How exciting! I hope you find James again soon.

Woah! Its cool how connected your dreams were. Sounds interesting and like a fun dream. It sounded like a movie in a way too. Like a movie where the main character meets a mysterious person and they end up making you go into some sort of cool mission or something like that.

I love the visuals you describe, the mountains and the lake, the creatures and then diving to the underwater city, so cool!

In front of me was a massive black hole. It was beautiful.

LOL. I would be pooping in my pants too if I was going towards a big, scary, black hole.

I just reread through that again and I have to admit that my description of that dream does not do it any justice whatsoever...

That's what I hate when I have incredible experiences in my dreams as well, especially the non-lucid ones. No matter how long my syntax and no matter how many colorful words I use, it's not enough to full describe my emotions to others who read them.

Imagery helps me remember, but I can never really establish true validity of my dreams to other people.

When I saw the post you made in "Shared your dream from last night in one sentence," I thought you tripped on a sidewalk and made the universe explode or something

I live in Austin, Texas. When I was a child, this was the norm on a summer night, even inside the city limits. Now, I still live close to where I grew up, and I'm lucky to find a half-dozen on any given summer night.

The light from the city drove them away.

I love finding images like this in people's dreams. It makes me feel...hopeful.

Hi Queen Zukin. Cool dream, as always. The suicide notes in the snow image was really poetic and beautiful.

I also like the part where the dream character says she's really the one who's dreaming.

I am now one hundred percent convinced that we could actively be senseless dream characters in other people's dreams. Because her telling me that didn't even phase me in the slightest. That's messed up.

Hi Queen Zukin. Cool dream. It reminds me of Man Crazy, by Joyce Carol Oates. That's a scary-as-hell book.

What's interesting to me about your dream is that the bodies are disposed of in an abandoned high school.

I'm pretty ignorant, so don't take anything I say too seriously. But -- obviously, high school is the developmental stage before college.

But perhaps certain parts of our mental life will always live in high school. They can't always come to college with us.

So maybe what's happening is that your mind is taking stuff that came to college with you, "killing" it, analyzing it, and then sending the rest of it back to high school.

All of these synchronicities are amazing me!

Interesting synchronicity...I was reading the first dream, and felt chills...deja vu...I knew the speakeasy and the staircase and the slide down and was thinking, "I have had this dream before...". Then I went on to the second dream...familiar feeling...!

I read you are lactose intolerant and couldn't help but to suggest this soy milk that tastes AWESOME. I can drink milk but this stuff is great and I use it in the winter too by heating it in the microwave for hot chocolate!
