    Night 7 Summer Comp

    08-05-16 I was scheduled to work this morning and had been very unsatisfied with my WILDs. I had attempted 6 times (2 at 5,6 hrs, and 4 using snooze between 7 and 8 hours). The last one hit but was no better than a beginners very first lucid.

    WILD #1: I have been using the mantra "I am dreaming" and drifting off when I find myself sitting in a chair at a desk. across the desk from me is a women looking critically at me, as if this were a job interview. I state out loud, "This is a dream." The woman looks confused. I wake up.


    I finally had to get up and get ready for work frustrated. After my shower my phone was buzzing. there was a message from the boss telling me I was not needed today, and to not come in. Well bummer, as I need the money, but bonus as I can make one truly serious WILD attempt.

    WILD#2: I put a pillow over my eyes and laid on my back. I went through a very long formal Dream Yoga style induction over and over until my mind was barely present and would loose focus within counting 6 breaths and HI were intense. I then used tactile visualization to feel my arms reach up and grab the rungs of a ladder. I slowly moved my hands (visualized) in order to climb the ladder, until my waking body was no longer detectable. A dream started at this point. I am laying in a bed at my grandma's house and someone is knocking at the door. I just lay still and stabilize by focusing on it being a dream and wait. I do not want to move too early and have my real body shift, waking me. After I feel stable i float up out of bed, again to avoid accidentally moving my waking body. I am in! A nice stable LD and no alarm set. Time to have a blast and score some points. In the next room my uncle is there and he is giving himself a shot. His arm is bulging as if he has a misplaced IV filling the tissue. We talk for a minute. I go into the front room and there are two exotic birds, one is like a big black and white macaw. I play with this bird for a couple minutes. It feels real and likes to playfully bite. Someone comes in but I don't want to talk so I tell them to play with the bird, which I point out, and they do. Oh yeah, points, almost forgot. Let's see, phase through a solid object. grandma's front door was always a huge solid wood door. I walk into it, but it resists. I press my face into it and relax, this will work. The door becomes flexible stretching as I move, then I phase through it and am on her front porch. I think of my tasks. I did teleport, and draw up the waking memory of what is left. Transformation and advanced flight. So I decide to become the type of bird I was just playing with. I don't like to just go 'poof' and see an image of me as something. I like to truly feel the transformation of my body and limbs, and feel the body parts work. I perch on her short fence and visualize my arms stretching out and changing shape. it takes about a minute to truly feel myself as a bird. i look over and my arms are black wings that i can feel. I take off flying, but again I can not fly like levitation or it would not feel like being a bird. I literally flap my wings one beat at a time and start flying. I go up in the air and look at my wings again. They are now flesh colored and short like my arms would be. I focus and stretch them back out into proper wings. It is mentally tiring to flap the wings. I no longer feel like a bird and instead feel like a bird with human legs dangling. I pull my knees up to my bird chest and fuse them into it just leaving the feet dangling. This is much more bird like! Again I truly feel myself in the form of the bird. I am tired of having to flap my wings. I decide to move on to advanced flight. How will I do anything advanced in a macaw body? I need to dive bomb from a great height. I look at the horizon which is near because of trees and perspective and decide that just over there the land drops a long way down into a valley. I 'remember' that this is true and expect it 100%. I get there and sure enough a steep hillside drops a couple thousand feet into a valley at the bottom. I flap out above the valley and tuck my wings and popint my head down. WEEHA! Zoom! I dive through the air at crazy speed and right before the ground I change back to the form of a human and slam feet first into the ground like a super hero. The ground shakes with my impact. ground shakes? I had incubated the though of TOTM advanced being create an earthquake (It was actually last months and I had not read this months, darn, but still is manipulate elements,earth). I looked around and was in a small urban area with parking lots, a church and an underpass. A car is driving by so I take the whole bottom of the visual field and cause it to shake and buck. the car spins out wild and hits a wall. I look at the church and about 7 people are crossing the grass in front. I do it again and they slam sideways and are thrown across the grass about 10 feet. I look into the parking lots and about 5 people are there. This feels intense (God like), so I am getting excited. I really shake the visual field and these people fall down and skitter around tossed by the motion. I want cars to get moved too! A car slides out of park and runs right over a grandma. Opps. Ah hem, urr, sorry? I look at the underpass and a highway worker in an orange vest and some street cleaner vehicle are under there. People run up to me and put hands on me. "You are causing this! Please stop it!" I wave a hand and they are forced back, like an excited child I proclaim, "wait, just one more time!" I shake it again and the worker and vehicle are thrown sideways. Oh too much fun! It has been a few months since I really pushed for truly stable high end LDing and I have missed the power! (not bad for only 7 days of getting back into it). I have a moment where it feels like my eyes are closed and the scene is black. I decide not to open my eyes out of fear my real eyes will open, so I just keep walking and before long the scene reforms. I decide to stop and stabilize. I look at my hands and manipulate them in preset patterns, making each finger work intricately (see Mudra Awareness in Dream Yoga class). I am now very stable and just for good measure push one hand through the other to reinforce the dream aspect of it. I start walking behind the church and it is a park with a low rise up to trees and some structure. A DC approaches and says, "A little girl is about to fall in a pond up there. Will you save her?" I walk with him and another DC up to the spot, but see no pond. I am now under the cover of the structure, which is some kind of lime stone open air hall. I decide to get back to using powers and scoring points. It is a beautiful sunny day. I say out loud, "watch me change the weather!" I walk out from under the cover and cause day to turn to night. It goes black almost instantly (nice). I look up and see only a few clouds. I tell the DCs to watch the clouds. I visualize what I want and it starts happening. I am summoning bigger and darker clouds. the sky is now full of mean looking dark clouds. I cause two banks of clouds to crash together knowing this will cause a storm. Boom crak thunder sounds, then lightning all over and rain pours down. I mean pours down! It is raining buckets and I can feel it perfectly. I am getting drenched. I have never created a storm this good before. In the past it has kind of been light rain. I drop to my knees and start laughing wildly in joy. OMG this is awesome! I enjoy this for maybe a minute, then think I need to move on and score some more points. What is on the advanced list? Advanced banish? Yes, that is one. I wave my hand and the storm and night are gone, just like that. It is now a sunny day, but has changed to winter (unintended season change?). What else is on the list. Mass TK. I look and see parked cars. I use TK and one floats about 15 feet up. Is that enough? Better do more for good measure. I lift the car on either side and make all three bob up and down at about 15', then I cause them to flip and slam into the ground. I am starting to feel my waking body. I am tempted to stabilize and keep going. Almost awake, but you know it seems like a long dream so far and I am mentally tired,plus how late is it. I decide not to fight it and allow my body to wake up.

      wow i am happy for you to finally got a good quality lucid. and it was a nice read funny to see how much you liked to play god for a little
