Personally, I feel Google is one of the great wonders of the modern world! It is a gift from God, and probably how most of us found our way here. |

How often does this cause you to LD and how long have you been this tech, and how long have you been LDing? |

What does rolling your eyes back in your head do for you? I've never thought of doing this and am interested to know what the perceived benefit is. |

Google is a great place to find Information, sure not everything you find is guaranteed to be good but that doesn't mean good resources don't exist. |

In every age, in every place, the deeds of man remain the same
WICKED is good
I'm a goofy Googler, Yeaaah! |

I found this thread on Google. It must be bull. |

I roll my eyes up in the direction of the brow chakra as I state my affirmations for my WBTB method. It seems to allow optimal subconscious programming. Apparently the third eye is the doorway to the subconscious mind, and this technique serves to open this chakra and allow the affirmations to be properly absorbed. It has actually proven to be extremely effective, perhaps give it a try sometime. |

Thanks, Vince. That does sound helpful. |

This is good enough advice. Don't worry or stress over succeeding or failing. I'd say also celebrate small successes. Remembered a dream? Awesome. Almost become sort of lucid? Cool, you're getting closer! Generally, optimism is helpful. |

Comments from the OP? |

By no googled bull I meant Im not going to copy and paste a bunch of information I found on Google like it seems like majority of this site is. Google is the best search engine there is, I was not dissing Google i am just trying to help people lucid dream with a few steps that I briefly explained |
|
That's a bold claim. Can you post something to back it up? |
|
Well, where do I start... |
|
You can check out any of my threads (profile --- latest started threads) and that is all OC. |

Hey Noname11, I appreciate the tips. Especially the one about slightly rolling your eyes back. I remember whenever I would start to nod off in high school, my eyes would start to twitch and roll upwards a little. I'm wondering if doing this could help to trick your body into falling asleep while your mind stays conscious. |
|
Of course nothing stirs up reaction more than a hostile seeming thread. Why? Sigh, drama? |

Lmao how wrong you are Noname11. I feel its actually the exact opposite. This entire forum is filled with tons of oneironauts and lucid dreamers that each post their own personal experiences and helpful tips based on those experiences. This is a forum and its based off of a real community of real people, so this claim: |

"If we doubted our fears instead of doubting our dreams, imagine how much in life we'd accomplish." ~Joel Brown
"Your background and circumstances may have influenced who you are, but you are responsible for who you become." ~Darren Hardy
Goals:
-Become Lucid in every dream every night
-Perfect the time dilation watch
-Continue to have a dream plan for most of my lucid dreams
