      How big is your DJ?

If you post here, how many pages have you filled?

If you keep one in a physical paper notebook, how many pages/ notebooks have you completely filled and do you do front and back?

If you keep one on your computer, whats the kb size?

      ***

I keep mine on my computer, the sizes are:

50 kb for my main Dream Journal.

70 kb for my Dreams Journal

I keep one Dream Journal for random, fun, but otherwise pointless dreams and the others reserved for dreams that were in my previous dream journal that I lost, or dreams that meant something to me, or made me feel something.

      What's yours?

I've been here for under 5 months, and I've developed a DJ with 422 posts, 8,078 views, and 17 pages. My DJ is my "pride and joy" on the forums.
It has been rated 13 times, with an average rating of 4.54. Not bad.

I keep a paper journal that has twenty pages filled, front and back.

I just joined here but I doubt I will ever convert all of my entries to electronic form. Me=lazy =]

When I first started (in 2003), I wrote them into a notebook. I still do that, but I've also typed them up.

Soo... I have filled 9 '96' page notebooks.

My Word document has 389,897 words (I haven't gotten around to typing any dreams from February up yet).

This takes up 788 pages (at size 14 font, Garamond).

The file is 2.71mb (I have a couple drawn pics in there too).

I'm 2/3 of the way through my 4th notebook. I write on both sides of the pages, but I often write big/spread out because I don't like to turn on the lights in the middle of the night and I don't want to write on top of my previous text. My first one was also a small notebook, but the other three are regular sized.

I use to keep a paper DJ. It was about 3/4s filled, so about 30 or so pages. Then I started keeping one online and my laptop.

My online one is mostly over on another Lucid dreaming website, and is small (6 pages) because when I started it I'd switch from paper to online. That and I wasn't as committed as I am now.

I started one on DV when I joined, but it died. That one probably had only 6 posts or so. Recently I started a new one mostly because I wanted to test out Banhurt's import feature. That one is still on it's first page, and probably will stay like that unless I start feeling like posting dreams here again.

Using Banhurt's DreamJorunal program I have 71 entries. Many of those entries have multiple dreams so I'm not sure exactly how many dreams are recorded. The file is 323KB.

There is--though I do not know how there is or why there is--a sense of infinite peace and protection in the glittering hosts of heaven. There it must be, I think, in the vast and eternal laws of matter, and not in the daily cares and sins and troubles of men, that whatever is more than animal within us must find its solace and its hope. I hope, or I could not live.

I has a tiny widdle DJ with only 88 entries. Some are long. Some are short. Most are frakking awesome.

Not bad, considering I never update the thing.

With both of my DJ's...about 5 pages worth of dreams. I made my lucid one December 31st, and my normal one, like, January 31ist, so I didn't start one right off. People encouraged me to make them ! 106 entries...er, replies... in both of them together

I actually dug up my two DJs just to answer this post. I'm so wierd.

I've filled a total of 11 pages. But my writing's very small, like 7pt printing.

My DJ online here has only one entry. I just started it like two nights ago.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

What exactly does the rating system do? It is just there?

It lets you know how great of a quality people think your DJ is! If there are many good ratings...some people may be more apt to look at your DJ, and it makes you feel good that you have a good DJ.

But...you should already feel good that you have a DJ, ratings or no.

      I must be missing something.
