Try to focus on your successes, not your failures! Put a positive order out into the universe to receive a positive result. Jack Canfield's "Key to the Laws of Attraction" is good for this. Change your mindset, telling yourself before you go to sleep each night that, "Tonight I want to know when I am dreaming" or "Tonight I want to become lucid whenever I think I'm awake" - something like these but in your own words. Do not say anything like, "Tonight I don't want to to have a false awakening" because that focuses on the negative. Find a positive way to say the things you want, and say these things 3 times before you go to bed.
Positively changing your mindset will positively change your experiences.
