I have personally been quite interested in how time can change with dreams, such as having a ten minute dream that lasts for what feels like an entire day, and things like this. The most dramatic experience I have had like this was a dream that literally seemed to exist for a whole year in a different world, which took place in an hour long nap. So lately in my lucids I have experimented on how to dilate time. I have actually managed to turn a five minute nap into a half day dream, and I feedl I'm on the verge of something. I've extended my time in dreams in two ways so far, just focusing, focusing to make it longer, and the other part which I'll get to after a little explaining. Have you ever felt bored, and time seemed to slow down, or been having fun, and as they say 'time flies?' I have, and I've worked with the feeling of that once I realized it, and tried to copy that feeling into my dream, and it works well! The great thing about it is that I've figured out how to flip the feelings, so I can have fun dreams and if I focus while doing it, can make it last longer. So, the reason I posted this is to see what others think of this time dilation type stuff, and possibly get suggestions for how to make it extend longer, and other things like this for me to experiment with.
