You Wake Up, You Feel Awesome

So this morning when I woke up from my dream I felt awesome. I felt awesome for hours. Most of morning felt like cloud 9. My dream wasn't even the most vivid, the most adventurous, or even the most lucid (was lucid for only a few brief moments). But something about the feeling of the dream, that feeling lingered.

Have you experienced it before too?

Looking back on it, maybe the reason why my dream had that feeling was because I found something. In my dream I roleplayed as several characters. In the ending of my dream was a semi-reunion of the various characters I just roleplayed as.

Either way, its pretty awesome to wake up and feel awesome from a dream.

Ah, I love it when that happens. For me, it usually happens after I fall in love or have fantastic sex. <3

That happens every time I have a great lucid dream! I feel like I'm floating the rest of the day.

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

      Yep, it's an awesome feeling!
I only experienced it a few times, most likely because the dream was very memorable. (something special happened, that made me feel absolutely awesome)
I'd say that in most situations it was caused by falling in love.

      Dreams are simple.
It's the painfully simple things the human mind cannot comprehend.
After all your mind is trained to understand the complexity of the waking world,
not the simplicity of the dream world.

Wow just happened to me for the first time 2 days ago.
I had an unexpected dream about me being a leader of Gantz (action-horror anime).
I always wanted to try that in a lucid dream but never achieve lucid at all.
But somehow i got a dream related to it O.o
Caught me off guard because it was what i wanted like few months ago, and it happened unitentionally out of nowhere.
Cuda been better (We're hunting aliens but my friend atk and wounded the alien and he ran, all i did was staying and talking... no action, didnt even see the alien at all... o well).
But i felt awesome after that dream!.

Yes! And i cant even remember the dream but i remember the feeling afterwards. Happiness.

I was always a dreamer, in childhood especially. People thought I was a little strange.-Charley pride

That was how I felt after my second lucid dream (the first really good one I had, and the one that ultimately led me here). I was incredibly happy and excited about it for the entire rest of the day.

So far, the lucid dreams that were very vivid made me feel awesome. Oh, I wish I can have a lucid dream tonight.

Oh, yes! Nothing beats waking up from an epic lucid adventure, or non-lucid for that matter.

Sadly it goes the other way too. If I wake up from stressful a dream, that feeling of stress will sometimes hang over me for a couple of hours.

Yes indeed! After all my flying dreams I feel great the whole next day. However, I don't know whether the flying dream causes the good feeling, or already feeling good causes flying dreams.

Yes, but especially if I managed to complete a goal that was really important to me. I grim like the cat that caught the canary for the rest of the day!

Yes, I've felt that before. It's a really great feeling. Very rarely I'll have dreams from which I'll wake up with extremely powerful emotions. Even the negative ones like fear feel good upon waking up simply because of the thrill and emotional intensity. It's a lot of fun to take those emotions out of dreams, and it's awesome that your dream happiness translated to real life.
