I wbtb almost every night, I set my alarm to go off at different times for a wbtb. I've tried deild/wild before and so far I only experienced sleep paralysis twice. I really wanna do deild but I feel 'guilty' if I don't write down all my dreams immediately. And If I wanna do deild, I still have to put my alarm off when it goes off, and I know you're not allowed to move while doing deild. :L
