+ a young arrogant manager is haranguing my father that he needs to update his skills, I'm listening, I offer my dad to play some pick-up basketball, someone throws a ball hard at another guy and hits him hard

+ observing as a "playa" pick up a girl, take her to room, where there are animatronic people, young men and women, and he needs to decide which ones to keep in the room and which to kick out

+ building and operating some game cabinet with (simulated?) guns, Elijah Wood observing, fly by giant, talking about Star Wars and can't remember Harrison Ford's name

+ crazy tennis: pull a quarter out of a tennis ball, start a "tennis" game with old woman, wrestling for position, herding a big jello-y blob thing across the floor to the goal.

+ walk past woman, whisper "I'm Dreaming!" into her ear and walk on (ARGH!); riding on train, see kitschy old fast food store fronts in amazingly good shape, stop at restaurant with kids to order food's on display, man gets in my way, enter and restaurant is not operating, they're just accepting orders

+ 3 guys in foreign country standing outside disparaging tourists/foreigners, I prepare a retort in their native language, cross street into restaurant, examine food dishes, 3 guys at table in the back call me to them, I don't recognize them but at least one knows me

+ I return to restaurant and manager at cash register says I can choose an already-prepared dish at a discount, or order a new one at full price, I see really good looking dishes (cheese lasagna?)

+ I'm at a table in a restaurant, leave to get some things, return, my friends ate my order leaving me the wrong one

+ watching a young man prepare batches of skewers of meat in a special device, I put a few skewers on the grill to cook(?) I'm picking up bottles of mayonnaise and drinks

I read one of JadeGreen's dream journal entries yesterday about space, and then I had a space dream last night, where I was returning back to Earth on a spaceship, and we had a very long journey ahead of us (fragmented dream), and we had some communication with the Space center back on Earth.

rescued from the horrors of a no-recall night (is there anything worse?) in late morning:

+(f) ex-GF SB's having problems with her thesis math

+(f) walking backwards, firing an automatic machine gun over the shoulder

+ observing a knife-throwing robot practicing/learning; plan for the attack with friends, I sneak up on the munitions store in full fatigues in between cars, fight with enemy, asked to help on other side of building

+ young people (is my son cheating on his GF?) screwing in next room, they're my son's friends visiting, chat a bit downstairs with them.

+ fishing [rare!], almost topple of out boat as I get in, feel and see large fish in water, then see HUGE (15-20 foot) catfish lazily swimming on top of the water

I am in some dude's living room, he gets out a guitar strung loosely with red shoelaces; I am amazed that it is playable.

I realize I'm dreaming becasue I'm on an aeroplane and the brown horse, who is sitting in the seat across from me, is reaching his hoof over the the aisle, trying to shake my hand in apology.

^^ At least is wasn't Bad Horse, the Thoroughbred of Sin, who leads the Evil League of Evil with an iron hoof.

I just realized that I have chosen my next incubation target: meet (and fight? join? Dr. Horrible)

I am talking with an old friend, my brother walks by with a dog, I go for a drive in a wooded park, find an old house at the bottom of a hill, enter it and get lucid.

Worst night in a while, 6 hours only and woken by alarm (but in the middle of a dream at least):

+ traveling somewhere, in the hills, view of power plants and electrical towers on the coastline in the far distance, swooping low over cement tops to underground water collection tanks

edit: late afternoon nap to catch up on sleep

+ see MK (BIL), he's lost all his weight, I call him "skinny", P, too.

+ golf competition, afterwards I think how amazingly cool and multilayered a game it is

+ crossbow fight: trick enemy to shoot a grappling line at me which I use to swoop down to ground, try to shoot him running at me several times w/reloading but he's dodging fast like spiderman

+ crazy racquetball[DS]: see 2 sets of "warm up" courts, wooden oversized "warm-up" racquets, (pretty sure I thought "these are narrow weird courts like the ones in my dreams", closest I've come to catching one of these CRB dreams"), at counter to get free shirt, it's a party where they're paying us $500 to participate, I don't need a shirt because the attendant can see I'm buff and awesome (she tells me).

Nice save, even thought its more modest recall then you are used to, it sounds like a cool dream!

