Here's my doggy Snowy (not a great pic ). AKA bubba (long story behind that nickname...had to do with me)

She's been turning up recently in my dreams...

This is my bunny, Bambi.


How many pets do you have?
Just her!

What kind? What are their names?
Not sure of her breeding. She's a dwarf bunny, possibly angora.

And what are some things that make your pet unique?
She has this addiction to baby carrots like nothing I've ever seen before. She lets you know when she's "nic-ing out" (like a nicotine addiction) by stomping/kicking her hind leg on the floor of her cage as she runs around. She gets pretty upset if she doesn't have a morning carrot on time.

Do you have any funny pet stories?
My bunny is a destructor, so we rabbit proofed the family room/kitchen area. When we took her out of the cage to run around, we'd put up a baby gate to section off those rooms.

Well, Bambi decided two rooms wasn't enough freedom. Mum and I were watching TV in the adjacent living room. I was watching Bambi, because I noticed she was sizing up the gate.

She would hop back a little bit, hop towards the gate, stop, and stretch up on her hind legs to see how tall the gate was. I watched her do a few test runs like this and said to mum, "She's going to clear that gate." Mum didn't believe me.

Finally, after a minute or so of test runs, Bambi decided to finally go for it. She ran at the gate, jumped, barely cleared the top of the gate (she actually nearly tripped over it!) and landed on the other side! My mum was shocked, and I was laughing my ass off. Then... we had to run around trying to catch her

He's a lab/husky/Shepard mix.

Meepy - a gray shorthaired cat with white socks and a white patch on her belly.
Butterscotch - a longhaired butterscotch cat with white socks and pale tabby marks.
Cheemo - a white papillon with brown ears, a brown patch on his face, and a brown butt.

And what are some things that make your pet unique?
Meepy pulls her head back in like a turtle, it's very cute. She also sometimes forgets to pull her tongue in all the way, so she's walking around with half her pink tongue sticking out.

Do you have any funny pet stories?
I have a picture on my computer of Meepy; she was right in the middle of yawning. The flash on the camera was on and I snapped the picture; she looks evil. I'll post it after.

Her name is Maggie - She's a pure bred Border Collie.

And what are some things that make your pet unique?

She tilts her head when she is confused. ~ When we come back from a long vacation she pees while jumping and wagging her tail, because she's so excited. ~ When she senses something while walking she freezes with one leg brought in (not touching the ground). ~ She will always have a goofy smile on her face after we pet her.

Do you have any funny pet stories?

Way to much to list here haha, but hmm.. maybe a short one? ~ She got too close to a bird's nest and the female bird chased her down the street while my dog was yelping for help haha.

A fish named Marvin (because he's very depressed and blue), and a black lab/chow mix dog named Daisy, formerly known as Random Dog.

And what are some things that make your pet unique?
Marvin is very depressed and doesn't move much. I'm amazed that he's still alive.
Daisy is very smart, she's also very well trained. She will try to get you to throw the ball for hours, and she always brings it back and sometimes drops it on your foot or lap. Then she'll stare at you for as long as it takes, looking very sad, until you finally throw it.

Do you have any funny pet stories?
Well... I named Marvin after Marvin, the terminally depressed robot from hitchhikers guide to the galaxy because he never moves and I don't think he has much of a will to live because he doesn't eat much.
Daisy was abandoned at a rainbow gathering last summer in Cuba, New Mexico. I was on the road at the time and happened to be at that gathering, but a train hopper ended up picking her up and traveling with her to Boulder, CO. I was in Boulder at that time as well. I'd been looking for a dog for about a year and had recently given up. When I met her we got along right away, and I ended up traveling with the dog and train kid to Pittsburgh, PA. She wouldn't eat much except when I fed her and we just bonded a lot. He ended up giving her to me when I took off for NY. Her name was Random Dog at the time. When I was in Chicago we decided to change her name to Daisy while we were stuck in traffic for two hours.

I love my cat(s)!!! and i always loved them!
you can ask all my friends, they all know how much i love cats i'm obsessed with those animals.

