I'm coming out of a mall barefoot, trying to find the book store where I left me shoes. The rocks underneath my feet are annoying and uncomfortable, when I'm dreaming!

I begin to run, but barefoot on the pavement is still annoying. I consider my options. Go back to where I left my shoes? No, that would take too long. Summon some shoes? That could take too many tries. Ignoring the sensation of being barefoot would work, but flying would be better!

I levitate half a foot off the ground and take off flying, but not very fast. Then I kind of lose it and arc back down to the ground. I notice some large construction equipment around my, and figure I should be able to lift those no problem. I grab a backhoe and lift it with ease. It feels like it has no weight at all. Then I smash it against another backhoe and they both crunch satisfyingly.

I climb on top of another backhoe type thing, thinking the added height will help my fly. Once at the top I wonder where I should go. I remember Joanne was at the house I just left, and I haven't had lucid sex in awhile. I look over the landscape from my vantage point, trying to retrace my journey, but it doesn't make sense. I won't be able to retrace my route in a linear fashion, I'll have to create it as I go.

I jump off the elevated bucket of the backhoe and attempt to fly, but I just glide to the ground again.
