Sorry about not filling in the template. But I had a Lucid Dream yesterday after reading this thread. Lol!

I ate very well yesterday. I did my veggies. And tea. And a lot of cofee actually. I noticed in the middle of the night that I could recall a random phone-number for a very long time. I was tired and my mind was foggy and sleepy. So I figured I felt sleepy and dumb. My memory was still there. I have a good chance to LD and went straight to bed. Indeed in the first hour had an LD with impressive control. What I'm trying to say is that we can look for signs in the mind for lucidity.

Supplements are like getting hit on the head with a pro-baseball bat all night. It makes it nearly impossible to sleep, and you have a massive headache the next day
So yeah, I'm pretty right now.

      bedtime: 3mg melatonin
set intention to wake in 5 hours, also set alarm
      woke 3 hrs, 4 hrs
5 hrs (alarm) woke from dream but spent no effort to recall in order to get right back to sleep

2x 4mg Galantamind, 1x 300mg choline bitartrate, 1x 300mg Alpha-GPC, 1 piece of bread to make sure the horse pills (both the cholines) don't wedge in my throat, immediately back to bed.

Never get back to sleep. Counted down numerous times, got to non-sequitor thoughts a few times, a few hypnic jerks but each one woke me.

So I went from anticipating hours of awesome LDs to zero recall. Phooey.

So clearly too much. I also way overslept the previous night. Next time I'll try 2x 4mg galantamind with no extra choline, and if that works I'll add in the Alpha-GPC. If that works, then I just need to make sure I need more sleep. I should have gotten out of bed and watched a movie or something to get more tired, earlier. Also maybe try 1-3mg melatonin with the G+Ch next time.

Vacuum sealed. Preferably a good vacuum. per 1 month supply is advised. Since we do not need so much for our purpose it may get tricky.
Yup, It's true Galantamind contains choline citrate and I think that reason for my spoiled galantamind. Also my choline bitartrate is very sour as well as my galantamind and alpha gpc. Alpha GPC is just ''better'' choline but it absorb water the same way, so if you supplemets become sour and pulpy, they're gone.

Today I get my pure Galantamine shipment so I hope it won't spoil soon. Looking forward for tonight experimenation
I don't have any more of choline so I hope mixing it with alpha gpc will work, or maybe a few egg yolks during wbtb does the trick we will see... I need to buy vitamin B5 and B12 for optimal mix with galantamine.

With what do you use pure galantamine? What's the good combo?

Also last night I tried 1200mg of new AlphaGPC but the result was only one vivid dream.

Having recently having checked my Galantamind capsules i also have noticed
they have gone slushy and they are a year past there use by date which i did
      not know.
I have been taking 1 capsules every 3 or 4 days and they seem to work just as
      good as they always have.

I would advise against taking anything past its use by date though just in case.

So I tried new brand of pure galantamine from relentlessimprovement. 4mg galantamine + 500mg choline + panthotenic acid 40mg.

Last month I was sick and had bad dry spell, but the dreams after G were intesified and even I achieved one long lucid, but I don't know if it was before taking the pills or after, because I didn't recognized 2nd false awakening and recalled LD in the morning with other dreams.

I had lucid dream, where I just walk and explore by my feet. No super powers, no flying, just walking without any emotions. This dream lasted ~35 minutes, it was great!

^^ How long did it take to get back to sleep? How many hours of sleep beforehand and how "caught up" on sleep were you? B5 seems to really wire me awake for hours, unfortunately.

It was 5 hours sleep prior wbtb as you can see here (little deep sleep is effected I guess by drinking caffeine in the evening, usually I have ~1,5hrs +)

      zeo 11.4..jpg

      and ~30 minutes long wbtb.

Have you tried WBTB after max 3,5 hours of sleep? Because I think you are older than me and the more age you have, the less sleep is needed, therefore WBTB should be performed sooner, even forced by alarm.

Well thankfully I generally sleep plenty well. I can even extend sleep far beyond 8 hours (1 or 2 more 90 minute cycles sometimes) if conditions are right, but rarely do because I usually am groggy for the whole day, and the awareness/dreaming after about 8 hours typically degrades. Top dreaming time is around 6-8 hours, I usually have pretty good dreams 4-6 as well. Maybe I should try 3.5 hours WBTB -- I'm certainly still very tired at that time. It's certainly worth some experimentation.

New GALANTAMINE WORKS! ~1 hour lucid!

      4,5hrs sleep before wbtb
      after 15 minutes taking 8mg galantamine, 80mg panthotenic acid (B5), choline 500mg
could not fall back to sleep +1 hour maybe little more

Amazing long lucid dream with clarity and great dream control. After 40 minutes it was little bit exhausting so I spend like 20 minutes in buddha like flying position meditating. It was mad, I went really deep into myself.

Then I got frustrated and wanted to wake up but I couldn't. Only more and more FA's. I keep calm and remember my usual way to wake up and finally it worked!

      1. LD
      Lenght: ~1 hour
      Recall: moderate
      Vividness: high
      Lucidity: high
      Control: high
      Type of ld: DILD
Effects: Felt strong effect of raised acetylcholine in my brain.

Thanks. Heard good things about that one. Also, next time, try it without the B5, I'd be very interested in that result as I'm wondering if it's mostly the B5 in my Galantamind that keeps me awake.

CILTEP - 1 capsule (made by Natural Stacks)
NADH - 10 mg (I used the NOW brand)
Vitamin B-12 2,000 mcg (also NOW brand)

Results- 3 lucid dreams, very vivid dreams
Also: Magenta Pixie has a nice new posting on dreaming on her YouTube Channel

Interesting, CILTEP and NADH are both new to me.
Timing of the doses? Prior level of LD frequency? Trouble getting back to sleep? Quality of lucidity, length of LDs? supplemented LDs different from non-supplement LDs?

Another bedtime galantamine experiment: realized again why this is a poor idea.

      bedtime: 1x 4mg Galantamind, 2mg melatonin, 1 Opti-Men multivitamin

I was hoping that the 2mg of melatonin would knock me out sufficiently and enforce deep sleep and then I'd benefit from the galantamine fumes later on in the morning and get lucid.

Instead I had fitful sleep all night.

Without sufficient good sleep before taking G, the mind seems not sufficiently rested to get lucid later. As a result, I had poor sleep all the night and the dreams were vague and poorly recalled except for the final one. The dreams felt no different from non-supplement night's dreams (on a bad night with poor recall).

For those of you trying G, if you get no results like FryingMan and just sleep through it (even restlessly) try taking a nap 3 or 4 hours after waking up. When this happens to me after taking G, I just take a nap and almost always am guaranteed to have a Lucid Dream from the nap. The days I take G, I always take a nap that same day to increase the chances of having more Lucid Dreams. I do however limit myself to taking G at least every two weeks and still practice Lucid Dreaming on my off weeks.

Last week I tried taking 15mg of melatonin before bed and then WBTB that same night, but I go no noticeable change in dreams, dream quality. I will keep trying as the one night experiment with that much melatonin isn't enough to say it has no real affect on me. (btw, the thinking here is that melatonin suppresses REM sleep at the beginning of the night and the rebound from the missed REM sleep gives a much more intense dream(s) later in the night.)
