A well deserved 200 lucids, I have to say this thread has changed my experience of dreaming. Through the day if I'm not doing anything in particular I'll think to myself 'I'm a natural lucid dreamer'...

I find it very easy to fall asleep to music, even upbeat, uptempo, or complicated music. I'm planning on investing in a music pillow so I can try this, it could work as a EILD.
