Well at the moment there isn't any "easy" way to do it. The big problem with lucid dreaming is to find the right technique, and how to execute it in a correct way. People on this forum can only give advice on what works for them, you really just need to find your own way into getting lucid dreams on a regular basis. But you really shouldn't give up, try to experiment on certain techniques.

But like i said, at the moment there isn't any secret way to get a lucid dream. But who knows, maybe in the future there will be. You could also try some supplements, i don't use them, but i know a lot of people that tell a lot of positive things about it. Just try to get as mutch experience as possible, even if something fails, try to think positive, like "Oh, now atleast i know that i shouldn't do it this way".

I find that this way works best for me. when you wake up after 5 hours, just say in your mind "I'm lucid dreaming". Say this 100-200 times if you need to. Then go to sleep again as fast as you can, and it should pop up in your dream. This is how i got most of my lucid dreams, although im quite lazy, so i don't really do it that mutch.
