Mezzanine

I remember two things about last night:

One: I'm at some ancient temple. Outside. It's a rocky landscape, everything's brown. There's a river. It's starting to over flow and there is water everywhere and it just keeps rising. Some tribal people start shooting arrows at me. I have the impression that I have to stop all this water. I feel sort of like I'm in a video game.

Two: I'm in first grade. I'm sitting in the back row and the teacher is starting to tell us vocabulary words. I'm looking in my backpack for a pencil but no one else in class is writing anything down. Someone passes me a note. At the top is written the name of a girl whose time card is in front of mine at work. The teacher is coming and I cover up the note with another piece of paper really quick. There is a tv videotaping everything in the classroom. I walked up to it and focused the camera on the clock which is behind where I sit so I can always tell what time it is. I sit back down and I can't stop looking at the girl sitting behind me. It's Tricia and she's wearing the dress from her first grade picture. For some reason I am really attracted to her.
