      Share your dream control techniques.

      Hi everyone .
I remembered how frustrating it was when i always woke up from lucid dream because of bad dream control. I always did too much or focused too much creating something that i woke up and i was dissapointed after finally becoming lucid. So here is my dream control techniques (i still have pretty bad dream control).
Summoning dream character: Havent learnt it yet.

Teleporting/teleporting to specific place: I walk trough wall but still unable to teleport specific place.

Summoning food : I imagine the weight and the feeling of the food in my hand without looking and except it to be there. still pretty hard. When i look i see colors coming from my palms nothing else appear but its kinda cool.

Flying: I just imagine me rising to air but i cant fly like superman i levitate more like criss angle levitation trick but faster.

Changing sceanary: I can only do small things by snapping my fingers without confusing myself and waking up (today i created multiple rooms just by snapping fingers).

Creating story: Pretty easy for me i play the character that i want to be everything else comes with it.

Prolonging lucid dream: I just usually say when i stomp my foot to ground and say this dream will feel much longer. One night it felt like i was dreaming a whole day but lost and gained lucidity troughout the dream.

When nothing comes in my mind i just ask dream character to take somewhere.

Nothing comes in my mind anymore so if you have must learn dream control techniques add them . Forgot one important thing . How do you remind yourself be lucid i always forget.

      Stabilizing/Prolonging Dreams:

Saying “Stabilize Dream”, “Increase Clarity”, “Max Clarity” or anything with a similar connotation seems to be a good way to stabilize. I can also stabilize by rubbing my hands together, touching objects, and seemingly unique to me, stomping my foot on the ground.

      “Terraskating”

I'm not the best at flying, but I've found that I can move my feet as though I am ice staking or roller blading, and can accelerate to roughly 50mph at my best. The speed I reach is somewhat inconsistent, but I also know that by Terraskating, I can travel over the surfaces of lakes or oceans.

      Flying

Flying is difficult for me, but I generally attempt to carry it out by projecting energy out of my hands and using it to push me up. The energy is difficult to conjure and maintain, and looks similar to blue or green fire. Once I manage to start flying, I find it quite easy to control my movement.

Water-Based offensive spells. (My dream guide taught me these)

Saying “waterspray” projects a torrent of water from one hand, with a range of maybe 10 or 20 feet. I generally think of this one as the superior version of the spell because it's more controllable, accurate and can be continious.
Saying “watersplash” causes a water explosion in either hand. When I was taught the spell, I held up both hands as though I were doing a Kamehameha. I've never used this spell past the time I was taught it.

I also seem to have control over water outside of these spells (that create water out of the air somehow.) I figured out this power on my own, but this power is very inconsistent and seems to even trickle into non-lucid dreams. It seems similar to waterbending from TLA.

      “Fus Ro Dah!”

If you've ever played skyrim, you'll know exactly what those words mean. But for those who haven't in the game, it's a magical shout that blasts enemies away with some sort of sonic blast wave. I copied the power directly into dreams and have used it pretty consistently.
This really leaves me curious, would other shouts work too? How about “Yol Tu Shull” to breathe fire? Or “Oh-Dah-Ving” to call a dragon.

      Environment Manipulation

This power has only emerged in the past couple months. It seems to allow me to make nearly any changes to the environment. (So far, I've raised and lowered hills, chosen the size, shape and material of buildings, and modified the biosphere of an entire planet.) It all comes to me in the form of what seems to be a holographic computer menu, that I can navigate. I know that it had options such as “cut” “copy” and “paste”.

      Innate Powers

By this I mean powers that I don't really have to do anything specific to bring out. They include a sort of invincibility. (Bullets bounce off my body, I barley feel or stagger from punches and kicks from even a strong person.) I still seem to vulnerable to large weapons or explosions. I can breathe underwater. I have extremely good martial arts abilities, and can jump about six feet into the air.
I also seem to have a “sixth sense” that allows me to sense surprise attacks or something behind me. It can also allow me to avoid nearly any sudden thing by slowing down time. (Think bullet time in the Matrix)

Everything else just seems to be grounded in voice commands and hand motions, and left for me to figure out. I don't know too many other voice commands that I've used consistently, but it is an effective way to modify dreams.

