Wow. Still can't imagine myself getting a pet tarantula. Or being able to convince my parents to let me get one. ...or my roommates, come to think of it. I don't know where I'd put one. Somewhere where I would never have to look at it... Haha yeah, not the pet for me. That's pretty intense though.

Currently we have 4 cats ^^ You can call me a crazy catlady
We also had parrots, dogs, more cats and even bunnies before

      Our 4 cats:

Süti, my best animal friend She is really attached to me, she follows me a lot to anywhere. Even
when i'm rollerblading outside, she comes running after me while meowing wildly She is really cute

The picture is older, she is grown up now

Sophie on the left, Süti on the right (they are older now):

Buci, the mother of the above two, acting cute:

Here is Félix, the big boy:

And a bonus picture of our wild friend, who usually eats from the catfood outside

We also plan to get a new dog in Summer... the last one was with us for 7 years or so... i still miss him

I might get better and more current pictures of our cats later.

I got 3 cats, Loi Skrĺllan and puffi.

Puffi does never stay out for more than 5 minutes, she is fluffy and loves wardrobes.
Loi is a very very lazy and braindead( theres actually something wrong with him mentally but when we checked him they couldn't tell what it was ). But he is lovley companion when im sick because he brings a nice warmth when he lays in my lap.
Skrĺllan.. I never see here and she is scared of everything, she mostley stays outside, she is an odd-eye.

Then we have two dogs, one black and one white. They look so much alike one another that one would think they have the same mother and father.
THe white one's name is Lady, She is reserved and dont like it if you take away her stuffed frog.
The black one's name is ragge, he bumbs his ass into everything.

      Currently have 8 cats.

C-bus (Columbus): Orange tabby garfield cat - Very sweet and chillaxed. He likes to lick your lips and come chill with you.

Ro-Ro (Roan): Gray cat "Russian Blue" - The chillest of our cats. He stays outside for the most part, and he's like the only cat that doesn't eat cat-treats. He sits around and relaxes all day. I consider him to be the wise old man of our cats, because he's seasoned and keeps to himself mostly. He likes to chill in the driveway and come up to you when you come home. Whenever you're barefoot he will lick your toes. He walks with a limp because he got stuck in a swamp fan and sustained injuries to his hind legs - he took so long to recover that he lost the muscle in his back legs.

Bear (Max): White cat with orange bits - This cat was born in our house by a stray mother cat that we nursed to health - as an adult he was very fat and ate way too many treats. He started to become irritable and peed everywhere in the house... People started getting tired of his attitude problem and he became an outside cat. We took him to the vet to find that he had a urinary infection - treated it and were making progress on his recovery... But he disappeared one day. I am sure that he walked to seclusion to die - but my family hasn't accepted him as dead yet - so he is on this list still.

Marty: gray tabby - small frame - This cat was dropped off at our house one time by some people who didn't want him - perhaps they knew we took in strays... Lol. Marty is sweet, although he wants too many treats sometimes... . His thing is that he constantly rubs his head on you, to the point where you can't really pet him otherwise.

Ford: Small orange tabby. Showed up one day with another small orange tabby. Ford stays outside, and seldom comes to hang out with us.

Mama-Cat (Reagan) - A frail and small cat that my step-mother brought back from work one day. She was once a feral cat - so she is very timid and jumpy, but she's the sweetest cat ever. She had a litter of four kittens originally, two of which died as kittens, another died after we gave it away (caught in owners radiator fan), and another of which we kept. She has just had yet another litter of kittens, this time five.... three died in nursing - one was stillborn, and again, only one remains. The reason for this is because mama-cat was impregnated before she grew to adulthood, and on top of that she has only one working nipple. We did everything we could for the litter... but couldn't save the kittens.

Junior: Junior is the survivor of the first litter from mama-cat... He's black and white, and of a medium frame. He's a feisty little bugger - sweet as can be .

      Deceased/Lost cats:

Shima (Shima Ko) - Got this cat in japan in 1997 or so. It was the first cat I ever had. Died in 2008 at the age of 11 years.
Sushi - Adopted in 2006 from a veterinary hospital. She was a mix of siamese and regular cat... Died in 2007 at the age of 6 months.
Lincoln - Came to us with Ford. Presumably his brother. He simply left us one day and never came back
Snickers - Actually a dog. A mini pinscher. Was with us for a long time and died in 2009 or so. Thing was easy to excite..

Columbus, Ro, and Sushi circa 2006

Ford, Columbus, and Lincoln circa 2007-2008

      Ro and Sushi circa 2007

I wish I had some cats. I'll never forget the time I was sitting in the middle of a room of about 15 kittens.... I've never been so fascinated in my life by their amusing curiosity - you have one making it his mission to climb to the highest point, another bemused by my hair and fingers, another two boxing each other, the shy one hiding and peeping from the corner, the pensive one gazing out the window, and the one confused with his very existence, and etc. Loved 'em. Their perplexed curiosity mirrors my own.

