewhere in the area. I walk for a bit, getting anxious and uneasy, I have the idea I need to hurry, and finally I spot her near a café. I walk over to her and she starts talking to me as if she knows me, but not as if she knows who I am. It's like she thinks I'm someone else. Well, that doesn't matter any. I focus on the song Voices again, sending light energy through Kaomea. She seems a bit surprised at that, and responds by giving me a hug… She says it's been nice talking to me… ok… whoever she thinks I am… I now have the feeling I need to hurry up and heal Walms… um… why do I need to heal Walms? That's not normal for him to need healing… But even though I am questioning the feeling, it does not go away or even weaken slightly, so I move a good distance away from Kaomea. I open a portal to the moon, to the biodome and go through it, closing it quickly behind me. I wanted to get to Walms quickly, I didn't want Kaomea following me. I look around the biodome and see a man with dark hair, a black shirt, dark eyes that are almost black, tanned skin, those eyes are beautiful, and he looks somewhat muscular… but I don't take the time to investigate him. I scan and see no sign of Kaomea. So now I teleport outside of the biodome where I open a portal to find Walms. I exit this portal in what looks like a school of some kind. I look around one more time, scanning the area, I want to be absolutely certain Kaomea didn't follow me… I am feeling paranoid about that idea right now… and I see no sign of her. Good. I look around the place for Walms. I wander around the school for a short time and then exit there into a green field that looks like the athletic field. I spot Walms there, I'm not sure what he is doing, it doesn't look like he is doing much of anything. I go over to Walms, Walms notices me, though I am not sure how to explain the certainty I feel that he needs a healing spell when it looks like he is feeling fine. I try to explain myself to Walms, and he is answering me, talking to me like he knows me, but like with Kaomea, it seems like he doesn't see me for who I really am. I think I don't have time to figure this out, and I hope he won't mind using a healing spell… I focus on the song Voices again, though this time the energy it formed was adapted to match Walms' energy rather than the usual golden energy. He didn't really respond other than to give me a puzzled look. I think maybe I can relax now that I have healed Walms, but no… I barely have time to take a deep breath before the certainty is upon me that Nomad needs healing. Wtf? Do I have to go and heal everyone we know? Do they really need healing, or am I being something along the lines of obsessive compulsive? I don't know, but I feel I have to follow the feeling to heal. I open a portal while focusing on finding Nomad. I exit the portal in another place, I don't recognize it at first, then I decide it is just because I have been jumping around so much… Because I have the idea I ought to recognize the place, I am just getting so confused. I look around to find Nomad, he's why I'm there after all. I follow my instinct through some trees and into a green meadow where I find Nomad, I am not sure what he is doing, and I don't even take the time to say 'hi' because even though I haven't finished healing Nomad yet, I am getting the feeling that Tigress needs healing right away… So I use Voices on Nomad, it is hard to focus because I am wanting to leave so fast, but I manage to do it and the spell works properly. Nomad says something to me, but I don't pay any attention, I open a portal to go find Tigress. I exit a portal into a different place, but I immediately know Tigress isn't there. Where is she, then? I try the portal again, but this time the portal doesn't want to open at all. I am getting to a point near panic, thinking I have to find her, it's urgent… I focus on opening the portal yet again, still nothing. Another feeling is merging with the feeling I have to heal Tigress… I have to heal Pablo! But I haven't even found Tigress yet! I have to find Tigress before I can go heal Pablo, Tigress is first… I have to find Tigress… I open a portal, not able to clearly focus on either Tigress or Pablo, and I go through it. I am now in a forest, I am not sure where I am or who I should be looking for, so I call out to both of them, "PABLO!!! TIGRESS!!!" I don't get a response, or at least not right away. I look around a bit more to try to find them, when something is moving and it comes over to me. That something is a cute fox, I guess I found Pablo, which isn't entirely a relief since I have yet to find Tigress… Pablo is a fox, and he is looking at me strangely. I use the song Voices on Pablo, I somehow manage to make the song spell work… Now I have to find Tigress. I hear a voice behind me, it is Pablo, he is now in his form that looks like Fox McCloud, and he has a hand on my shoulder, he says to calm down, what is going on? I don't want to take the time for this, I tell him I have to heal Tigress. I focus on a portal, but nothing happens. Damn! Damn! Damn! I have to find her now! I sit by a large tree and try to think how I can find her. The next thing I know there is a fox pushing his nose up onto my lap, I don't object to that, I can still keep thinking. The fox begins to purr softly… and purr… and purr… the sound is soothing, like the sound of a cat's purr, maybe I can focus better on getting back to Tigress. Pablo purrs… and purrs… I have come up with nothing, but I feel a lot calmer. Pablo continues to purr… and purr… and then I wake up.
