Catching Up (LD #40)

I've been on vacation in Chicago for the past few days and we've been really busy seeing the sights and I haven't had time to post to my dream journal. I've completely lost sight of when I had these dreams, but I made a list of them so that I would be able to remember them later.
Owning a subcopter
This dream supposedly took place in the future of my own life. (Sometime around 2030.) I had been given a vehicle called a sub-copter. The idea was that it could be a car, helicopter, and submersible all at once. I can remember it was a sort of tadpole shaped vehicle with two jet turbines on the side.
Supposedly mine was not only one of the older models but it was a cheap model.
I was learning to fly the copter with someone else in the cockpit. We were flying very low across the surface of the ocean during a thunderstorm. It was dark and difficult to see but the ship had on-board HUD systems that made flying even in these conditions easy.
I was back at the hangar (same dream though). The hangar was a very large building made out of corrugated aluminum built by the side of the ocean.
I was working on re painting the copter. There entire thing was blue, but it was covered in decals from head to tail. The man that was teaching me told me that this had once belonged to my uncle who when he had passed away gave it to me.
The man I was working with said that repainting it would be enough for one day, but later, we were going to work on the engines.
We walked outside the hangar into a parking lot. A few more hangar buildings were visible, but it was overcast and very foggy outside. Me and the man who was teaching me about the vehicle.
There used to be a picture of what it looked like here but DV doesn't know how to store images long enough.
I've decided to change my color for lucid dreams to This. The bright green is way difficult to read.
I was flying low and very fast. Lucidity was very vague and the dream was very unstable. At first, I thought that the dream seemed very unstable and that I was going to wake up soon, so no point, just keep flying.
I continued flying. I think at first, I was going over an ocean, but later, I was flying over a desert area with mesas and plateaus. Then, the desert got more lush until it became a jungle. I had been flying for about two minutes now, and I decided to land.
I landed in a lake in the jungle. Just beyond me were some mountains. The dream started to get a bit more vivid at this point, and my lucidity was still very poor. I wanted walk around and get out of the jungle, or perhaps do something.
Very unusual barrier walls formed around me. I couldn't quite make out what they were made out of because the dream was so unstable. They were green and brown however.
Eventually, I got a little more lucid and in control and was able to dispel the barrier walls and continue flying. I flew up to the mountain and got even more lucid. At this point I realized that despite the instability, I wasn't going to wake up from this dream anytime soon.
I snapped into lucid dream mode and stabilized. I remembered I wanted to build my dream base and began to fly down on top of the mountain. I cleared away the trees and made a clearing.
But the dream was still rather unstable, despite my efforts. I only had to look away from the clearing for a second to look back and see that an entire town had developed where I had planned to build. The town was made entirely out of log cabins. The one in the middle was several stories tall.
A man with a rich blonde colored hair looked out of the window and yelled for someone to call the police because I was coming.
I was still descending into the log cabin town very slowly. Several police cars encircled me. They were odd, futuristic looking cars with curvy bodies and large wheels.
Policemen got out and began throwing tomahawks at me. I tried to stop them with an explosive spell. I began saying that my hands could shoot bolts of energy, and the dream control perpetually failed. Then I remembered that you can change up the wording of dream control, and oftentimes, it will work.
I simply began to shout the word "destroy" and I could cause a small explosion wherever I pointed. I began to destroy the police cars and the policemen who were still attacking me.
I lost lucidity and forgot what happened after that.
