Yup, It's true Galantamind contains choline citrate and I think that reason for my spoiled galantamind. Also my choline bitartrate is very sour as well as my galantamind and alpha gpc. Alpha GPC is just ''better'' choline but it absorb water the same way, so if you supplemets become sour and pulpy, they're gone. |

Having recently having checked my Galantamind capsules i also have noticed |
|
So I tried new brand of pure galantamine from relentlessimprovement. 4mg galantamine + 500mg choline + panthotenic acid 40mg. |

^^ How long did it take to get back to sleep? How many hours of sleep beforehand and how "caught up" on sleep were you? B5 seems to really wire me awake for hours, unfortunately. |

It was 5 hours sleep prior wbtb as you can see here (little deep sleep is effected I guess by drinking caffeine in the evening, usually I have ~1,5hrs +) |

Well thankfully I generally sleep plenty well. I can even extend sleep far beyond 8 hours (1 or 2 more 90 minute cycles sometimes) if conditions are right, but rarely do because I usually am groggy for the whole day, and the awareness/dreaming after about 8 hours typically degrades. Top dreaming time is around 6-8 hours, I usually have pretty good dreams 4-6 as well. Maybe I should try 3.5 hours WBTB -- I'm certainly still very tired at that time. It's certainly worth some experimentation. |

Thanks. Heard good things about that one. Also, next time, try it without the B5, I'd be very interested in that result as I'm wondering if it's mostly the B5 in my Galantamind that keeps me awake. |

Another bedtime galantamine experiment: realized again why this is a poor idea. |

For those of you trying G, if you get no results like FryingMan and just sleep through it (even restlessly) try taking a nap 3 or 4 hours after waking up. When this happens to me after taking G, I just take a nap and almost always am guaranteed to have a Lucid Dream from the nap. The days I take G, I always take a nap that same day to increase the chances of having more Lucid Dreams. I do however limit myself to taking G at least every two weeks and still practice Lucid Dreaming on my off weeks. |