Ooooo I like the Fus Ro Dah idea JadeGreen! I wonder if using "spells" would help my control with the elements.

I can breathe underwater. After having re-occurring nightmares of tsunamis as a kid, one night I forced myself to just breathe. It felt a little weird at first, probably because I was expecting to choke on something, but then it felt just like breathing air. I don't have those nightmares as much anymore.

I can jump really high, although if I don't focus on my strength I end up 30-60 ft in the air. My fear of heights kicks in and I freak out.

I can fly, but sometimes I feel pulled down by gravity (especially if something is chasing me) and it's hard to stay in the air. In a couple dreams I had wings, but most often I end up using my arms like wings. XD I'm pretty sure I look ridiculous.

I've been able to make small fireballs in my hands, control the movement of water, use telekinesis to move things, blow ice breath into a guy's face to make it freeze (he had me in a hold), and been able to make plants grow. It's really hard to control it though. I probably think about it too much and force it. I have more control with fire and water vs air and earth. I've shape-shifted a few times but I don't have much control over that. Taking on the form of something non-human is hard to envision. If I shape-shift in a dream I usually watch it in 3rd person.

I try to become more aware in my dreams by focusing on one of my senses. The feel of something, the smell of something, the sound. It helps to ground you. Unfortunately, when I become more aware in my dreams at times the DCs also become more aware and I have no control over them.

I can kick some butt when I need to. I've had a few sword fights and I just let my body do what feels natural. If I think about it too much I start to falter in my movements. I've never tried to control the landscape as much. I'll have to work on that.

I generally am able to stabalize my dreams pretty well by touching something and focusing on the feeling in the dream. It's like it grounds me.

      Flying
I have two different ways I can fly since I always have had trouble with it.
1st. I've always had good telekinetic control of objects. So instead of levitating the objects I just focus that on myself and control my movements through my hands like I'm just moving an object.
2nd. Instead of trying to move myself through the space around me, I just move the space around me and stay perfectly still. I can't describe how I do it exactly, but I just imagine the world moving by me and me staying still.

      Powers
After seeing all the different peoples ways of doing things, to me it seems some people are just better at controlling different things in their dreams. I can pretty much always control fire/lightening and have telekinetic powers. Plus sometimes some minor morphing abilities and the ability to move my hands very fast during a fight. I'd just suggest to everyone to just try every type of power imaginable. You might be surprised that you can do things you never would have thought otherwise.

      Avoiding fights
One of my problems is that DCs often want to fight me for no reason. It's fun at first, but gets tiresome when you're wanting to do other things. So I came up with a couple different ways to remedy that like rendering the DC unable to fight: causing him to age into an old man or freezing him into a block of ice. Sounds cool but still takes (a lot of) effort and brings attention away from everything else. Once I was able to yell "enough!" during a big fight with several DCs and they all calmly walked away.

The best method I've found yet was a very simple form of mind control. A DC was coming at me to attack and I just lightly touched him on the forehead while thinking something like "you don't want to fight me" and he turned around and walked away. Of course this method can be a little finicky in itself, but amusing. I did that to two DCs in the same dream and it scrambled their brains somehow. They left me alone but later they showed up again and were acting crazy/suicidal.

      Flying
A lot of people seem to have trouble with this, well I flew completely by accident in one of my early LDs and it scared the crap out of me. I had thought about trying to fly but figured since I didn't have much practice I couldn't, and started to try running superhumanly fast to my destination instead (think roadrunner or the flash). I kept picking up speed and my feet were moving incredibly fast, I thought I would stumble but I didn't and I kept pushing and pushing until I took off into the air unexpectedly.

      Teleporting
The only way I've ever successfully teleported is by opening a door and expecting my destination to be on the other side. I've heard of other people using mirrors or closing their eyes, but no success for me.

