    Dark Choco

I become aware once again of my body in bed and feel slight vibration going through, and intensify them. Sensations fade, yet come back soon, and I once again intensify the vibration in my head as well as the sinking feel. I don't feel it's time to start sliding yet, so I think quickly to dream yoga techs, and decide on using some visual techs to jumpstart the lucid. I imagine some colors filling the visual field, and my mind soon produces a house with a blueish roof and whitish side. I feel it's time to imagine 'sinking' into a dream scene. I intensify the sinking and suddenly find myself ready to stand up from the floor in the front of a dark house. I have a bit of difficulty standing up at first, but tell myself 'Eric, this is a dream; you should have no problem whatsoever standing up.' I stand up quickly and begin to walk into the main entryway of the house. I stare to the other end of the dark room and see some couches and a painting up on the wall. Things remain a bit blurry. I turn right and feel I need some stabilization so I rub hands. I ramp up all my senses at this point to ground in. I mentally tell myself that my body is in bed right now, and I full control in this place. I take a moment to reflect on the implications of my physical body being in a different location, and find it very fascinating. I continue through the walkway and enter to a very large kitchen area. I want to engage more tactile sense, so I quickly drop down and move on hands and knees, feeling my feet, knees and hands coming in contact with the cold white tiles. The vividness increases as I approach the large arched counter-top. I go behind the counter and stand up. I still want to be more stable, and refuse to let the dream fade. I rub hands real quick, then jump in the sink, turn the water on and feel all the cold water rushing around my body. Stability increases as well as vividness. I remember a suggestion in a podcast of eating and engaging up to all five senses. I see a fridge and think dark chocolate would be awesome. I approach the white fridge, and reach in fully expecting a dark chocolate bar. I pull out a cold dark choco bar with sections joining into a square rod. I eat fairly quickly, and remember to engage all senses including hearing. The taste is pretty good actually, and it's cold. I focus on feeling the invigorating effects- another dream goal. The dream becomes far more stable and vivid, and I decide to grab a few more items and continue exploring. I grab another dark choco bark, a chocolate glazed donut, and a chocolate brownie, why not? I place them all on the counter to the left, appreciate the detailed colors, and carry them into the next room. I make I right and figure I can sit by the sliding glass in the adjoining room and watch as the rain comes down. I then turn and see a dimly lit peninsula counter-top with wooden stools pushed into it. The area has a very rustic decor with open space. I get closer and see an empty coffee mug, and realize this is where the family has breakfast. I set all my items down and go to take a seat. I look at the brownie and it lightened in color. I take a bite, but it has the consistency of cardboard, and little taste. I bite once more. I drift back to my body and realize the bed sheets are partway in my mouth...
