Dream Logs DWN-12

Got an LD loop and some fragments to note. There was a lot more to the non-lucid dreams, and also a bunch of other material, but I can't recall any of that now.

Scrap Group 1
Somewhere outdoor. I was looking at gameplay of Super Street Fighter 2 from an arcade cabinet. The player was using Cammy. Like Rainbow Edition, the special moves had overpowered and bizarre properties. For Cammy, her back fist made her teleport around the screen.

Walking down a dirt road at night time. I was in a 1900's-era Easter European town. Up ahead in the distance was a tour group of fancily dressed people dressed in appropriate period attire. I trailed behind them incognito. To hide, I changed into a (fairly large) bat. I followed them in the gates of an old manor. Then, I fluttered out into a foggy forest. The dream got unstable. Despite not being aware. I was concerned of it collapsing. Cut. I arrive in the walkways of a mall, a red carpet lining the floor. The aforementioned tour group were somehow there. I was almost spotted, so I went invisible. Later, I go up a spiraling walkway. The path narrowed, small enough that even a small figure like I had to squeeze through. I arrive in a small indoor amusement park. Noticed my niece, and my cousin's daughter, were seated in a mini-rollercoaster. Passing by the ride's loading ramp, I overheard a few women complaining about obnoxious teens causing trouble.

Dream 1 - Ride and Lightning Warp LD

Scene 1 - Big Two Wheels Awareness
The visuals were a bit blurred. Dreamlet to dream, though I lost awareness. I was driving locally in the SUV during a clear day. Mom was in the passenger's seat. I drive from home and head southeast. I was talking to friend via speakers. This must've distracted me, because I drove straight through a red. In any case, I regain awareness, but wasn't quite convinced this was a complete dream.

Just then, the vehicle changes into a hefty motorcycle equipped with huge monster truck wheels. The controls were very sensitive, accelerating the bike at the slightest provocation. A sudden breeze blowing past my face affirmed my dream state.

I weave through heavy traffic near (made up in dream) shopping centers. It's then I noticed someone was clung onto me. But, I sensed it wasn't mom. I turned back, and was surprised to find my guide, E (in her human form) beaming at me. Also, I noted we both were only in bed clothes (I was in boxers and a black tank top, while my guide wore a white sleeping robe). Regardless, I was more than glad to have her company.

"Hey E, can you help me dilate time?", I requested urgently.

My guide leans leans in, resting her head on my shoulder. "Just enjoy the ride." A unexpectedly plain response. But practical. In fact, the words calmed my nerves. Heeding her instructions, I smiled back in silent gratitude.

I accelerated at intense speeds, well over 200mph. In the span of a few seconds, I dodged through several intersections, a few more shopping centers, and two suburban neighborhoods. Soon, I merged into a highway ramp and towards the turnpike. These roads were peculiarly empty. I made it through a toll gate, when the dream suddenly deteriorated. Warp.

Scene 2 - Lightning Warp Mutagen
[COLOR="#40E0D0"]The visuals started quite hazy. FA in bed. I wrestled with muddled thoughts momentarily before I regained my senses.

Just then, I noticed a figure looming nearby. On closer inspection, it was Android 18 from Dragon Ball Z, her cartoony appearance contrasting the rest of the environment. She just stood there, glaring at me. A moment later, she tosses a bright object at the foot of my bed. Just as quickly she arrived, she vanished.

I fetch, then inspect, the item in question. It seemed to be a palm-sized decanter, only, it had a large syringe needle on its head. Gleaming inside the container was a glowing amber-orange liquid. This substance looked a lot like aqua regia, though at the time, I didn't identify it as such. Instead, I figured that it was mutagen, as per the TOTM.

In my excitement, I rush out to the lounge. This haste almost made the dream fade. I took a moment to calm down, bringing with it much better visuals. The lounge was missing most of its furniture, but no matter.

With that settled, I wasted no time injecting the mysterious substance. Just as soon as I did, my skin became deep blue. Whoa... I observed this change in awe, moving my fingers, then limbs. But, nothing else seemed to change. But, as I was about to take my attention away, my skin was restored. With it, an intense trembling coursed through my veins, violent, yet soothing. That's when electricity visibly surged out of my entire body, shooting out at least a meter around me. The sensation was exhilarating, a rush like no other. This intoxicating power almost made me lose my wits. I took a moment to settle down once again, if with a big, proud grin. A tempered mood, the electricity subsided. Oh well. Task done!

Next, I float to the living room. More alterations here. Seems that the couch was not only differently colored (white instead of beige), but also divided into three at separate walls. I spotted my bro and mom seated at the part nearest the TV. As I drew towards them, I sensed the presence of my guide. Guessed like in other dreams, she was hidden nearby. I assumed she'd taken mom's form (not the first time she was a family member). So, I folded ma's hair over her own face. When I brushed it off, I expected to see E. Instead, she changed into a cousin of mine. I was taken aback. What was going on? Confused, I exited the house out the front door.

I step outside into a humid, warm twilight. Noticed the neighborhood was overrun with brambles and other types of overgrowth. From the plants swarmed gnats and small moths. I had to brush off the vermin as I zoomed around the area. A bunch of lizards, far more than normal, were scurrying around, as were several toads, all of which were being chased by neighborhood cats. Although a relatively mundane sight, I was amazed as to how vivid this scene appeared. So much so, that I spent minutes doing nothing but admiring the view.

Once satisfied, I looked up to a sky almost concealed by rain clouds. I think to go off planet to try the last TOTM. So, I attempt to fly up, but could only hover a few inches off the ground. All of a sudden, I become lightning, and shoot straight through the nimbi above. Soon after, I'm plunged into a wormhole flowing in orange and green, triangular kaleidoscopic patterns. This eventually morphed into a winding tube glowing in various shades of blue. Warp.[/COLOR]

Scene 3 - Alien Mechanical Fortress
The visuals were very blurred. I started in a grey void. So, I decided to use music to create a scene. Final Fortress from Sonic Heroes came to mind. Soon, a more ambient arrangement that I've never heard before sounded. With it, I'm taken through a darkened pathway.

I soon find myself in some kind of future tech industrial facility, a structure painted grey and green. Strange gyroscopic gears whirred beneath circuitry exposed at sections of the walls and floor. Exits could be seen at all angles, even up and down. Whenever I made it through a pathway, the entire structure would suddenly shift and rotate around at dizzying speeds, leaving no hint as to where one had just arrived. This wasn't of terrestrial origins.

It didn't take long to lose myself in this maze. So too did I begin losing my hold of the dream. Acting quick, I clung on to a nearby pillar, gripping tightly, until I was sure I'd at least a bit more time.

The structure then changed such that I was suspended several stories above floor level. I slid down the pillar into a small office space within an alcove. Seems that the color blue has replaced the green previously lining the walls.

In any case, I hurry to find an alien plant. I rummage through some cabinets, under the desk, and beneath some floor panels, but find no such thing.

I then make my way towards a small courtyard in the distance. Unique to the structure, sunlight was peering into it, though I couldn't tell from what angle. I make it that far, when the dream suddenly collapses.