Note: More fragments today… Raider vs. Raider I am in a forest, I look around to see where I am. The forest looks normal, and I am not aware I am dreaming right now. I walk along one of the paths to see where I might be, thinking things seem a bit strange for reality. I don't actually do a reality check, but I slowly become a bit more lucid at a time. I reach a village and see there are quite a few people wandering around, most of them seem worried about something. One of them acts briefly like I was an enemy, then calms down. She says there are raiders on both sides of them, they didn't know what to do. Raiders… that could be interesting, so I ask where these raiders are. She says they are to the north of the village, but I will want to avoid that place. I don't pay any attention to her, instead I take to flying, which shocks the people in the village, and I head north. There are raiders to the north of the village, but they don't seem to be interested in the village, they are busy fighting each other. There are quite a few of them, they seem to be broken up in smaller groups, battling amongst themselves. The ones I see seem to be blindly cutting down anything that moves, whether it be an enemy raider, a plant, or an animal trying to escape… What a bunch of assholes. I land and form Witchblade into a sword and kill the first group of assholes with little difficulty. They seem to have had the idea a woman wouldn't be a threat… There are quite a few of these groups, so I am going from group to group and doing the same thing in each place. There is an injured lion type cat near one of the fights, I heal the cat, and then the cat decides the raiders look pretty tasty. I come to another group of raiders who are killing themselves… and no, they weren't killing each other, they were killing themselves… One of them struck his sword out in front of him, then somehow the blade was behind him and he ran himself through… what a strange flux of space-time… I see that happening in a few places, and then I spot someone near one of the groups. He isn't there for long, but I would have sworn it was Walms… I catch another glimpse of him near another of the battles where raiders are killing themselves… One of them injures himself and then the lion I healed, or one just like it, pounces and finishes the job. There will be a lot of meat for scavengers to feast on here… I'm Going to Disney Land! I am in a large theme park, in the dream I believe it to be Disney Land. I am not lucid, so I think I am there on vacation or something. I wander around a bit, I realize I have a camera on my sun glasses. I can get footage of places Disney Land doesn't want me to get footage! I also will have fun. I go over to Space Mountain and take a ride through there on the front car, it is a lot of fun. It was faster than I remembered, but the tunnels are so dark I don't know how well my footage came out. I go to Star Tours, the virtual reality simulator, and it is not as fun as I remember it. The simulated motion sucks. I get the footage anyway. I am thinking I came here with my mom, and she will be waiting up front for me to leave, but there has to be time for one more stop. The Matterhorn! I will get footage on that! I head to the Matterhorn and am waiting in a line that doesn't seem to move when I wake up. Smokin! I am at school, but it is a much larger school than my normal school. I am walking around the halls trying to find my next class. I have no idea where to go, I need my schedule. That is in my locker, so where is my locker? Shit, I don't know that, either. Damn first day of classes. Tigress is there with me and she says she's off to her class, she'll see me when class is over. I think that's no help, since I don't have class with her for this one. I wander around more, everyone else is now out of the halls and in their classes. I wander to the edge of campus and stand there with a couple other girls talking and clearly ditching class. One of them offers me a smoke. Without even thinking about it, I never smoke IWL, I accept the cigarette and the light. I am standing there smoking with the girls. One of them says her mother checks her purse, so she hands me her pack of cigarettes. She said the only condition is that I share with her. I say sure and put the pack in my purse. Somehow here time is missing, because the next instant I am getting home in my car. I go inside the house and say hi to my mom. She says hi, but then sees my open purse and the pack of cigarettes. She looks so disappointed. I say they're not really mine, I am holding them for a friend… then I realize how lame that sounds. I tell her ok, they're mine, but I only smoke about one cigarette every month or so… if I smoked more, she would smell it on me, right? Right? I don't think she believes me.