Thanks! It was cool, there was also the commentary I made that this valley's geography meant the water flowed down the hills into the tanks. The remote views of the coast were interesting. Tall hourglass, cement "nuclear power" towers.

And I just woke from a long, late afternoon nap where I had several interesting dreams, but woke up with such a start in a panic that I'd slept the entire evening away that the earlier scenes are a bit hazy, and I'm sure there was more. Missed another crazy racquetball scene but was perhaps the closest I've ever been yet, thinking that these were dream-like courts. I've added the summaries to the same entry above.

A horrible nonlucid where I was trimming Gibby's claws and I kept hitting the pulp

I'm in a '60s era building -- in a working environment -- and I was running down flights of stairs and seeing the old-style wooden office building look.

I have a flying car(), when i try to start the engine i realize that it is completely out of fuel .....

I saw a big green field and thought it would be cool if I were dreaming and practiced my powers (flying, super-jumps, telekinesis, elemental powers) in that field.

The dream within a dream was so damn confusing.

+ [after getting up recall] see son S2 and friends at a stip mall pizza place; I'm trying to choose a good parking spot

+(f) kissing ex-GF on head, ask if she's still playing T

+(f) congress(?), theater(?), lightning(?)

+ playing then repairing /messing with a pinball game

+ giving financial advice to a girl behind on her payments to artist(s)

+ painter guy on deck of parent's house, I have to leave, call him back, examine can of paint and paint names in detail, day becomes night because of massive black storm clouds covering sky ("Oh my God," "Oh my God!")

I was dreaming that I was flying but I always have a hard time stopping so I have to circle really hard a few turns before I can get my self to stop moving.

I made a dream about a girl:

My latest musical composition plays perfectly and clearly in my mind as I awaken.

At a sleepover I was offering my friends some worn earmuffs because they were too modest to accept my new ones.

After an inception-like lucid, I got lucid again and phased through a mirror-portal into a land where giant rubber chickens occupy deep space.

+(f) long, near-epic, forgotten: interacting with people at a place (a club/class/concert?)

+ football: I intercept, run it back (out of bounds on the 1-yard line), they won't catch up now that we have 100 points right at the start of the game, John Elway throws a Hail Mary, walking up the hill, Americans smile a lot because they have clean teeth, my folks are back down on the field waiting for us in their car

early: weird, short fragments, late: semi-lucid sexy moments galore, first "hulk jump"

+(f) the ice cream shop is offering hundreds of dollars for an improvement to the peach flavoring.

+(f) billboard with "Hunter" on it(?), (contact management to complain about the lines in the ice cream shop, because it's so successful

+(f) bizarre "mickey mouse" made from 3-d conic sections, the kid is scared of it (don't blame him)

+(f) leaving the bus, crawling over a seat dragging my things, woman says s.l. "he(it) makes all things good in the world," I answer s.l. "I'm really glad to hear that"

+ talking with friends about chip technology, I really love those Atmel 8-bit processors, say: "I would love to boot f^&*ing Linux on that little motherf^&*er!", I show them my breadboard project of tangled wires

late (almost all short, but more than fragments):

+ zipping over some lake backwards on a powered lounge chair, sexy contact

+ jump over the counter to get to 3 hot girls and <sexy moment>

+ In the crowded library someone brushes past me and touches my bag, I can't find the book I'm looking for

+ driving with wife and someone else, we're going on a very long trip for the benefit of that other guy

+ wife and I are remotely observing (video camera bug?) son who stays in the library after closing hours and is apparently spending time with someone we think he shouldn't

+ (semi-lucid) running down outdoor covered corridor, trying to get to open sky to fly, crawl/climb up, pretend memory of buildings in distance, "hulk jump" to one of them; inside, couches of hot girls, <sexy contact> with 2nd couch, then push her out of way, scoot up to couch of 3 girls and more <sexy contact>

+ (semi?) in some clubhouse/restaurant, I'm shirtless, examine multiple shirts to find mine; grab girl over counter, pull her to me for <you guessed it>; down at the end of the room, 4 girls in suggestive poses, go check it out but encounter CB; outside, walking to woman go right up to her with boldness but she has a severe expression, decide to walk on by.

I walked my dog and possibly some cats.
