All very interesting. I think we may have had a succesuful attempt but there isn't enough proof to say for sure.

I think for dreamers like us, the only proof we really need is the connections in dj's or the dream itself
So when should the next attempt be?

I dont see why we couldnt have practices every night for those who wanted. It might get too mundane for more experienced lucid dreams, but for the less experienced it would increase opportunities and probability. Maybe these daily (or whichever) attempts are something that should be coordinated in smaller groups between members.

and i checked out WakingNomads' dj and your comment, yeah definitely sounds like it might have happened! sweet~!

I'm not saying you can't try on your own, but were gonna have specific dates where everyone tries, that way we can focus out intent on a date which will increase the likelihood. If we say no dates, just try every night, then people will get tired of it plus we need days where people don't have to worry about sharing dreams. Like rest days. You're more than welcome to try though any night you want though, but we will have specific dates for mass attempts. And the next date is Friday night/Saturday Morning.

This is so exciting. Too bad there is no people participating in my timezone. So for now I'm a quiet observer.
Good luck to all of you, awesome people!

Nah, you should join! There's enough of us that someone will be sleeping during the same time as you.

Can't say for sure because one persons experience isn't enough to establish it as hard proof but there is a high likelihood yes.

I dunno, all I'm saying is that if time zones do matter, there's enough of us that it doesn't matter.

I have an idea to increase the success rate: on Korean lucid dream forum(or I had read it somewhere) bunch of people tried to do shared dreaming. they chose a dream plane and NUMBER. so at night, they kept saying the same number, then they met in the dream. Like a RPG online game, you go into a game room with number wrtten on it, then when the players are ready in the room, they can play game. so I think it would be more successful if we choose a simple random number, like 24, then memorize it before we go to bed. its like a code.

maybe this "dream plane" can transcend time...

I'd say go for it! if you know that's what you'll look like. I was thinking of trying WakingNomad's RPG style of looking at yourself in the dream first and maybe drawing it later. was that what you were talking about?

That's interesting. I would never have thought this "dream plane" to have channels like an mmo... but i guess since it is the dream plane we can create it to our liking

Knowing my dreams, I'd end up playing a game instead of "really" being there. But it's not a bad idea.

Sure! Whatever you think would help. By the way everyone if you just joined and don't see your info updated in the shared dream journal, its cause I'm kinda busy right now but It'll be updated before the end of today!
