It is normally because they have corrupt governments, and it doesn't matter how much you give them because the people will never get it. It all goes into the pockets of the leaders. This is why some countries get ton of aid, yet they still always seem poor. If you want to stop hunger, you need to stop corruption, then you need to reach countries to build up their own food supply. Everyone should be self sufficient after all, and not always relying on others to feed them. |
