      I was about to post this in the listening thread, realized I was too embarrassed to admit I liked it and remembered this thread.

      More than just a song, a whole genre - classic video game music. I'm 'only' interested in heavy metal (or so everyone thinks). But I actually love classic video game music such as sonic, the legend of zelda, pokemon, ect...

      I'm not sure what it is about the songs, but they just make me tingle . Here's a sonic song, it's great.

      Why does this happen to me? Occasionally I like a song inexplicably from some genre that I'd NEVER normally listen to. When it happens, I can't seem to get it out of my head for days, but feel like such an idiot for liking the song. Like if anyone else knew that I was liking this song so much they'd think I was immature.

      I kept hearing this in the intro of a podcast I listen to, that's how it got to me.

      I'm not embarrassed by the music I listen to...if people laugh, I don't really care.

      Anyways, probably most 'embarassing' music I listen to as a guy is Nicki Minaj and Rihanna. I just bought the Roman Reloaded album for $8 even though I have it downloaded in rhapsody...