As I enter my WILD, I find myself in a prison cell. There is nothing of special note about the place, it looks like a typical dungeon prison cell from some kind of a medieval or RPG world or something like that. I look at the door, it is locked securely from the outside, so there is no way I can open it up. I wonder how I am supposed to get out of there. I am messing around and I realize I am dressed as an Assassin, so I check and find my hidden blade is present. I have no other weapons. I wait for a bit, listening by the door, and finally I hear someone out there. I pound on the door, demanding someone come in there immediately, I figure it doesn't matter who it is. If it's a friend, I'll be glad to see them. If it's an enemy, they'll be sorry they met me. I wait a bit more and then there are keys in the door, it opens. A thug comes inside, it is pretty clear he is a thug, and he definitely doesn't look friendly. He pulls out a knife and says if I don't shut up he'll give me something to scream about. I say he wouldn't dare, he's alone. No one there to save him. He says he could handle me well enough, since I don't even have any weapons. I laugh to myself as he says that and tell him to prove it. He comes towards me, and I activate my hidden blade right as he arrives. He has a shocked look on his face as he is stabbed, he collapses to the ground and dies. I don't have to look much to find the keys he had used to get into my cell, I take them since I am not sure if I might need them on my way out. I put my hidden blade away and peek out the door of my cell, there are surely more guards around there. There is one guard walking away from my cell on patrol. He turns around the corner and disappears, so I look quickly around one more time and head in his direction. I peek around the corner and see he is coming in my direction, patrolling back, so I lie in wait and greet him with a hidden blade to the gut… he dies. I make my way through the passages silently, though I am not sure when someone will find the bodies I am leaving in my wake. There is a locked door at the end of the hall, one of my keys fits it. I open it up just a crack and look in there to see there are some things on the table in the room as well as three guards. But that's ok… one of those things on the table is my sword! One of the guards is right next to the door… perfect… When I feel ready, I open the door quickly, slamming it into the guard by the door, vaulting over him as he is falling down to imbed my hidden blade in the throat of the guard across the table… that move must have looked pretty cool… I grab my sword from the table and run it through the third guard, cutting the one I knocked over as I spin back. There are now three dead guards in the room and I have my sword. There are other items there, as well. I see a staff of some kind which I pick up, a strange book of some kind, and a small bag of something I don't take the time to examine. I pick up everything, I don't know who it belongs to, but I am certain it doesn't belong to these idiots here… I leave the room into an open area, a courtyard of some kind. I look around before completely entering the courtyard. There are several places to hide in the courtyard, and I think I can make it to the far gate without being seen. So I start making my way across, going from one area of cover to the next, using the night to cover my movements. I reach a spot about half way to the exit when I hear something, it sounds like an angry animal. I look around and see there is a wolf… or some kind of wolf animal, looks very large even for a wolf, and very pissed off. The assholes who had me locked up have the animal chained up on some rather short chains. I decide that is unacceptable, so I will release the wolf before leaving the compound. I'm not going to leave anyone chained up here. I quietly go over to where the animal is chained, and it lunges in my direction. I wonder if the wolf will be able to understand what I'm there to do or if it will think I'm one of the enemies. I try to calm the wolf down, I tell the wolf that I am there to help, I will get those chains off, just don't attack me. The wolf does seem to understand that, so I go over there and unlock one of the chains that is holding the wolf. The wolf doesn't wait any longer for me to unlock the second chain, rather it pulls the second chain hard and breaks it before heading off across the courtyard. The wolf is making a lot of noise and commotion, which gets the attention of practically every guard in the place. The guards first look shocked that the wolf is free, then they look terrified of that, then they look dead after they get torn apart by teeth and claws… I watch the carnage for a bit until the wolf gets to a point where I won't be able to see it any more. The wolf looks back at me, I'd swear it shot a knowing nod off in my direction, then is gone from sight. The sounds of more carnage come from that direction. Now that there is no more benefit from secrecy, I take out my sword and take the direct route out the nearest exit and into the forest, cutting through three guards as I go. I am hidden in the forest, I sit down to rest for a couple minutes. I am wondering if the wolf sure got out safely. I didn't see that it would be a problem considering what had happened to the guards I saw get torn apart. I am sitting there when I hear a sound from farther away in the forest. I hear something that sounds like growling, a couple sounds like a yelp, some growling that sounds suspiciously close to expletives, and finally a thud. Wtf? I wonder if something happened… I follow the sounds for a bit, making my way through the forest until I woke up.
