Advanced Supplement Mix, So far working every time

Hey everyone, I haven't posted here in awhile but I thought I'd share something interesting that i've been toying with.

When I first learned about lucid dreaming I did lots of research and read lots of formal studies about lucid dreaming, some of which were about things like Galantamine. I remember reading a double blind study that more or less showed that galantamine increased the prevalence of lucid dreams (among lucid dreamers) by about 12%.

I know there are many factors and beliefs at play here, but I believe that it is possible to accumulate various factors known to increase the odds of having a lucid dream on a given night and move them nearly to 100%.

I know there are several things that are known (proven) to increase the likely hood of LDing. WBTB, REM Rebound, and Galantamine. I am combining all of these things at once. I have only tried this twice so far but I have to say the effects hit so strongly that you literally feel them hit you and start seeing hypnogic imagery as soon as the feeling of it "hitting you" kicks in. This is then followed by a long stream of extremely vivid dreams which (with the necessary awareness training) could translate into lucid dreams.

      Taken before bed:

      .5mg Melatonin
      100mg 5-HTP

Taken after 4 hours of sleep:

8mg galantamine (4mg if you are under i think about 160lbs or so)
      600mg choline bitartrate
300-600mg Alpha GPC (I tried both dosages and experienced similar effects)

I have been taking Galantamine occasionally for a couple years and it only works here and there and I have to say that this combination of supplements has affected my dreams each time I've taken it stronger than the strongest galantamine effect I have ever experienced and so far seems to be very reliable.

Does anyone else have any experience with this combination? I want to note that I'm still playing with this a little because I am having alot of trouble falling back asleep during WBTB (2-3 hours awake each time). I'm wondering if the 5-htp and melatonin are improving my sleep quality so much during the first half of the night that I no longer feel tired during the second half. I don't normally have trouble falling back asleep during WBTB like this so I am attributing it to that. Regardless, I think this this combination of REM Rebound, WBTB, and supplements is noteworthy.
