Wake Wood, it was ok. Pretty slow, and you could see all the twists coming. The ritual was pretty cool though |

Everything works out in the end, sometimes even badly.
Howling III. Not bad, special effects were meh. Hell of a lot better than Howling 2 (what isn't), but not nearly as good as The Howling. |

John Carter was fucking meh. Not god awful but it was barely able to keep my interest. |

I honestly can say that prometheus was quite a terrible movie. The characters where horribly underdeveloped and I felt like david the android was the only one with a bit of character. In all the like two hours I felt like I only knew each character for like ten minutes. In total there was like three main scenes in the entire movie, they didn't go into any setting or storyline much. I didn't feel that feeling I got from I am legend or book of eli when I saw the woman driving off into the distant. |

I don't rate movies on a 1-10 scale because well... if I put The Fountain at 10/10 then yeah, Prometheus would probably rank 2/10, but what does that say about John Carter? 0.5/10? Out of all the movies I've decided to finally sit down and watch recently, Prometheus was the best. That doesn't mean it was good, just easiest to enjoy. Frankly despite all of your arguments, which are valid, it's still better in my opinion than James Cameron's Avatar. But that's not saying much, Avatar, John Carter and all that nonsense has more cohesive stories certainly but they're also tasteless and shallow and tacky and empty. At least Prometheus made an attempt (though a failed one) to create something intriguing. |

They come here every day to sleep?
No. They come to be woken up.
I may be leaving out some things but um. |

Lars and the Real Girl: Probably the best indie movie I've seen since I watched Jeff, who lives at home. It was fucking hilarious but took itself so seriously, and every single actor in the film did a fantastic job with the exception of the girl who played Bianca, she seemed kind of lifeless. No but seriously this movie is fucking awesome, it's like A Walk to Remember with a sex doll. You can't beat that. |

I don't know how, but Peter Jackson just made me want to fuck the shit out of a 43 year old. |

It's refreshing. While LOTR cut out everything, the Hobbit includes a lot of stuff that isn't in the book, or is just hinted at. But it's a little frustrating at the beginning because it seems like forever before they finally leave the Shire. The scene with Gollum was fantastic though, and Thorin Oakenshield is a fucking bad ass. |
