Psychic vampirism is not type of person, it's a type of behavior. It's taking energy without giving it back.

A Technique i was told was to cross your legs and arms lets say when your on a bus journey or sittin down somewhere local

Have you ever had that feeling when someone starts talking to you and you get this weird feeling come across you and you dont like it!

makes your feel clutty and hard to talk back and you want to avoid them thats an example of a vampire right? xD
even if they are being nice they just dont no there doing it Feel the VIBE!! xD

I learned that technique from a book called, Psychic Defense for Home and Office. It works.

Although I can't comment on the all to ambiguous mystical "energy", I do take the word energy in a figurative sense (aside from it's use as a scientific term) and in that sense there are plenty of people who do what you describe.

I've heard about these techniques of crossing your legs or arms. However, the only thing that can stop me from sapping someone's energy is a very good psychic shield....just saying. An experienced and concsious psy-vamp is also a very skilled energy-worker. So crossing your legs will not stop them. However, it might work against unconscious psy-vamps.

Maybe I am a vampire to. Some people have said that they don't like the vibe i give out even when I am in a good mood. I have noticed that if I don't talk to people and have alot of interactions I get tired and feel like crap.

Draw your energy from being outside in nature. You don't need people for energy.

Woah - you've had them too? damn! I've had those things grab my ankles on various occasions - usually when I'm trying to fly away - and as soon as they grab me it takes away my energy - I can't fly and so I start to wake up :/

I was wondering what thoses things were, they always take different forms in my dreams but use the same technique to get me. One time when Raven turned up in my dream (after I called her) I was trying keep up with her, flying over somekind of a beach - when out of nowhere something grabbed at my ankles :/

More like the container of your own energy is yourself.

I like to draw my power from the moon, it's relaxing.

I dunno if I have reached high enough a level where I can create psi stuff (shields, balls, etc) from my own energy, but I am pretty sure I can. ^^

Sunlight, moonlight, fresh air, filtered water, healthy food, being in the ocean, being in the jungle, standing under waterfalls, meditation, chanting, drawing energy from the cosmos and the earth. Mainly being outdoors and away from large buildings and machines. I draw energy from people's attention when they give it to me synergystically.

So, you are pretty correct.

Here is a list of some things that people think give them energy which do not: stimulants, lack of sleep, cold, coffee. Also sugar and low fiber food are kind of minus foods.

As far as dream energy, I find when I have a good balance of sleep, exercise, and healthy food, I have a lot more energy in dreams. Also, I have learned to guard my energy in dreams and get more energy by sleeping in dreams.

Processed food is unhealthy for your energy too. I find oranges to energize me like nothing else.

Interesting. I usually sit on the roof and look at it for hours, trying to absorb it's light. It's one of my favorite relaxing things.

Cannabis is considered a depressant and a hallucinogen. If you eat hemp seeds, they will give you energy. Drugs may make one more alert, but alertness does not equal energy.