Note: MoSh says he got a PM from Walms stating that Asuka has been poisoned. The best I can tell, it appears that Walms was going back to MoSh's inner world to get something he lost there, Kaomea was there, and everything went unstable ending up with Walms leaving a poison of some kind in Asuka. Apparently this was the cause of the illness I tried to cure last night. MoSh said Walms had refused to help cure her, Walms said he just wouldn't go near her in a dream… so my goal was simply to go find Walms and get the antidote, then take that back to Asuka. I fell asleep with my light / sound machine and successfully slipped into my WILD… I am in my own room, but I know that I am dreaming, I am in a lucid dream. I remember my goal is to go find Walms to get the antidote to Asuka's illness, so I focus on opening a portal to locate Walms. Just as the portal is about to open, another portal opens and MoSh comes into my room. MoSh says he can make sure Walms tells him how to heal Asuka, I tell MoSh that he's already told me and the only thing I have to do is go get it. He pauses for a bit, it looks like he isn't completely lucid, and then he seems to remember. He says yeah, he remembers, but he doesn't seem fully convinced everything will go that easily. I tell him I usually get a feeling about that kind of thing, and I wasn't feeling anything to indicate a problem. The portal I had opened to locate Walms closes before I get a chance to make sure it stays open, so I have to open another one. I realize that is just as well, as the first portal was no longer accurate, apparently Walms had moved. I go through the new portal, MoSh follows me through. MoSh and I exit the other end of the portal, I look around and see we are at the edge of a forest near an old building of some kind. I scan the area to see if I can find Walms there, but it is not difficult to find him, he is over near the building holding something. I get a bit closer and I see he is holding a strange animal… or a bug? It is about the size of a bunny rabbit, it is furry, but it looks a lot like a beetle. It looks like a big, furry beetle. I get close enough to Walms and ask about getting the antidote, instead I get a bug… the fluffy but Walms is holding flies into the air and hovers only a couple inches in front of my face, staring into my face with huge multifaceted eyes. I reach out to touch the bug's fur, it looks really soft, MoSh tells me to stay away from the bug in case it is dangerous. The bug responds by hissing loudly at MoSh, a strange hissing / squealing noise, then it flies away into the forest. Um… ok… I turn my attention back to Walms and start to ask about the antidote again, MoSh says he wants the antidote right now. Walms says the cure is simple, really, all it takes is a bit of his blood… so come get it. He disappears from sight, drawing a crude expletive from MoSh, it looks to me that Walms apparently wanted to make a game of it to get the antidote. I feel a short burst of instability, I wonder if maybe it would be a better idea to just go back and get our trio of genius docs to fix the problem, since Walms had already told me what the problem was, curing it would be a piece of cake for them… without even waking them from their nap. I may have been considering talking to Washu, Janet, and Maura, but MoSh was already gone, breaking down the front door of the building and making about as much racket as a rhinoceros charging through a china shop… I follow MoSh into the building, I can see he is chasing Walms, who seems to always be just a bit ahead of MoSh. I soon lose track of them in the maze of halls and passages in the building. That is fine with me, I hadn't figured a straight forward race would get me anywhere. MoSh had that one covered, I'd have to take another approach. I stop trying to follow MoSh and Walms at all, and I focus on a tracking spell, not to use in a portal, but just for tracking alone. The first thing that comes to mind is "All Nightmare Long" by Metallica, "We hunt you down all nightmare long…" and it would only stand to reason I would find Walms in the middle of a nightmare somewhere… I focus on the tracking, and I feel an instinctive pull in one direction, so I follow that pull. It actually leads me out of the building completely, I find I am on the third floor of the building and the forest is stretching out below me. I jump out of a broken window and fly over the forest, form shifting in mid flight to become a raven… wait… too obvious… I change into an eagle… that also seems too obvious… I change into a simple tree sparrow… I fly down into the trees, still following my instinct as to where I would be able to find Walms. If he is out here, I wonder where MoSh is… is MoSh following Walms out here? Is MoSh following a fake Walms in the building? Am I following another fucking DC? I realize I am muttering as close as a song bird can get to expletives… well, I would follow my tracking instincts, and just see what I find. I am getting