Well, technically, I do WBTB - however, I only stay up for less than a minute. I raise my head, look at the time, do a quick RC, and get into WILD/SSILD position.
MILD is really just a fancy way of increasing the chance for a DILD - and it hasn't really worked for me. I find that SSILD and WILD produce the best and most results.