      Summoning objects
I have trouble summoning things right in front of me, so if I need a gun or knife or other small object I reach into a pocket or feel for it in my waistband. This almost always works for me. For larger objects like cars I try to put them around a corner or behind my back and it's kind of inconsistent.

Generally, being a energetic person in my dreams, I usually lose focus of the dream or overwhelm my dreams with events I come up with. As a result, my techniques focus around focus.

      Slowing Down
I often enjoy the rush of travelling at high-speeds, however, this usually leads to a blurring of the dream and subsequent collapse of it.

      Examining The Environment
I've always loved doing this, particularly in those dreams where the scenery is just... wow! If possible, I'll come to a complete stop, take a few dream breaths or use some RCs to reestablish a firm grip on the dream world / dreaming state. Then, I'll just wander about and take note of all the finer details of the world around me. Focus on the shades of things, examining odd structures, looking for inconsistencies in natural patterns. This technique is more or less obvious to anyone who's ever lucid dreams, but hey, it works particularly well with me, so I'll mention it.

      Reality Checking
      Self Explanatory.

      Changing the Scenery/Setting
If I feel that my dream-environment is becoming too unstable to save, I'll often just straight-up change where I am. If my beautiful island paradise is fading and turning white, I'll let my mind go and throw me into a radically different area, into a big-city or space, for example.

      Tethering
This is a strange one I've really only done once, but when my dream started fading and white-out started setting in, I literally tethered myself to the environment [Trees, ground, even gentle things such as blades of grass or creatures], and through sheer force of will I "held" everything back from fading into the whiteness. It was kinda' strange, I actually don't know how I did it or what drove me to try it.

There is no gravity in DREAMS. You can just float straight up through the ceiling as high as you want to go into the sky and you will just stay there.
Or you can glide through the walls of your house and see what's outside. One time I went outside in DREAMING and saw what was outside - the position of the moon, etc. Then after I woke up, I went outside and saw that everything was just like in my DREAM.
My DREAMS always start by remembering to give myself the command to look at my hands.
I get the best results in DREAMING by changing my routines around - where and when I sleep and my daily activities.
DREAMING is a third state of awareness, different from being awake and different from being asleep.
Please post something if you know how to DREAM.

Creating the experience of flying very fast, like superman. Levitation is easier than flying. So start levitating upward, but pose like a superhero flying. Imagine the feeling of wind against your face and body. You just need the imagery of lifting off the ground. Now the ground is gone, change your pose's angle so that you are in the air and laying on your belly. Keep imagining that wind is on you, like you were flying. If you want to fly from England to Egypt, simply imagine the places you are zooming past. Do not worry about keeping a view on the ground. You imagine you rush over the cliffs of the English shore. Now you imagine the shore of France is racing by. Oh, there is Rome, and so on. if you get good then you should have imagery of these things. If you are just starting, simply act as if you do actually see the things you are imagining. Never admit to yourself that an image you want is not forming. Simply continue as if it is. You can also imagine there are lines that are creating an effect of blurring at the sides of your vision. Now to land just let your feet drop and rotate the image feet down. use levition to complet the landing. Eventually the step are second nature and the visuals are what ever you choose. It creates an exhilarating flight, but only takes up 30 seconds of the dream and allows you to feel as if you can fly like Super Man.

One of my recent summoning methods is to shout "like a good neighbor state farm is there with a (item)" I know it sounds stupid but it actually works!

      Control For Everything
If you try something and it doesn't work, make an excuse for why it didn't work and fix it. Put the blame on an object or DC. Destroy the object/DC or just leave it.

      Example:
"I am gonna fly!" Jumps... nothing happens. Looks at lamp... feels conflict because of love of lamp... breaks lamp! flies!

      Example:
I need to find Mark. Look around corner. Of course he isn't here. I was walking with him now.

