    1. 6 month plan - week 18-20

      In week 20 I was very sick. Enough for not being able to work or to keeping my training. This is why I marked week 20 as "N/A".
      Good news is I checked how efficient my training is (by doing WILD) and in last 30 days I had 4 LD's + 1 dream about LD. Unfortunately I don't have data how many times I tried to reach LD but I feel that reaching LD is right now much more easier than before. Maybe after the training I will start in competition as Intermediate League?

      When I was reading my notes I noticed that actually I maditate once per day. This is why I will mark Month 4 with orange color. I will pay more attention how many times I meditate during day.
