what is bubblegum pop, and what's mainstream? I like rock and metal, and alternative rock. hiphop. SOME pop. Some death metal. calssical jazz. I like it all apparently.

bubblegum pop is just pop from the 60s and 70s that was traditionally very "clean," self-centered, and marketed to teenagers. the majority of it is usually known for being fairly shallow, whatever that means.

and mainstream is just a catch-all term that applies to anything with over a million views on youtube. it's not a genre.

I like it all apparently.

isn't this one of the most arrogant things to say? sure, you like artists that fall into more than 5 genres. surely you don't listen to "all" types of music. you don't even listen everything on the poll.