      "The Pill"
I like this. It can also be called Alice and Wonderland food, or whatever. You just need to eat/drink something with the idea that it will do something.
Example of both in action from an actual dream of mine:
I am standing in a back yard of a castle. Need help flying. Red Bull! Red Bull gives you wings! I reach in my front pocket and find nothing. "Oh, of course. I put it in my back pocket!" I reach in and see a small can. Only about an inch high. I pop the top and drink. When I look around I notice that I am now about 50 feet above the castle.

      Ask a DC
Simple. Ask a DC to get if for you or teach you something.

      Example from an actual dream:
Me and my family are working on a house. It is to be my new dream house. I stole it from a DC. Some mess ups in dimensions (actual dimensions :/ like 6D instead of 3D), but I like it. The old man comes and tells me that it is his house. I ask him to go get some food and bring it back since we are all hungry. He leaves. After working on the gazebo for about 10 minutes he returns with some mountain dew and mcdonalds.

drawback on this is that some DCs are annoying and will agree to something and not do it.

      Not My Will
It seems like most dream control actions take a certain amount of will power, even if you believe in it 100% and can change anything, it seems like you can only think of a few things at a time. Keep shield up, fly, barrier, and attack! Ah! lost stability! No time to stabilize! Not working! I can put it up again, but it takes attention. How to fix this? Instead of doing all the work, put some powers into objects.

      Example:
      Wand

Some great answers from all of you guys by the way. Will definitely be trying them out.

The spell words is quite cool howeer I hae not yet learned to speak out or say things in my lucid dreams.

Now I cant remember who posted this reality check idea or where the post is but I literally used it today (Afternoon nap) and it worked. So thanks whoever it was.

The member on here stated that simply reality check yourself if you enter the lucid dream although still lying on your bed.. I didnt know I was lucid yet then it clicked...

Just roll to the side and sit up on the side of your bed.

It was very hazy and I kept being "teleported" back to my actual awake lying position... dipping in and out of lucidity. I managed however to just roll to the side again and sit up on the side of my bed this time I had to actually check and see if I had actually woke up and if I was sleep walking or not it felt so that real.

I realized I was lucid and walked across my room floor feeling quite floaty. Thats all I managed though before waking up and not being able to attain the lucid dream again.

Hopefully I remember this reality check next time. So weird how I did today though after just reading it lastnight on here.

I use something like an omnitech for a huge chunk of my dream control. It is a combination of personal experience and psionics tweaked for dreaming. It allows me to directly manipulate anything I can sense, through manipulation of my senses to create a sort of blueprint or thoughtform, which then is fleshed out with psi to manifest my will.

I can create nearly anything I can imagine with ease. I have over 100 worlds created which I tend to visit during my very long (time dilation) trips into the dream plane. Most of them have vastly different rules which has an effect on the lifeforms there. My dreams are very stable, something doesn't vanish simply because I turn my back on it for a while. I enjoy splitting my awareness and using it to fill out various crazy forms. I love being able to see out of their eyes, hear what they hear, feel what they feel, even if it is a giant tentacle beast covered in eyeballs, or a small fly/dragon hybrid.

I could talk for years about regular DC stuff I can do in my dreams, but would rather not post a huge wall of text here. Instead I may try my hand at writing some books soon like my friend is doing. It is impossible to keep a dj when you spend as much time in dreams as I do, in fact me and my friends keep more of a day journal just to help remember what is going on in this world lol.

I have been working on getting the kinks worked out of shared dreaming, and would like to induce mass shared dreams, even though this may not even be possible, I have plenty of time to try and figure things out thanks to time dilation. If I can get SD working a little better I would like to attempt to manipulate peoples memories. Would like to be able to look at peoples memories, edit or delete them, and plant my own. As with most of my training, I do it mostly to improve my skills and see how far I can push things. Beyond training for trainings sake, my motives are still unclear and I'm unsure what I would even do with such abilities.

Your lucid dreaming is in a whole other level than most people. Im so jelous. I wish i could have little longer lucid dreams since they always seem too short so do you have any tips how to learn or create such time dialation skills?
How long are your lucid dreams? Mine usually feel like they last 10-40 minutes but mostly are about 10 min.