close to the signal source, so I land in one of the trees and look over beside a tree where I see Walms sitting there looking at an animal, this one looks like a rabbit of some kind. I flutter down closer to Walms and the rabbit, trying to be sure that it's really Walms and not a DC this time. I land on a low branch only to have the rabbit spring from Walms' arms and attack me… with fangs… psycho rabbit! Ok… I hadn't expected that, but I react as the sparrow would and take wing, chirping expletives at the rabbit as I fly out of reach. Walms calls me a silly bird, and says I should have known better than to get that close to a… (I don't remember what he called the bunny animal). I fly over closer to Walms and land in a tree near him, and I do my best to unobtrusively scan him to be sure it's not a DC. Real energy signature, looks right… I don't think it's a DC… Walms is looking at me strangely, I wonder if he can tell I'm not a normal sparrow, well if he can, I'd better make it quick or have to do the whole tracking thing over again, and I'm not sure how much longer I'll be in the dream. I flutter down to the ground as if I am going after a particularly tasty seed or worm, poking around the ground with my beak, of course not picking up anything… my Witchblade has adjusted its size and form to my altered form… so the easiest way I can think of to get what I need is to use that. A tiny tendril of Witchblade extends from my right leg into the grass and other vegetation, snaking its way around to where Walms is standing and watching me, the tendril of Witchblade is behind him now, it snakes its way over and claims the sample I need while making no more disturbance than a light breeze. Walms is looking at me very closely… I decide not to wait any longer. I pull the tendril of Witchblade back and take flight into the trees. I wonder if Walms had any idea it was me he was looking at, I wonder if he knows I got what I was after… I figure it doesn't really matter, now I have to get the antidote back to Asuka. I head into the building, now I want to find MoSh, because I figure he will want to be there when Asuka is healed. I then kick myself as best as I can in the form of a sparrow, wondering why I didn't just track MoSh the same way I tracked Walms. I finally do that and open a portal to go straight to MoSh. A small bird-sized portal opens and I go through it into MoSh's inner world. MoSh is looking around for something there, Asuka is there with him. She looks fine, there doesn't appear to be any sign of her previous illness relapsing. I ask how she is feeling, she says fine. I tell her I have what we need for the antidote, but I feel it should be done in the healing glen. MoSh asks if I checked the blood to make sure it is safe. I tell him it is safe, I have no doubt in my mind about it… I open a portal and go through into the healing glen. In the healing glen there is a pool of the healing water, Allura is there waiting for us. She says she will have to remove the time stasis from the toxin, so that it can be neutralized. She does something, though I can't tell what, then says Asuka is ready to be healed. Asuka gets into the pool of water, I realize I have no idea what to do with the sample… d'oh! Not bright. Apparently the Crystal Golem knows more than I do about that kind of healing, he takes the sample and pours it right into the pool of water with Asuka. The water turns a disgusting black color, MoSh moves to pull her out of the water, but the Crystal Golem stops him and says the poison is being purged from Asuka, drawn out by the blood sample he had just added, so this isn't a negative effect. The water gets really disgusting and finally the Crystal Golem lifts Asuka carefully from the water and bathes her in light energy. I use Touch My Heart to clear any remaining dark energy from Asuka, I barely get that done before everything around me fades to black and I wake up.
Note: During the day, MoSh said there was something wrong with Asuka, and he had a bad feeling she might die if something wasn't done as soon as possible. So the primary goal for the night was to heal whatever was wrong with Asuka, and that was my intent as I used my light / sound machine and slipped into a WILD… I am in MoSh's inner world, which is right where I want to be to complete my primary goal for the night. I look around and see I am in the same place I am usually when I enter MoSh's inner world at the beginning of a dream. I don't figure now is the time to stand there looking around, so I go to the door and knock on it. MoSh doesn't answer the door, instead it's Data, and he lets me in right away, telling me that MoSh and Asuka are both upstairs in the bedroom. He says he has work to do on the shield. Before I can ask him what is wrong with the shield, he turns and leaves the room, heading down into the basement. I figure there is less importance on what Data is doing with the shield than there is on making sure Asuka is ok, so I head upstairs to meet up with MoSh and Asuka. I find MoSh and Asuka in a bedroom, Asuka is in bed, apparently sleeping. Shawna is also there beside Asuka, and she looks quite upset, she is focusing on Asuka very intently, so much so that she doesn't even notice me enter. MoSh sees me enter