      There's a study that zoth linked in a thread that shows that visualization doesn't actually increase your Intention's power (how active the PM will be at it). It's as good as verbal intention. But, if your like me, it helps to get me more excited and focused!

      Yes I agree with that what I meant by visualization was in regards to the MILD. Using visualization is a great way to induce a lucid and construct the dream you want!
