      About the scream in the new personal goals.
      A bit more specific...
      -gather as much breath as i can and scream (as much as i can)

      Also for the points. 15/04:
      -40 minutes meditation (+2 points)
      -Reality checks (+1 point)
      -2 non lucid dream fragments smh (+1 point)
      -wbtb (+2 points)