and says he is glad I am there. He gets Shawna's attention by touching her on the shoulder, then points at me and says she should give me a chance to help Asuka. Shawna seems like she might cry, she says Asuka is really sick, but she can't quite get to the core of it, something that is causing the sickness keeps moving. MoSh tells her that he and I will make sure Asuka is ok, she should go rest, she has been putting too much energy into this. Reluctantly, Shawna finally leaves the room. Once the girl is gone I see MoSh doesn't look as optimistic as he had tried to look for Shawna, he says Asuka seems to be getting worse. He says it started a couple nights ago, but he had done a healing spell on her and she had seemed fine. But now it is getting worse again… and this time his healing spell wasn't working. He says he wants to take her to the healing glen, but he had wanted to wait until I got there so I could help with healing her. I tell MoSh that the healing glen would be a good place to do the healing, so let's go ahead and go there. MoSh picks up Asuka in his arms, she barely stirs, and is wet with sweat, she looks like she might be running a fever. I open a portal to the healing glen and MoSh follows me through it. MoSh and I exit the portal into the healing glen, into the green grass area outside the Crystal Golem's cave, and I see the Crystal Golem is there as if he expects us. He says he sees we have a sick friend, and he is here to help in whatever way he can to heal her. MoSh lies her down in the soft grass, she stirs slightly again, but she does not wake up. I take a closer look at Asuka, and I see on some of her exposed skin that it looks like she has a tattoo… To get a better idea of what it is, I remove the rest of her clothes to find the tattoo is all over her entire body. The tattoo is black, and looks like a vine of some kind, with thorns on it. I sense dark energy from the tattoo, so I think that is very likely the source of the problem, or at least a symptom. The vines wrapped around her were emanating unstable dark energy. Scans done by my penticon computer show the vines aren't just around her, they are also growing through her body, she is pretty badly infected… it would take some work to get that shit out of her. To get that strange shit out of Asuka, I start by focusing on drawing the dark energy out of those strange vine tattoos, pulling it into myself. The tattoos respond by coming to life, actually tightening around Asuka… the thorns somehow dig into her enough to draw small amounts of blood… Asuka barely stirs, though, it's not even enough to wake her. I get the idea it's more of a threat than to do any actual harm. So I change the method I use. Instead of just drawing dark energy out, I also focus on stabilizing it… and the tattoo vines loosen. The black tattoos also start fading, they aren't as dark… and soon they fade completely and are gone from sight. I wonder if that got rid of the entire problem, now that the strange vines are no longer visible. She doesn't look injured, the places where she had been bleeding are only tiny pricks, any bleeding has already stopped without me having to use any physical healing. As I draw the rest of the dark energy out of Asuka, she sits up and yawns, stretching big, then she seems to realize she's naked and moves to cover herself. I immediately summon a kimono onto Asuka, it is the easiest thing to picture since that is often how I picture her, and she doesn't seem to be picky about what she is wearing at the time. MoSh is asking Asuka if she is ok, asking her how she feels, she says she just feels exhausted. While she is talking to MoSh I have my penticon computer scan Asuka for any remaining traces of dark energy. The computer reports that there is a tiny speck of dark energy still inside of Asuka, but the amount of energy in that speck is relatively insignificant. The computer reports that the level of dark energy in that speck is no higher than the ambient dark energy in almost every location in this plane, lower than many places. I am suspicious of that speck the computer reported, just like with a spark of an inner flame, all it takes is a tiny amount of unstable energy to grow into a serious problem. I tell MoSh that she seems ok for now, but I will want to take another look at her later, she needs to be watched to make sure whatever was making her sick doesn't come back. We don't want her having a relapse, after all. The Crystal Golem says he will keep an eye on her for a while to be sure it doesn't come back, then MoSh can take her home, as long as there will be someone there to watch over her. MoSh thanks me for helping, gives me a big hug, then he hugs Asuka close to him, muttering something about no one should dare harm Asuka.
