I'll write you up a guide but please check out the wiki as well. It is full of good tutorials.
Step 1:
Decide what technique(s) you want to use.
DILD and
WILD are the most popular choices for a beginner. I would recommend DILD because I don't think the rehab facility will appreciate alarms going off at 3 AM.
Step 2:
Start keeping a
dream journal every day. I can already see you have some DJ entries just remember to keep at it.
Step 3:
Start doing reality checks. Choose one or two that you like. I like pinching my nose and trying to breathe through it. Remember to actually test reality when doing a RC. Don't just go through the motions or you will dream of reality checking and not not become lucid.
Step 4:
Start looking for
dream signs. These are things that appear frequently in your dreams. If you see one of your dream signs while awake remember to reality check. And hopefully when one appears in a dream you will RC and become lucid.
Step 6:
Learn about stabilization. Stabilization helps you remain lucid and stay within the dream. Use your senses to synchronize with the dream. See what you can smell, touch some objects. This helps to solidify the dream so you can have more fun.
Step 7:
Choose a few
dream goals. These are simply things you want to try in a dream.
Flying is a popular first goal. Think about your dream goals while awake so you know what to do in your lucid dreams.
Step 8:
Become lucid. This may take only a few days or it could take months. Keep at it and don't become discouraged. Once you do become lucid remember to stabilize the dream. If you first lucid is short don't worry you will have loads more.
Step 9:
Work on dream control. There are so many different opinions about dream control. I recommend you find what works for you.
Step 10:
Improve. Just keep practicing and getting better. Soon you will become a lucid dreaming God.
I hope this helps.
