Yeah I get these all the time and it has gotten to the point where there are odd things in my room that are meant to deter it (3 clocks plus a watch, placing certain objects on my nightstand that do something completely different in the dreamworld, etc). The best trick is to remember what your dream signs are and try to apply them when you get up. The reason for my clocks is I find in my dreams no 2 clocks read the same time so if i wake up and all the clocks read something completely different, then there is a good chance it's a false awakening. So the next time you wake up look for whatever dream signs you normally look for when you are doing a DILD (if you use that method) and it will keep you from having to do your morning routine twice. Although I will note, nothing is fool proof. I have had times where i had a false awakening but was too lazy to use the protocols I had laid out for myself....only to feel like an idiot when the real alarm clock actually went off