Note: I am far behind on my journaling, I am really going to try to make this a summary of these dreams without skipping anything important. I know… I have tried to do this before and epically failed, I am trying again. So preparing for battle, the three of us enter into the portal… and are instantly swept into a divergent dream of epic proportions, the following dreams all took place simultaneously on different planes, in different parallel worlds… I exit the portal and I am immediately greeted with a large explosion that blasts me about 50 feet backwards, I would have passed through the portal again if it hadn't closed behind me. I land on the ground and realize I have been protected by a quick reacting Witchblade. I look around to try and get an idea of what is going on. I am completely surrounded by chaos, it is hard to keep track of anything that is happening. What I am able to identify is there is a massive battle around me between Templars and someone else, a lot of them look like Assassins, though many of them look unfamiliar to me. I sense where I need to go almost instinctively, so I start making my way through the battle field without paying any more attention to the chaos than I have to in order to keep from getting blasted. It seems that the Templars have a problem with my trying to pass through the battle field undetected, however, as a bunch of them get in my way and are clearly going to give me trouble. I have a sense of urgency, so I don't want to spend time playing with Templars right now… so I form Witchblade into full armor and a sharp sword and charge right into the group of Templars, cutting through the couple in front and then jumping up into the air, using a blast of energy to propel myself up higher, and I end up flying right over the main group of them towards a mountain that I immediately identify as my destination. There are Templars firing everything they can manage to fire at me, arrows, burning arrows, energy blasts, guns… Withcblade is blocking much of it, and much of it is missing, I am thinking they really don't have a clue what they're supposed to be doing here. I come to a landing, not at the base of the mountain, but at the entrance to a cave about half way up the mountain. I hurry inside the cave and am now sheltered from the barrage of crap being fired at me by random Templars. I now find myself in a long passageway, it definitely looks like the dungeon Nomad described seeing Asuka in, so I head down the hall to see if I can find her. I come around a corner and get attacked by a Templar guard, this one is stronger than the ones outside, he also seems to know what his mission is, his mission is clearly to kill me. He has some kind of weapon that fires tendrils much like a Witchblade, and those tendrils are spiked and wrap around me. They never actually get a hold on me, however, as I power up an energy field that holds them at a distance and then the energy field becomes strong enough to incinerate the tendrils in white flames. Not only that, but the white flames travel along the tendrils back to the Templar and engulf him in white flames, he burns brightly for a moment and then is gone. I continue down the halls, somehow sensing which way I have to go through the labyrinth of passages. I come around another corner and find myself face to face with the face of a big cat / human or something, it is hard to tell because it has its mouth wide open and is roaring deafeningly in my face… roaring an expletive? Roaring that it wants to be taken to Asuka now? Why is he asking me where Asuka is? If he's a Templar he should already know where Asuka is… if he is a Templar… So I wait for him to finish his yelling in my face, most of it isn't intelligible anyhow, then I finally decide to summon and pop a large breath mint into the yelling mouth. That has an instant effect, the mouth closes, and the cat face has a thoughtful look on his face as he sucks on the breath mint, then he gets an interesting look on his face and says my poison tastes good… but it wasn't going to… uh… he stops talking mid-sentence. I tell him it's not poison, it's a breath mint for his foul breath. He stands there looking for a minute, then he clearly recognizes me as Raven, and it is the same time that I recognize him as Nomad… he says we have to get Asuka out of there, I say I know, and we continue down into the dungeon farther. There are more Templars in the way, we take them all out, although the last one in the way looks more like a large mech than a regular Templar, and it has a lot more power than normal Templars. But between Nomad and me, we take him down without much trouble… I trip him up with some tendrils of Witchblade, Nomad ran something large and sharp through the thing's neck, which I hit with lightning… so the Templar mech was tripped, impaled and beheaded, and then electrocuted. I figure that should do the trick, and it does, so Nomad and I continue into the lowest part of the dungeon where we find Asuka chained to a wall, naked, it looks like she has been beaten badly… and there is a Templar there with a burning torch, he is burning her repeatedly and laughing at her. Before I can even react, Nomad was apparently so pissed nothing could get in his way, he is on top of the Templar tearing pieces off and throwing them randomly around… I get hit in the face with an unidentifiable chunk of bloody flesh… yuck… Since Nomad seems to have the Templar taken care of, I go over to free Asuka, heal her, and also to summon up some clothes to cover her, a nice kimono like I am used to seeing her in, she seems happy to see me. I am getting a hug from Asuka when Nomad finishes with the Templar and looks over at us, he is covered in blood and yuck but seems pleased with himself…
