*shrug* Just thought it odd that you tend to respond to about 95% of the other posts, and since this person implied they feel 'uncomfortable when people look at him/her because he/she knows what they think,' you could've nudged them towards a path of mental freedom. |

PM me and we'll sex, anonymous person. |

Word choice. This person said "hear" and "all the time." They have also apparently acted on this "knowledge" to somehow steal money. Also, all the people this person hears all the time all think "weird things." "Trying not to think about it" was ambiguous, but it generally implies the person isn't in control of the thoughts they hear (rather than: "I usually choose not to think about it"). Also, this person said they "don't like" it, twice. |

well, i has hoping that the whole "anonymous" thing was just a trick and after a month all the usernames are revealed of who typed what. |
|
^lol, I've been paranoid about the same thing. That's why I've only 'confessed' a couple minor things that I could just write under my name without caring that people know. There are things I could write if I was absolutely sure it would be anonymous but it would be too scary *just in case* someone hacks into it and matches the IPs and reveals who said everything, or the site provides a way to tell who typed what which Link is planning to reveal in the end, or Link himself can tell who said what and is just using this whole thing as a power trip..... |
|
The link doesn't give IP addresses whatsoever because I blocked it off and I plan on keeping it that way. The survey isn't going to end because I'll keep deleting the confessions from the link after they've been posted here. |

Oh yeah! I even have a thread of illustrations of DV Chat conversations here too: |

I've been staring at this page for half an hour trying to think of some adequate response, but I can't. My reaction is mostly just like 'what...' and I don't know whether to feel flattered that you did one of me, or embarrassed because it was making fun of me. (Also worried this whole thing is a ploy to get me to laugh at myself for what I said and not worry anymore and confess stuff, which Link really can trace the source of. If nothing else, maybe the time-stamp on the confession could be compared with records of the users' times spent in this thread...) |

I reckon if you had a small chunk of text, you could in theory use statistical methods (picking up on patterns in grammar, vocabulary, etcetera) to give a strong pointer towards the member who posted it. |
