Thank you so much. You answered two of my questions with one answer Now I finally know, that what I had couple of days ago was a DEILD. It could easily become my new favorite method. I enjoyed it very much. Great idea - instead of trying to become lucid at the beginning of the dream with DILD, why not start a brand new dream with DEILD! Awesome. Just have to teach myself not to move as I'm coming out of a dream - I was only able to do it once before, and I got me a DEILD out of it! Thanks again.

If you are ever like me, I actually get dizzy and fall down when my dreams are ending. I almost feel like I'm in SP, but I still see the dream world around me. Because of this, spinning was impossible. Then I found out a great way during a situation like this.
      I rub my hands together.
It sounds weird, but it works. I simply rub my hands together and feel the friction that is occurring. It then easily keeps me in the dream without trouble and I can carry on with my usual business.
In the case of not falling to the ground completely paralyzed I would spin because I find it much more efficient.
      Me, "Why are you crying?"
DC, "People won't be my friend because I'm ugly."
Me, "Well I will be your friend... I guess."
DC, "Ewww no! Your ugly too."
