Sure:

1. Give it more than 15 minutes, as that is a very short amount of time. If you get nowhere after, say 90 minutes, then it's time to give up and look toward trying again another time.

2. Don't worry about feeling anything. Try to remember that you're doing a WILD to put your self into a dream, not to feel stuff. Though you might experience "noise" on your way to the dream, you also might not. WILD is not about the noise, it is about the dream.

3. Small thing: you might avoid using your phone, even for reading DV's. There seems to be something about using electronic items that screws up your mental state, so it's best to avoid them.
