      Waking early

so im worried that when i realise im dreaming i will wake up very quickly without the chance to stabilise or anything.

like when you need to pee and you realise your asleep and you ROCKET out of your dream before you know it.

are lucid dreams as fragile as i am imagining? thanks

They start that way. With practice that gets less and less. Eventually they can be very stable and last over 15 minutes.

It's like any other hobby you have - it takes time and practice to go from unskilled to master. Take your time, don't get discouraged by this, and you'll be a master at your dreams in no time.

I'm confused, are you talking about him urinating or lucid dreaming?

I guess both - I won't assume he's a master of the bladder. though i think hes well trained The implication is LDing, if that's unclear.

Also, if you worry about waking up too soon, then you likely will. Believe that you will not wake up prematurely. Tell yourself that when you realize you are dreaming, you will stay calm and you will not wake up.

If you worry, you are thinking about your body and your bed and that may wake you up by itself. Good luck