I really want to know what's going on in a cat's mind...

If they are intelligent... They seem to have emotions - and I think that they dream too. One time I noticed a sleeping cat wake up abruptly and meow loudly as if it had a nightmare... Makes me wonder..

I saw a cat of mine once roll off the couch in her sleep, and was hissing and boxing the air, eyes still closed. I went over and pet her and talked gently to her, and she woke up and purred. HAD to be a nightmare lol.

Zoey, aka Zoy Bean, Aka, Squishy, Aka Munchie, aka Squishkin

This is Zoey asking to play the chair game.

She is rather independent. Found in a dumpster when she was a kitten. It was kind of meant to be.

She doesn't like to be picked up or controlled. She doesn't like to be treated like a dog. (Although she does let me give her noogies)

She lays on her back fairly often but this is not an invitation to touch her belly.

She sometimes sits on my lap but rarely lets anyone else witness this. (keeping up appearances and what not)

When I wake up in the middle of the night, or when I am snoozing in the morning, she interprets these moments as play time/food time.

PS: As her bowl always has food in it, "food time" consists of her meowing until I follow her to her food dish so I can watch her eat, and then go back to sleep. If I do not follow her, she will meow at me from the living room and as a last resort, she will claw my favourite chair.

      but I still love her.

Oh and she has her own facebook page.

I have a female cat named Itzy, nickname = tripod
She broke a leg (front leg) in a fall and it wouldn't heal so it was either amputation or to put her to sleep. We're happy we chose the first option because she still has a really fulfilling life many a poor person would want... So if you find yourself with a similar choice I'd suggest amputation, from my experience anyway.

I just always feel sorry for strays and kinda feed them , I feed two stray cats (crazy cat lady alert) called pirate and ricky both are female, and two stray turtles that are called skywalker and princess leia by my nephew,I don't pet them or anything just feed them, the authorities around here don't do much to help them so cant really give them away or something, they'll probably put them down.
but my dream is to have a corgi!! or any cute chubby dog, like a pug or something mixed.
chubby small cats are also a favorite of mine, like the scottish fold. my god i'm melting

I have a 7 year old jack russell named Mr. Nibbles. We got it from a Staples Christmas commercial, and that was the reindeer's name. My dad liked it because one of the lines was 'Nobody questions Mr. Nibbles'.
We just got a female pit bull a few months ago and named her Petra.

I have two aquariums: in one of them I have glo fish, zebra danios, platies, guppies, cory catfish, Malaysian trumpet snails, and Ramshorn snails. In the other a new bristlenose pleco is currently being quarantined to join the rest after a month. Then the only other addition planned for the bigger of the two tanks will be red cherry shrimp. And then I plan to get two mystery snails and a betta fish for the smaller tank. I also plan to buy a training kit for the betta and train it to do tricks for food.

Someday once we move to a bigger home, I want us to have cats, or rabbits, or guineapigs. Ideally cats though, but since I have two sons my vote is not the only one, so if they prefer rabbits or guineapigs, I shall yield I think. I am thinking whatever pets we get to get two, so they can keep eachother company while we are at work and school. However, that's a plan for like two or three years from now, for now the aquariums are it.

I have two cats, Fia and Saga. They were my sister's but she was moving and couldn't bring them with her, so she just asked me if I wanted to take them. I was like "yeah sure!". I'd been looking after them a lot during her trips out of town and become a little fond of them.

These are our two newest cats, Smokey (first) and Cali (second). :3 They're brother and sister, respectively. Smokey's already completely relaxed here and Cali is getting there, though she's still a little jumpy. They both follow me around everywhere though. And I think I just gave Smokey his first petgasm. He looked like his brain was frying in ecstasy. He loves having his neck scratched.

For the record though, he always looks like he does in this picture lol.

We've always had cats as pets. Right now we have five cats that belong to us and two that just showed up. We feed them and we treat them as ours. Minnie, Dexter, Amber, Rosie, Lola and Winnie and Waldo. Most of them are outside cats. We have an Italian Marema sheep dog as well - he's our guard dog as we live in the country. And as well my daughters have guinea pigs and a rabbit too. So we have more critters living in our house than humans . . . We love our animals and I think we love them more than some people we meet.

I really don't have a pet like that stays in the house, but I do have stray dogs that are equal to pets. They are two of them who are very close to me and they are very much fond of me. Romeo and Mischief, these two are very much attached to me and always wait for me to return home in the evenings pouncing and barking with joy.
