As an alternative to what the others have said, you could use dream incubation to implement your tasks into the dream itself. I use dream incubation all the time because I am terrible at remembering my goals in dreams myself. It's much better for me when the dream places me in a scenario where I would naturally complete the task. For example, if my goal was to swim in the ocean, I could simply incubate the ocean. I would then see the ocean in my dream and that would either remind me of my task or just incite me to go swim in it. |
