Got a nice DILD and a WILD combo today.
Spoiler for 1.2k+ words:Dream 1 - Fire Battler Hunt
Various forgotten scenes before this point. The visuals were mostly clear.I was walking through a hallway in what appeared to be an office building, both lighting and constructions warm in color. Arabia's theme from Civilization VI was sounding in the background, and continues for most of this experience. By this point, I acknowledged the dream being as such. And yet, I lacked the presence to have true awareness.
Through this false lucidity, I pursue TOTMs. I hurry through an elevator hall in search of a ceiling fan. Suddenly, powerful winds sends me spinning in the air. Before I knew it, I'm thrown down an exposed elevator shaft.
Coming to, I find myself descending slowly outdoors. I fall into a wide plains of uneven grass, a starless night sky in the horizon. Almost immediately, I'm alerted to a commotion 30 meters away from me. Hiding behind a few boulders and tall grass, I observe closer. It seemed two figures were locked in battle. One fighter was a shaved, athletically built middle aged man dressed in a tanktop and cargo pants. The other combatant was living fire in the shape of a faceless female, a jagged trail of orange flames for hair, and hips unequivocally wide.
Much of the bout was choreographed as if from a fighting game. For instance, the fighters would get stunned when hit, a combo meter appeared during consecutive hits, and attacks could juggle a pugilist, among other elements. In the final sequence, the flame woman performed a super move, which started as a flurry of attacks (including air juggles). Later, she grew about 1.5x her size, after which she jumped up, then dove down in a senton drop. She repeated this again and again, dropping from a higher distance each time. Bad news for her opponent...
At this moment, I recalled having fallen asleep a moment ago. This helped me gain true awareness. I think of tasks to do. The ceiling fan one seemed out of the question. Yet, I couldn't recall any others. So, I conjured a list to jog my memory. On it was printed a supposed advanced task that read as follows: "Perform a stealth kill on a monster with only a single shot." Well, seemed legit.
With a flick of my wrist, I conjured a semi-auto hunting rifle w/scope. Next, I took aim at the flame woman (which I supposed qualified as a monster). Tracking her was quite difficult, given that she was still bouncing off her opponent. Didn't help that the scope was magnified excessively. Taking a deep breath, I slowed things down to "bullet-time". Carefully, steadily, I lined my sights right at the side of her head...
Just then, I felt myself in bed. The dream collapsed shortly after.
Dream 2 - Whirlwind Fan and Clay Pot Statuette
Scene 1 - March 2021 Basic Task i
The visuals were dim. WILD transition in bed. A Feel Deep Inside by T-Square was sounding in the background.
Noticed I had trouble moving. Choosing to remain in state, I turned to the ceiling fan as per the TOTM. As expected, it was already in motion. It steadily spun faster. Interestingly, it even achieving the stroboscopic effect. Anyway, the blades continued rotating, even after they'd been forcefully dislocated from their mechanisms. In time, violent winds were blowing across the room. With that, stray objects were vacuumed all around this space, myself included. As I was flung about, I could spot the funnel of a whirlwind surrounding me. Nice. Task done.
Just then, a voice distracts me. I lose awareness. Warp.
Scene 2 - March 2021 Advance Task ii
Similar visuals. FA in bed
In my sleepy daze, I overheard my niece crying nearby, frightened about being alone. I mutter to myself, cursing. I also overheard my brother complaining. Guessed my niece was dropped off without notice. This all seemed somewhat dubious, but only just.
I seated myself up, only to start whizzing uncontrollably. This felt... disturbingly realistic. The embarrassment almost overwhelmed me. But, as I got out of bed, I noted how unnaturally woozy I felt. This instantly alerted me to the dream state.
Brushing myself off, I hurry into the kitchen. The other two follow suit for no other reason than to try to distract me with dream babble. Pointless, as my mind was already focused on another TOTM. Anyway, the kitchen looked a lot different: the countertops and cupboards were all of vinyl lined constructions, the fridge was an old, smaller, white colored unit, the sink was larger, there was an extravagant amount of fruits and decoratations.
Among the clutter, I took notice of a clay pot filled with soil. I could work with that. Smashing the entirety of such between my hands, I created a glob of raw orange colored clay. Next, I mold a simple statuette of a thin, featureless humanoid. I seat the figure on the counter, and, through magical hand gestures, try bringing it to life. But instead, the figure vanished before my eyes. I reach over, and pretend it's still there. However, that didn't do anything. Doubt pulls at my nerves. The dream, I feared, would soon fade as well. Unexpectedly, my niece unexpectedly clings on to my neck. By chance, that seemed to help keep stability.
In any case, I had to throw things at the wall at this point. I resorted to shrinking myself (as well as my niece and bro), just to see what would happen. Rapidly, we shrank down to a few centimeters in height, and landed somewhere atop the counter. On closer inspection, we were seated on the lap of a huge figure. It was the statuette, only at our scale, it appeared as a huge statue 30ft. in height! Not only that, but the sculpture took on a more defined form, that of a carving of a woman with long hair, wide lips, and pronounced hips. Overall, her features were seemingly of early modern human origin.
Much to my satisfaction, the statue turns her head towards me. She smiles down, and speaks, addressing me as "master". Wasn't quite sure how to take that. Regardless, I was glad for this win. Another task complete.
As I think of what to do next, the dream becomes unstable. I wake up shortly after.
