Someone in my family had a big fucking meltdown yesterday. My laptop was ruined and is going in to be fixed up, and I had homework that was due today on it, along with almost $500 worth of music and movies, along with programs, along with a bunch of digital artwork that I have no backups of. I feel like shit and I don't even want to be in school right now, but I am. I don't know what I'm going to tell the teacher on the grounds of why my homework isn't done.

Btw, as long as the hard drive isn't ruined, or you don't bring it to a retarded place like future shop or staples to get fixed, they should be able to recover the data off your drive.

You should get a USB external hard drive or two to store all your data on.

That's horrible puffin. Just tell the truth. And put your hard drive in a different computer, or rather get someone else to do it. Then transfer it all to a portable hard drive. Then to a another computer you can use.

No solutions to the meltdown thing. But it happened to my auntie and she's okay now. I'm assuming you mean like a psychotic breakdown. If so, a couple of weeks in a mental hospital is usually all that's required. Well, it's more complicated than that, regarding reoccurence and all, but for the short term they should be ok.

They keep it anyway. Even if you were to delete everything individually they could still retrieve it. But what does it matter? What are they going to do with your information? "dude I just took the biggest poop in the world!!"

Well what you need to do is either delete everyone and then your account. Or set your privacy settings so no one can see anything, posts, photos, everything.

Yeah I think this is the case a lot of the time.
Mind you I wouldn't want to be the one looking in to peoples grotty mouths all day.
So if I got in to dentistry I would charge a shit load too.

I'm going through one of my super-sensitive phases. Not emotionally... well, not entirely emotionally lol. Mostly, it's physical stuff.
I was walking across the yard to get to the car a little while ago and I was captivated by globes of light in the mud and grass. I thought it was a fallen firefly or something, but they were droplets of rain. I also can't stand the feel of my skin or clothes. Clothes irritate my skin so much at leaves blotches in some areas (like my neck). The sound of my AC running is making me angry.
I haven't gone through this in a VERY long time. I thought I had outgrown it or something.

My mood is a little chaotic. I want to SI for no reason. So I worked on my old butterfly tattoo instead. Cutting through old scar tissue is oddly difficult (I want to round out the wings some) and I didn't feel any of it at all. I didn't even feel the ash I rub into the cuts to add color. So with my super sensitivity acting up, how did I not feel anything (other than very slight pressure)? Did working on the tattoo somehow worsen the SS? I worked on it earlier in the day. I've slept most of the day and upon waking an hour ago or so the SS is MUCH more severe.

Other than all of that, nothing's going on. My hubby hasn't had the rest of my grocery money so I haven't even been out to the Farm yet with food for my boys. Which means, my oldest boy will walk to the neighbors tomorrow afternoon to call me to chew me out. Only, I have no more cellphone time, so he'll get voice mail instead, then he'll become even angrier, then upset, then he'll think I got into a car wreck. By the time I get up there tomorrow night, he'll be relieved and forgo the lecture My younger son wont be as forgiving however. I wish they could come home so I didn't have to worry about this each and every freagin week.

But the dentist doesn't give you braces, the orthodontist does. I don't think dentists profit at all when they refer patients to an orthodontist. .-.

I spent several hours trying to crochet a bag and it turned out all wrong and I had to unravel the whole thing! Now all the yarn is going to end up a big knot!

My rant is that I've slept all day, and pretty much all of last night and yesterday too.
I'm also in dire need of a bath but we have no stinking water pressure again. Which means I need to get off my butt, crawl under the modular- again- and try to figure out if and where another water leak is at.
I also MUST get to the Farm today, but I don't want to.
I also need to clean out the rabbits pen but I don't want to do that either.
In short, I don't want to do anything except go back to sleep.
But I'll MAKE myself do all of the above and I'll feel good for doing so- even if I don't

I went through a few days recently where pretty much all I did was eat and sleep. It seemed like me and my dog were both mildly sick (change of season I guess) plus I had been on this horrible completely nocturnal schedule that I hated - not getting to sleep till like noon or even later and sleeping till evening. I spent about a day and a half sleeping for like 4 to 6 hours at a stretch then just wandering the house like a zombie (scoping out DV of course) for about an hour then right back to sleep. And while I was awake all I wanted to do was eat - like my body really needed lots of nutrition or something, idk. But after that was over I was finally back on a daytime schedule. Now if only I can keep it that way!

I gotta say though, it actually was kind of enjoyable.

I have no computer .

And I have to get used to the new DV layout thing.

I also hate the word cornucopia.

At least tomorrow is Friday.