I have 1 cat, Molly.
I will also talk about Milly because she was my special buddy and she's only gone for a few days, she got hit by a car.

About 8 months ago, Milly lost her tail due to an unknown reason. It was internally ripped off.

Three... that's not counting my sister's horses or the fish.

What kind? What are their names?
Cinnamon - Cat, Half Calico and judging by his looks half long haired tabby.
Roxy - Pure Bred German Shepherd
Kaz - White German Shepherd

And what are some things that make your pet unique?
- Cinnamon enjoys napping in objects that normally contain water... this includes, but is not limited to, all sinks in the house, bathtubs, and the dogs water bowl when it's empty. He is also excessively daring, having walked across oven burners while they were on and burning off a large portion of the hair on his tail.





- Roxy appears to have more lives than some cats. She was electrocuted as a puppy (chewed through a lamp cord), and also hit by a car at age five. She survived both, with no long-term effects. Roxy is getting into her old dog age, at 11 years, and is starting to have issues with her hips (as many large dogs do).



- Kaz is the scaredy cat of the group. He is the biggest, prettiest, and also stupidest dog I have ever encountered. He is afraid of small dogs, hardwood floors, brick floors, getting baths, and our basement.

I call her Ladybird.

I met Oakley first (male cat, stray). Then my husband and I adopted Kristy cat (last of her litter to survive). Love them terribly. We needed to find a dog that would embrace their independent nature and found Aslan. He is a great pyreneese and our baby. I attached pictures of Oakley and Aslan. My pictures of Kristy are elsewhere, atm. Enjoy

I have way too many pets... but with 13 acres, I can get away with it. All but 3 1/2 are outside animals only. The half is a very intelligent and persistent kitten who crawls inside through the fallen down AC ducts beneath the house.

I have no pics at this time.. my camera isn't working and my DSi just doesn't quite cut it.

Dogs:
Male- Rocky
Female- Brooke/ Brooklynn

Cats:
Males- Bucky Boy, Laushes, Mr. Mr. a.k.a Mr. Friendly, Jasper, Blackjack
Females- Iccabah a.k.a Dust, RoRoshka, Akira, Buttercup, Heidi, Tiny
Unknowns: Scroungy 1 and Scroungy 2. Akira's liter that Buttercup adopted (Akira was sick at the time). They're almost feral- taking after their scardy cat adopted mom. Buttercup is really shy around people until you start petting her lol

Birds:
Male- Vlahski
Female- CeeCee

Bunny:
Male- Cuddlebug

Well we have a pet but it is not really my pet, and he doesn't really like me.

So I will tell of a dog from years ago; His name was Micky (like in Micky Mouse, geuss I liked Micky Mouse back then. My mother gave me this dog at age 1 or 2 don't remember)

But my mother gave Micky to friends of her to take care of him till I was old enough although Micky was my best friend I was told that when I was little i used to take his tail and toss him around in a playfull way but still poor Micky So she gave him to her friends.

He didn't have it easy there so he ran away after 5 years of misery. He was always so happy to see me when i came around, and the same for me when i saw him. Whenever I was there he would most of the time just follow me where ever I would go. Ahh he was really my best friend, I miss him. He's probably dead by now wich really saddens me, such an amazing dog he was. If there is life after death I hope he's very happy, and if so, we shall meet again.

Also I can't understand how some people can be so cruel to pets and how some act so loveless towards them like they are just tools. As I see it when one gets a pet it becomes a sibling

My dog's name is Hero and he's a golden retriever
And what are some things that make your pet unique?
He jumps at the absolute silliest things and has the golden retriever childish nature. Not to mention he's my baby


When we first got Hero (two years ago)

I have 3 dogs and 3 cats. Only one is my dog though. I don't really like the rest of em too much. My sister got the cats coz she's an idiot and doesn't even look after em.

The dog I love is a maltese shitzu, but he looks different to most of the dogs of that breed.
He's incredibly smart. I have taught him tricks and he picks them up in no time, even as the years go on, he still just sort of knows what I want him to do lol
Crazy.
He also stares up at the sky sometimes for a very long time. Like he's wondering about life and the universe.
I love him!
